The apron of our server at the table became dirty, making the meal taste bad. We didn't want to leave a tip, but our daughter treated us, so we didn't say anything.

Fresh, high-quality, healthy food that's prepared fast and friendly. If you are looking for a brunch spot this is an amazing option.

Just as a tip, if you plan to eat at OEB go onto yelp and add urself in line before you show up, this is a very popular brunch location (this location in particular)

Fantastic service with great food. Hostess accommodated a slight late arrival for my reso. Pleasant staff and atmosphere.

One of the best spots in Calgary for breakfast has lots of different stuff on the menu and lots of healthy choices. This is great location for a breakfast place right downtown. Also have a great selection of smoothies, I recommend the "green machine" if you haven't been here yet definitely worth a visit, they are a breakfast and lunch place and close at 2pm.

This is definitely a crowd pleaser. I absolutely love the farmers' delight I can't wait to come again.

Mediocre food and atmosphere. Had traditional eggs benedict and one of my eggs was cold on the inside (clearly made ahead of time) plate presentation was dull and my canadian bacon was in bits and pieces.

Partner had crab benedict and was way too fishy.

On the positive side. The fried wedge potatoes were tasty and warm.

Came here quite often when I first moved to Calgary. It’s a unique and high quality breakfast experience (and was founded in Calgary). It was a lot more expensive and a smaller portion than what I was used to paying in the east (Quebec style breakfast places are usually massive plates and always less than 20 bucks) but they really do just go the extra mile with everything here and it pays off. Duck fat fried potatoes, brown butter hollandaise, duck meat, lobster, salmon laks, and breakfast poutines with very unique combinations of ingredients. This is a unique and modern style breakfast and won’t disappoint.

9.7 out 10 I do breakfast wherever I travel to, and I've yet to find a better spot than this place. Every detail has been thought out. Don't want too much perfectly cooked patotos in your breakfast bowl.you can substitute all or half of it for spinach or arugula.
It's not my style to say this, but there is no better breakfast spot. Even the really good spots can't match the price comparatively for what you get and the efficiency it operates in. This place is as local as it gets.

I really like this place for a good hearty and incredibly delicious breakfast. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The food is always on point and very consistent with each visit, that's important to me

Excellent brunch copieux (dommage je n'avais plus faim pour un plat sucré). Accueil et service au top. Personnel sympathique et très souriant. Très bonne organisation, salle et terrasse au complet mais vous êtes servis rapidement. Si, comme moi, vous passez à Calgary, je recommande cette adresse

I'll start by saying that the atmosphere at this location is great and the service has always been friendly. It's also one of the few breakfast spots that you can get into relatively easily without having to wait.

My issue is with the food; it's exceptionally mediocre, given the price. I've been here a few times and have always been disappointed in what I've ordered. It's not terrible but it's definitely not worth the hype nor the price

Food was amazing, great coffee and the perfect patio. Dustin our server made it for us though! Very attentive, kind friendly and knowledgeable!

Food, Service, and Atmosphere was all exceptional. We had a great breakfast, which was quite filling, and the quantity was good.
I recommend getting a reservation for the table as the place is always full.

Food was amazing as a celiac! I was able to have some waffles for the first time in years and they were sooo good. I definitely was not disappointed by the food. Service was okay, and they were busy so it was was acceptable.

Good breakfast place I recommend! Great mimosas. Farmer's John delight three egg scram-blettes was very good and filling.

My fiancé and I had a fantastic brunch here. It was busy because it was a beautiful Sunday morning but despite this, the service was great and quick, and the food was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend a visit if you’re looking for a great brunch.

Very nice place and unique breakfasts: poutine (hollandaise + poached eggs) with cheese curds. Great wait staff, chairs are more comfortable than they look. Only downsides are it can be difficult to hear as it gets very noisy and prices are a little high for breakfast choices.

Great place, great food, great service. First meal after landing in Calgary before heading to Banff. Will definitely be seeking out OEB on my vacations from now on.

OEB is undeniably one of the classic Calgary brunch spots. I am not surprised that is in the press so much. We have been here numerous times and it never fails to disappoint.

In the photo, we ordered the canadian lobster and shrimp crepe (butter poached lobster & shrimp scramble, green onions, brown butter hollandaise, truffle pearls, and I had added the sturgeon caviar on top), the gold digga poutine (Saint cyrille curds, Berkshire roast pork, black truffles, brown butter, and hollandaise), and the Belgian waffle (Quebec maple syrup, salted butter, powdered sugar, topped with berries and fresh whipped cream).

The food was immaculate. The waffles had a crisp exterior yet fluffy in the inside, the berries added the right amount of sweetness on top. Both the crepe and poutine were absolutely incredible. I love the combination of the hollandaise on the crepe and the seafood makes it the perfect the bite. As for the poutine, you cannot go wrong with the signature duck fried potatoes.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and super helpful! Especially when trying to eat a restaurant with a little one.

If you are in Calgary and have one spot to check out for brunch, OEB must be on the top of the list!

I absolutely adore OEB. It has become our weekly tradition to visit this fantastic establishment. The food and coffee are always incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a delightful breakfast experience!

Delicious brunch! Their breakfast poutines are a must. It can be busy so there may be a wait time but it’s worth it for sure.

Our first visit to OEB. We went to the Bridgeland location. Four of us ordered four different breakfasts, all were excellent. Service was great! Happy to discover a new favorite breakfast. The menu has more unique dishes that we want to try, great excuses to return! Btw, it's popular, be sure to use the Yelp waitlist.
