Thank you very much for the fast and amazing service! We drove in to go to a procedure at the U of A and found a low tire with a screw in it, I called and they got us in asap and on our way

I have been to Trail Tire twice recently. They have been able to diagnose and repair my car quickly, and identify which repairs can be completed at a later date. Excellent service. Wonderful staff. They seem to really care about their customers.

By far the WORST service I have ever experienced, 10/10 do not recommend. Do not tell someone something over the phone, and then lie and say you informed me “on the phone” when that is not true at all. Do not recommend this place at all.

I want to thank Zack and his team for their honesty, communication and mechanical skills in repairing the brake system on my car. Fountain Tire at Londonderry charged me $150 for an inspection to give me a quote that was so inflated no person in their right mind would pay - and they then told me my calipers were in such a state that it was undriveable so I had it towed to Ok Tire on Groat Road. Zack was honest and caring, very thorough with his explanations and pictures. He fixed my car and saved me alot of money. (By the way, my calipers weren't leaking as bad as Fountain Tire said. I could have drove it over and saved the towing charge)
Its nice to know there is still a reputable automotive service company around

Nicole was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She know I had to drive to fort McMurray in a big snowfall and went the extra mile to make sure I could get my all season leaking tire repaired and got a set of winters installed

Well. I was impressed, after reading so many negative reviews I decided maybe they corrected and or did something to improve on those reviews. They most definitely have and I will return one day for more much needed maintenance on my vehicle.

Guys had me in and out much appreciated given my experience with the last tire change I had (not here) and as someone who works 5-6 days a week, twice a day usually. Felt my time was respected and didn't feel like a burden bringing my car bringing my car by for a quick retorque. Thank you for your speedy and gracious service!:)

Amazing service! I came in thinking something was wrong with my tires and they checked for leaks and filled it up FREE of charge. They also took a look at the rest of the vehicle and let me know what was wrong. It was a minor issue, they didn’t try to oversell me on anything. Lady at the front desk was lovely! Definitely recommend this place.

I bought set at new tires one year ago. I ended up taking it to another place to have a slow leak fixed. They told me I needed 4 new tires. I called okey tire to get Is there opinion. Peter the manager was awesome he told me to come and let me have him look at them. One tire had sidewall damage that was covered under warranty the other tire just needed a plug. Overall it cost me a $100 rather than a set of new tires. I am very impressed with their service and I plan to use them for all my repairs from now on I will not be going back to the other place.

I have been using this location for a couple years. I recently went to get my tires swapped out and they found a damaged front brake caliper. Nicole and her team did an amazing job repairing my car and getting me back on the road. Also, special shout out to Nicole for going the extra mile and working so hard to get me the parts I needed. The best thing to happen to this location is putting Nicole in charge. Thanks

Awesome employees helped me out with a few minor problems I was having with my car. Very affordable, quick, and super friendly! Didn’t have to book an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. Highly recommend!

I brought my car into OkTire several days ago to have them fix a broken turn signal for me. When I picked it up today, the turn signal was fixed; however, when I got back into my car I noticed that the lever to adjust my steering wheel was missing and there was now a hole in my steering column where it used to be.

I went back inside and brought this to their attention and the guy at the front desk kept blaming me for it and insisting that it was missing when I brought the car in, which I am beyond certain it was not. I told him I was not paying for something that they removed or broke but was just told repeatedly that they'd "price it out and give me a call" and they would not listen. I had to drive my car home with the steering wheel dropped all the way to the lowest level so that I could barely get into the seat and there's no way to adjust it.

Really disappointing and unacceptable experience. I won't be going back.

Went to this location because of the great reviews, however the experience was not great unfortunately. Went in for a winter tire change and sensor installation, the tire change was done however I never received a call to be notified when the car was done so I had to go in at the end of the day and just hope they were done. I asked for them to help tuck in a loose mud guard panel under the bumper and they graciously agreed, unfortunately, the failed to do so and just cracked the panel further and almost broke it off completely. Additionally, the tire sensors were not paired with the car computer appropriately and had an emergency light taking over my display because of it. I wanted to go back in to get them reset asap (a 5-minute job), but they said I needed to make an appointment and wait till after the weekend, which I understood because they were busy. I arrive to get the reset done, they were unable to do so because the computer plugin was depressed into the plastic board (which they did themselves when originally trying to reset the sensors, I know because I had just used the computer plugin before taking it to OK tire and it was fine). So they said I needed to make another appointment and leave the car all day for them to take the panel off and fix something they didn't admit they broke. At this point I decided to just take it to Trail Tyre on Fort road instead and they were able to fix the broken computer connector and reset all my sensors for $30 and in 30 minutes. Maybe I just had a one off bad experience but I thought it was worth sharing. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else though.

PS. The tire change itself was good, hence the 2- and not just a 1-star rating.

I stopped in at Ok Tire on Groat Road after calling in and asking if someone could please look at the piece of material hanging from my undercarriage. The man who I spoke to said no problem bring it on over quickly. Once he looked at it - it seemed to just be a piece of the undercarriage insulation (for lack of a better word) and he fixed it in less than five minutes! Not only did they look at it for me straight away, the man was so kind as to not even charge me for the time as it was a very way fix. I had been worried it would be something costly and his small kindness really goes a long way. I will be back!

I always do my car service in k tire. With a small fees in a year, I stored my tires everytime I change it when weather xhange too. The service is fast, making an appointments is fast. Very hospitable, friendly and helpful staff. The price is affordable

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and quality of work. Not only did we have go back three times for one service, but the service we got done didn’t work when we got home. Passenger side window received a new part, allowing it to roll up and down; however once we left the shop the window did not move at all. After letting them know, very poor communication was given and nothing was done, they said come back for further service (can only assume that we would have to spend more of our money) We will be taking our services to a different location, one with satisfactory customer service. This place is severely lacking. Not to mention paying for a service that… simply wasn’t correct or working.

I made an appointment request online on a Sunday for the following Monday. OK Tire reached out promptly Monday morning and had an appointment available that morning. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, and always call to give updates. They found a nail in one of the tires and patched it up quick! Excellent service!

There are few places that deliver on expectations, and these guys do. Really look after us and are a great resource in the neighbourhood!

I sent a Facebook message to ask about having my battery checked and possibly replaced. They responded immediately and told me to drop by anytime. I went in and they had it tested and replaced within 30 minutes of me replying to the message! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be a lifetime customer for sure!

Scheduled an appointment for battery change out but couldn't start car to make appointment. I called to reschedule appointment for the next day as I figured I should be able to get the car going by then. Chris from OK offered instead to send out someone with a booster pack free of charge to get the car started so I could drive it to the shop. The tech was at my house within 15 minutes and boosted the car, and I still made the appointment!
New battery and oil change done in a hour! Pretty good considering it was -30 and I'm sure they were already swamped!

Great fast efficient service. Found the best price for the part I needed and then installed it within an hour. Nice to be able to trust that the job will be done in a professional thorough manner. I'll recommend them to others.

Good location if you live in the surrounding area. Would be nice if they provided a hanging or business card type reminder card for what km to come back for a re-torque (will have to check my receipt for that). Seasonal tire change was a decent price, would bring my vehicle here again.

Had a wonderful service experience at this shop today. Greeted by Chris at the front desk, very polite and professional. Had my new tires on in no time walked me through my bill, (great prices) and I was on the road! Well done all.

Made the dealership look silly. Saved me ~400 dollars for more service. Still beat other tire shops in the city by 100.

Car stalled down the street from Ok Tire late afternoon walked to Ok Tire, the manager went out his way to help! He walked down to my car looked at the problem He said he was a Mechanic also. Sometime was loose u see the hood and he fixed on the spot! Better yet he didn’t charge me! Above and beyond! Amazing service!

I was getting out of cross cancer institute on my way home when my car had a low tire pressure warning.ok tire was on my way so i made a quick stop as i dont have anything else on my day.they had my flat tire fixed.on my way out i was hearing a weird sound from the back tire.turned back to their shop and sure enuf they forgot to cut the puncture patch or whatever they call it.so they said sorry cut it off and i was on way.now on my home on the yellowhead highway i was goin about 80-90 km/h and i noticed my hood was moving.i took the exit at winterburn to check and my hood was not locked properly.i paid around $36 for the flat tire service and this is what i get.i know i will die of cancer at some point but not with the negligence of a service tech.i would give 0 stars if possible!

I went in to buy a new set of tires, I paid up front for them. While they were getting installed they asked me to come into the shop so they could show me something, they showed me that I did not need a new set of tires, I only needed a wheel alignment! They gave me a discount and refunded me for the tires, I will NEVER service my car anywhere else! 10 Stars for Chris and Tim!

Went to get a flat fixed. OK Tire at 117 ave and Groat told me my brakes were between 2-3 mm and I needed to pay $800.to be fixed before I dare travel out on highway to go home. I decided to wait and go to my mechanic at home. Next day my mechanic said brakes were still ok at 5-6 mm.

Friendly staff, gets everything done fast and efficient, great service, will definitely be going back there for all my services and repairs

Great Service. Rolled in at 4: 15 pm with a flat tire on the vehicle and it’s -26C outside. Chris took the car immediately and within 15 minutes we were back on the road heading home to Parkland County. If we waited for the AMA in this type of weather to change the tire, we would still be waiting. We were blown away with the service that OK Tire and Chris offer us. Thank you once again.
