When you're given a certain time for an appointment and it's honored even during an extremely busy time, and your vehicle is delivered within an expected time, and, your invoice is an anti inflationary (I haven't seen this number in a garage since 25 years ago) amount, one has a winner. Maybe even a treasure. This OK Tire is more than just ok!

The staff there is awesome and honest. I went in for my shocks because my back end would bang every bump I hit. I went to 3 dealerships and they said they saw nothing wrong ad they didn't recommend changing them. When I took it to Ok Tire they were able to identify the problem and helped me fix the problem. The day I drove off with my fixed truck there was a big grin on my face. So I can't say thank you enough.

I have been happy with OK Tire over the years- Owner is honest and have solid mechanics/staff. I can remember being given a small discount (paying a smaller mark-up) on parts in the past, that was much appreciated. My most recent experience was still good (3-4 star) but not stellar (5 Star). Its a small thing but being charged $36.40 per 4 litre for coolant (on a $1400 job) when anyone can buy similar 4 litre coolant for $18.99 at a local retail shop just seems excessive.

Shane and the team always provide exceptional service. It’s like being a part of the OK Tire family every time I go in. I have been taking my vehicles there for years and my experience is always stellar. Great Team and great service!

Another nice surprise.repairs came in less than expected. Shows again that they won’t take advantage of you by doing unnecessary work.

Team was great. I called they got me in right away and fixed my tire and got me in my way. Super easy and friendly love it.

Not keen on the $116 diagnostic fee when I told them what the problem was and the part that I needed to repair it.

Shayne Casey and all of his staff, provide honest, friendly and knowledgeable service. They always go that extra mile to ensure a happy customer and repeat business! Bought tires here in December, tires have been awesome. Caught a leak the other day and had to get to work in a rush in the morning, they got me in at 8: 05 am and had my tire patched and my Jeep on the road by 8: 25am and 30$ later. Always friendly, fast service.

Always get great service at this shop which I have used for over 30 years. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. I can depend on them for good work. A very good business whose honest dealings ensure that I will continue to use them for work on my vehicles.

I had a regular oil change and inspection. The team was super pleasant and very thorough, went in detail over every single thing I need to address at some point during future visits. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle to them in the future.

We started going to OK tire okotoks about 8+ years ago! We’ve gone there for routine oil changes to getting our air conditioner repaired! They have always been transparent about the necessity of getting certain things done vs what can wait. I live in Calgary so it’s a little bit of a drive but we fully trust their services and will continue to go back!

I Called on Friday last minute with an urgency on time, I was booked i.on Monday for 8am.
A clear concise report sent to my phone with the details of the diagnostic by noon and repairs completed and done by 4 pm.
Excellent customer service by Sterry and further plans to bring my other car in for the same service.

Got the synthetic oil change, inspection, tire rotation package. I knew I had a check engine light on and figured they would read it during the inspection. After the inspection the guy told me “your check engine light is on, you should get that checked out”…. When I go to Great Canadian Oil Change they read the code for free after the oil change.

I had a recent visit to OK Tire recently and it was excellent. I had a flat tire so I brought it in to this establishment form my previous experience. Shayne, whom I didn’t know was the owner at first, assisted me with what I needed. He personally drove me to my house so I can pick up my other vehicle to go to work, it was a gesture of kindness and generosity beyond what I have seen in this industry. Besides seeing him mopping the store earlier, I knew Shayne cared about his place. I will continue to get my tires serviced at OK Tires. Thank you for the great experience Shayne.

Just great people who can be trusted to do good work every time I take my car in. It still has the small town feel. Thank you guys!

Been chasing a leak in AC system and had a seal kit installed about a month ago. After about 2 weeks charge gone and no cold air.
OK charged the system again and put a dye in to assist leak detection but did t charge me which is not only fair but a real good will effort.
I’ll co it he to monitor my AC for further signs of leakage and get it back to these guys for further assessment.

These guys are rock stars. My wife had a large nail in her tire that was found during her lunch hour. I called at about 12: 45 p.m. And they had my wife in at 4: 00 and out in less than 15 minutes with a repaired tire! Have had many service appointments with them regarding my pickup and have very positive things and experiences to say. Highly recommend.

I have really enjoyed the service and the people at Okotoks OK Tire. They are knowledgeable, flexible, patient and thorough.
We will continue to take our vehicles there for regular check ups and repairs.

I was incredibly impressed with the service and prices charged. During the course of a routine oil change inspection a small leak was found and I was told that it likely may be covered on bumper to bumper warranty. I checked and indeed it was, a very large job that would have been out of my pocket if it hadn’t been caught on this service.
They have my business from now on.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Front desk staff were excellent and ready for my vehicle at the appointed time, and my vehicle was it ready for me to pick up at the appointed time. I will be back.

On an extremely busy Saturday, OK Tire Okotoks had a lot of work to do for me with 2 sets of tires to mount on rims + a wheel alignment on the winter set of tires and rims going on the truck. Being from Calgary, I had to wait the 2+ hours to get the work done so I hung out in the reception area and got to witness first hand how OK Tire dealt with all the customers coming in. I was impressed by the overall experience as the front desk man, Sterry, met everyone with a pleasant, professional welcome even when he had to tell some folks he couldn't fit all their requests in on a day when they were swamped. The owner, Shayne was also in the shop working on vehicles which says a lot about the owner commitment to ensuring the customer's work was getting done. My work took less time than suggested and I felt I received excellent value for the money spent.

I have been so impressed by the consistent and amazing customer service at OK Tire. I have never felt taken advantage of or treated with disrespect and always leave happy! The advice and honesty is so refreshing and I will never ever go anywhere else for my vehicle! Ok tire is an amazing business and I would highly recommend going there to absolutely anyone. Their work is exceptional and I have to say the men at the front desk could not be more helpful and more pleasant:) They are truly a pleasure to do business with!

Great job on the work on the front end of my 2015 Ram1500 The the front end alignment took care of the noise and tire wear issues. Prompt service and contact by staff of work needed and completion.

I first found OK Tire in Okotoks through Groupon when residing in Calgary. So happy with their service that I continue going there even though it takes me a good hour drive to get there from where I live now.

My starter gave out on me late one night, and I was pretty far from home. So I had it towed to OK Tire (a block away from my house) Called them at 8: 00am. They had it fixed and ready for pick up at 4: 00!

Emergency car trouble is not a concern anymore. These guys are amazing. I need someone I can trust to keep my car safe and OK never disappoints. They’re professional with that personal touch and know that I am totally dependent on them for car service. 10/10
