Been here a couple of times for new tires now. Service is excellent, and prices are truly reasonable. Will certainly be coming back again!

The Diagnosis consisted of them making it worse and they refused to correct their mistake of forgetting an Oring in a fluid line.
They admitted that they assumed the work to be done without even diagnosing it. They just ripped off the parts before they realized the new parts weren’t there.
Unprofessional for their staff to argue with the customer trying to justify their mistake.

Always fast service, and they will offer different options and recommendations on tires and more, if they don’t have it they will get it

Took my tandem trailer in for a flat repair and picked up a nail in one of the other tires. Ended up needing at least two new ones. They all had some wear so I asked about replacement. They had four in stock and were able to replace all four tires right away. Great customer service.

I like going to OK tire. The front desk people are courteous and knowledgeable

Always have good service here. Staff are friendly, accommodating and fast. Prices are on the higher end for services and rubber, but I don't mind since I know I can expect good treatment and reliable service

The team at OK Tire, Spruce Grove are very thorough and they make sure the customers needs, request etc come first. Customer service is bar none. They go above and beyond! I wish there were more then 5 stars to rate them!

I bought a set of rims for my winter tires. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable they told me everything I needed up front, there was no extra charges in the end and they even did my tire rotation for free. Great place all around I highly recommend it

I recently purchased some winter tires from Ok Tire (Spruce Grove).
The staff are very competent, knowledgeable and professional. I have had superior service time and time again at this location.

A few times they've told me my tires were no good when they still had a season left in them.
I let that go, but when I went to put my summer tires on last spring they told me two of my winter tires were no good and tried to keep them on me.
I asked to take them back because I didn't believe them. Fast forward to now when I took my winter tires else where to get put on.my "no good tires" were perfectly fine.
You guys just sell tires on the side or what? I'll never go back to you guys for that scum bag move

This spring found me in need of some new wheels for my truck and subsequently new tires as well. Elaine was amazing and really helped me out when I needed it. Even through all the adjustments with this pandemic, Elaine and the staff of OK Tire Spruce Grove were amazing at helping me get what I needed. Thank you again, highly recommend them!

I had some 285/70R17 Firestone Destination XT tires installed on my truck. They came in about $200 less than Kal and treated better than I ever have been. There was a bit of a mix up with my metal valve stem caps and the gave me a new set. They did a great alignment and gave me the details. Exceptional service, I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

When I had my tires put on this January, we had a hiccup with the customer service. The staff did a great job of resolving it so when I punctured a tire yesterday, I went back. They were fantastic! Ordered the tire, installed and balanced today, and I will be back to be torqued after 100km. What I did not know when I bought my tires is that I had some type of hazard warranty so what could have been a spendy tire cost me $18 + labour. If you need tires, they are the go to place in Spruce Grove!

These folks know what they are doing and do a great job. And not just with tires, but many other mechanical issues as well. Great service!

Great service! I had an issue with a rebate claim, the staff quickly fixed the issue and fixed my tire as well. I will definitely be back again.

Really enjoyed my trip to your store. I purchased new rims for my vehicle and was surprised to find that they had a set of 20” in stock with the right offset. The installation time was really short and the experience was very good. I will be returning when I need tires next.

The owners are amazing and the prices are exceptional and service is great. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this business to any friends or family.

I had an after hours emergency and had a flat, the only store open at that hour told me my tire could not be fixed and tried to sell me a brand new one, I refused and in the morning I took it to OK Tire in Spruce, I did not have an appointment but they took me in anyways. Amazing service provided by one of the tire technicians named Ethan. He was not only courteous but also very professional and quick at fixing my tire. I have never had to wait too long for service at this place. The front staff are also very friendly and professional. Nicole and Steve are amazing at their job.
