Top blokes! Did a great job with my car, kept their appointment time and had me in and out in an hour. You can tell they really go out of their way to get the job done right. Will definitely be going back here in the future. First class.

Just got a set of snow tires and rims for my truck done by the team here. Service was fast and communication was excellent. Pricing was on part with what I had seen elsewhere but it is the service that will keep me coming back.

Great staff and great service! We had to get a tire repaired and many tire shops wouldn’t even bother with it. Got a appointment set up promptly and service was great!

I would recommend this location to anyone. They were Efficient, Fast and Very Courteous. Went in one day with a flat and they ordered me 2 new tires and had them installed within minutes the next day they had the tires. Extremely Happy with the service and will definitely be back, Thank You.

Went in for wheel balance and drove away no better actually worse. Upon addressing the issue they did not have the equipment to do the job correctly which was never explained so the vehicle was sent to another shop. Now I have marks on my rim that neither want to take ownership of AND walked away with a other bill. It should of never cost over 300 for a simple balance. Not a cutomers fault that you did not have the equipment to do the job. Shouldn't of taken on the job or shouldn't of presented ANOTHER invoice after another shop had to fix it. Now out more than double on invoices and damaged paint that nobody claims they did. Horrible experience.

Sergio and Rick sadly retired as of this year.

However the new duo Dustin and Tyson were exceptional! They were able to fit me in last minute for a tire bead install.

The work was precise and well put together, beads balanced very well and they even cleaned and reaired to the proper PSI.

Highly recommend this shop over any Kaltire or Trail tire. OK tire north east edmonton has very fair prices and great service!

My spouse called in and asked if they could torque her tires. They said no problem and to come on in! I brought the car to the shop to be told that they won't torque tires they did not install. I said feel free to take the tires off, inspect, install and torque and charge me for the work done. The person at the desk was demeaning and told me to take my business elsewhere. I'm wondering if was the rainbow shirt I was wearing?

I went to Grande Tire which is nearby. They were able to help me promptly. What a great group!

I will be boycotting this OK tire location.

They do tires. What else do you need a gentle reach around. Probably not going to get that but i suppose you could ask!

Was interested in giving them my business, guess they don't need it. Never answers the phone to schedule an appointment and never bothers to call back. I'll go somewhere else.
