OK Tire

I had such a bad experience with them. First they will charge you amount for the service which was done and didn’t ask exactly (which has been told to front desk guy). And when I complained about that they said, I have to pay again full amount for the service.

Highly not recommended place to go. There are other good places in town. And they are not friendly at all and the they guy hung up on call.

My son had a flat fixed that we picked up for him, they saw that we were driving a suv and put the tire in a bag. Thanks for going the extra mile.

We were on a trip and had car issues. This Okay Tire was recommended to us! Needless to say we were a little stressed. They took us in right away and resolved the issue very quickly! I would recommend anyone that needs work done on their vehicles to come to this location! Professional from the time we walked in the door!

I am a senior and was having repairs done on my vehicle. I explained it had to be completed by 12: 30 in order to pick up my 5 year old grandson. I was assured they could do it in time. They said they needed 2 hours. When it was not done, CJ said his techs HAD TO TAKE LUNCH, at 12: 00. I had to wait another hour for them to have lunch then another hour to complete the work. This is so unacceptable I recently moved here and knew no one to get my grandson. I had to make arrangements with the community center to look out for him. They make promises they can't keep. Terrible service. Say anything just to get your business.

We had a hard time with communication. We did not receive updates on our car and were not notified when they went over the quote we initially recieved. The work was fine, but our car was there for about a month. Better communication would have been appreciated.

This is a response to GLENN that left a comment about a week prior. You are upset that they stored your tires outside for 5 months? What could happen to them? Rained on? These guys are taking over the the very busy operation of a long time family run business in this community. A very well respected and diligent Pilar to this community I might add. Their father had a medical situation rendering him unable to look after the business he built. I think these guys are doing a hell of a job picking up from where dad was, without any warning! Your complaint is tires stored outside! Really?
Tires! They are the first point of contact to all the elements on a vehicle. You’re obviously bored in life. Leave these guys alone.

Back in June of 2022 I inspected my motorhome tires and found small cracks starting to form on the sidewalls. We were leaving for an estimated 15000 km trip to eastern Canada and would have to replace the tires before our trip. We contacted other tire shops in Lacombe, looking for the tires and were told they didn't have them or they didn't return my call. Contacted Ahryn at OK and she and the manager (Matt) looked all over North America for tires that would work. The tires were eventually found, two in BC and the remaining four later, at another shop. They were shipped to Lacombe and just before the Canada Day long weekend, I took the motorhome into OK Tire to have them installed. The last 4 tires arrived around 3 pm that day. By the time they had an open bay it was late in the day but Matt, Ahryn and the fellow who installed the tires stayed to complete the job so we could head out on our trip. They went the extra mile and they probably had plans for the long weekend that I set back for them. Would highly recommend OK Tire!

I purchased rims for my winter tires at the suggestion of the manager. (April 2022) He also suggested putting sensors in the new rims to avoid problems with the vehicle sensing systems. The manager agreed to mount the tires but would hold off putting the sensors in until the fall when I would change the tires out. He also agreed to store the tires until fall if I used them to change them out. I booked for October 12 and was called on the morning of to tell me they could not find my tires even though their April invoice clearly stated they would store them. When they finally located my tires, they had been stored outside and not inside as indicated when I left them there. When I questioned the reasons, I got a lot of run-around excuses and was also told that they would not be able to store my summer tires inside because their sea-can was full. They then tried to charge me for mounting them on my car even though I expressed the desire to take them and have them mounted elsewhere. I don't recommend this tire store to anyone. Their customer service is very poor.
