OK Tire

Amazing service! On Friday Dec 22 at 4: 30 pm they took my vehicle in as I had a nail on the outer tread wall that would not be repaired. You could hear the air hissing out of the tire standing next to it and I was planning on driving out of town Christmas Eve. They put my spare on and stayed past closing to secure a replacement tire, same make as I had on it. Victoria was very helpful in calling me back to take my vehicle in, and providing me directions. Austin was amazing and very helpful, he changed my tire over and Jeff the owner went above and beyond to secure a new tire after their business hours the day before holidays. And… I met him there Saturday morning Dec 23 for him to swap the tire out. Victoria, Austin and Jeff were all very helpful, and went above and beyond. Amazing friendly service! Highly recommend OK tire International Ave!

Came in to get to check if my tire had a TPMS sensor. They were quick and happy to serve at no charge. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great place to have your car serviced! Business name is misleading, they do all types of auto service not just tires. Honest and responsible auto mechanics, recommend them highly.

Great little tire and auto shop. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. With an appointment to do a tire swap, he a accommodated a last minute request for an oil change with a smile.

Went too these guys for new tires but it took them five hours to do a change over. Also the credit card payment process took over an hour and a half. Man was nice but there was no warranty or discount after wasting half my saturday on poor work and shoddy customer service. 1300$ should not have this experience ever. Dont go to this store because they are incompetent and take you for granted. There staff are poorly trained and till prolly rip you off like they did me.

I needed a tire repair and ok tire on 17 ave se was the only place that could help me on a saturday, the service was quick and got me in right away, thank you sgain for the great service

Well I got to say this place was a savior. I got a punctured Tire and losing air fast first went up to fountain Tire on 52nd and 17th they told me I was basically SOL that it was going to be a while and I really didn't feel like sitting around for a couple hours to get a punctured Tire repaired. Went to OK Tire down the street they got my truck in right then was done within 20 minutes and I was on my way, that's great service. Thanks much appreciated.

This place is appointment only. Be ware it is costly, swapping one tire costs $45.00, and still it may not work as technician maynot be able to see your tire if it has some nail, screw or any other defect. Not a pleasant experience even after spending $45.00. I have to take my car to another workshop.

Jeff and his team are amazing. I drove in my 2021 audi Q8 for a quick tire repair as I ran over a small nail. I was reluctant at first as my car was brand new, but I would not trust anyone else when it comes with to tires but these guys. These professionals removed the nail from my tire, diagnosed it, and found out that no actions were required as it was not deep enough. All in the same day service. These professionals did not charge me anything $. Truly bless to find honest experts in the industry. My family and I will be going to you guys for all our tire and automotive need in the future.

Stopped in to ok tires after my tire pressure light went off and I was in a hurry to get to a meeting and didn't have a tire pressure gauge. Brady checked all four tires and topped up the low tire and made sure all my other tires were at the right PSI before sending me on my way. Beyond thankful for the courteous service while in a rush. Will be back for sure!

What can I say that hasn't already been said about this shop? Shawn was amazing to deal with as a Service Writer. Above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe before I drove it off the lot. I've been through a few shops with my old jalopy (2003 car) and this one has met and exceeded all expectations. My Baby Blue and I will be back for her oil change in the next few months!

Took my car here for a quote and it felt like I was sitting around all day, no one knew what was going on and they tried to charge me way to much. Shop down the road took care of me for cheaper price and better service.

Long story short, got a flat tire which was unfix-able, they put on my spare, ordered a new tire, and I was back the next day. The employee over torqued one of my bolts and it was stuck till the point one of my studs broke in half and they started to blame a pre existing condition and charged me an extra 190$ to replace the stud and install my tire. Wouldn't recommend going here.

I went too OK Tire on 17th Ave S. E.for a wheel alignment and they got me in right away. When the vehicle was finished they did not call too let me know that it was ready. No biggy. The problem: While picking up my vehicle, they informed me that the rear wheels still needed alignment but also needed shims. I asked what the qoite would look like for that job, along with changing out the switch under the break peddle, for the gear shift. I was told that they would send me a text with that qoute. A month later I am still waiting. I went into there shop and let them know that I had not received their text. I sat in their lobby for about 45 minite and had to leave without the qoite. The gentlemen serving told me that he would send the texted qoute and I gave him my phone number again. 2 weeks later I called them again, I indicated to him who was on the phone, that I had not recieved any qoute but needed to make an appointment for the 19th of Dec. I was told that he would look into it and call me back. That call never happened and now they are closed for the day. I guess they have too much business to have to deal with this Pesent person. Whats worse, they did a half an alignment and billed me more then their board listed price, of 300.00. Today I know that the other have of this alignment will cost me almost 700.00.

I will go some where else! Basken and Lane is not across the street from me. But why would I continue to do bussiness with an irresponsible company any more? I would not recommend OK Tire too anyone! After writting a negetive reveiw I recieved a qoite for a ridiculous price. The fact that I needed to write a bad review and leave a message on their phone in order to get a qoute, make me wonder why OK Tire thinks that I would trust them again? No, I will take my pesant self somewhere else alongwith my money that was no good for them there!
My opinion is the same. Stay away from getting work done here!

Reason; any company that make you pull teeth for a qoite on a vehicle that they have already worked on and told me the work that was needed should be avoided. Especially if they cannot give you a qoute on the spot after just working on the front end alignment, the rear end is also apart of that wheel alignment.

Finally; I did not take my vehicle back and they lost almost 700.00 because I still need that work done but will go elsewhere!

Their loss, and I wonder how the owner feel about that loss? Boy!

Wow, when I was in trouble and I knew last winter I should have got new rubber. I'm lucky I didn't do more damage.
Well I got super stuck and needed tires that day. Been shopping around online. I hate shopping online folks, it confuses me!
Stopped in at #OKtire #forestlawn and got well educated on what a tire pattern is, what tire suite's road and or trail conditions.
Best part is they had me in the vary same day! I needed to get to work the next day.

AMAZING SERVICE!

P. S.about $50 more for the tires then others. But they had me hooked up the same day. Well worth it.

So far I'm loving the new shoes, back to my random drives.

I would say a bad experience. I had gotten my tires changed to winter tires from them.
My expectations were that they will do their job properly, but may be that was an incorrect one.
They didnt even check my tire pressure and fill it. Within a few kilometers my tires reported low pressure.
Also when checked found out that one of the tire's pressure valve was damaged and the air was leaking.
Trusting them after changing tires, I was on an outstation trip the next day and it was a huge pain getting the valve replaced.
I am never gonna go to this place where not even basic checks are done.

Updating the comment for the owner's reply: if u had tried to fill up the air on my tires while changing, you would have noticed the leak as it was in the valve. But u guys didnt even fill up the tires or check the tire pressures while replacing. Simply this is laziness by your car mechanic.

Guys got me in the same day when none of the other shops I called could. They had my winters changed over to summers in less than an hour. All that was great, I couldn't have asked for better customer service for that part. The problem was they left a bunch of the tire glue all over the wheels and tires. I thought no big deal I'll just wipe it off when I get home. After I wiped it off, I noticed a couple chips and scratches on my brand new rims. It seems like they were trying to cover up the scratches until I got out of there. Would not recommend this place
