The wonderful friendly team just helped us today. We had a tire blow out on the highway yesterday on our way towards Leduc. We called them up while driving on the tiny spare, and they ordered us a matching tire and installed it the next day very very quickly. They even ordered two tires in case it was necessary to avoid us waiting. Highly recommended:)

Asked the company to do one thing and they tried to do everything else to the vehicle, was very specific on what I needed done, but instead they took me vehicle for 2 week, changed an o2 sensor, said my car was running 1000x better, paid the 540$ to get my vehicle running the exact same as be for, not impressed at all! And would never recommend (car was running poorly when I dropped off and picked up, nothing changed but they still took my money)

Mostly good service to change tires. However, my tires had come with wheel locks (newer car to me - didn't think to check for this). Suggestion: call the customer to ask before lopping them off and charging the customer extra! A two second search in the trunk of the car and I found the key that was in plain view! A courtesy call could have saved me $100, but guess this shop just cares about making money first.

Tried to rip me off by saying needed ball joints before they could align front end. Wanted $900 to change two lower ball joints. Ball joints were fine. Kal Tire did the alignment with no parts needed.

Took my vehicle to Canadian Tire for an out of province inspection and was quoted $4000.00 for the repairs. They wanted to replace everything in the front suspension due to a broken coil spring. (unfortunately only dealer replacement). I took it to OK Tire for a second estimate. They worked with me as I tried to source out aftermarket parts, and gave me a best and worst case senario base on whether they could salvage the struts when the coils were replace. Unfortunately it ended up being the worst case senario and I had to do the compete replacement, but they came in more than $1000.00 less than Canadian Tire. They also had to do a complete re-inspection because of the time constraint passed due to waiting for parts. When they did the work, they noticed the other coil was cracked which was not noted in the first inspection and there were also a couple light issues they took care of without even charging me. They stayed with the original quote they gave me, with no surprises. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Friendly, professional and honest service was what I got, which is hard to find these days.

Brought my car here because it was leaking coolant and overheating. We thought it was the intake gasket, but the mechanic quickly found that it was a common problem in my car model and replaced some connectors to the heater. Less than $200 and back in just a few hours. THANKFUL and so i recommend this place:)

Blew a tire 8km outside of Leduc in the middle of the night. I called these guys the next day and they didn't have my tires in stock, but brought them in overnight and had my car ready bright and early the next day. The service was prompt, professional and friendly. Thanks for getting me safely back to Olds.

Do not go there even if your life depends on it. I went for an insurance inspection, they told me I had over 5500$ worth of repair to pass the inspection. I went for a second opinion elsewhere and the truck pass the inspection with only a few hundred bucks of repairs.
My appointment was at 11h and the truck never got in the shop until 11h40
Also they tryed to charge me 175$ for the inspection until I showed them on their own wall it said 130$.
Poor experience, poor customer service. Not trust worthy at all.

Changed my review from a 5 star to a 2 star. This place has really gone down hill and it's very unfortunate. The wheel weights fell off one of my wheels they installed/balanced, and twice now they havn't been able to properly align my car.on top of that the tech damaged my shifter because apparently they can't drive a standard.

Rip off. Charged $272 labour cost for replacing windshield washer pump.it took them only 40 mins to replace it. Be careful to read the invoice first before paying! Their style is asking you to pay first then print the receipt. Not coming back to this branch anymore. Worst OK tire branch!

Fantastic, got me in quickly, and since I had kids with me had two techs do the work so I could be in and out in record time!

Arranged to get tire repaired. Front desk person very pleasant and knowledgeable. Waiting room comfortable with TV to watch. Service was fast. Price was reasonable.

I brought my truck in because my tire was leaking air and I needed to get it repaired. They had it for 40 minutes then tried to tell me it couldn't be fixed and I needed two new tires. I took it somewhere else and it was fixed within 20 minutes with zero issues. Also, the gentleman kept calling me "dude" which unfortunately made me never want to come back even more than the fact that they wasted so much of my time.

If 0 stars was an option it would have been chosen. I took my older truck that I had just bought here to get an inspection so I would be able to drive it the following day. It did not pass the inspection, understandable. I asked them to give me a quote for the repairs required for it to pass an inspection, waited for them to get back to me but they never did so I booked a spot at Canadian Tire Leduc for them to make the repairs so it would pass an inspection. When I took it in i told them what to look at and had them order the parts that would be needed. After an hour or so they called me back and told me that there was no repairs required other than a light bulb and an exhaust hanger and that they didn't know what OK tire was talking about for major repairs. How can one place pass THE SAME INSPECTION AND THE OTHER PLACE NOT PASS IT? So few days later i went back to OK tire to ask for a refund since they did a bogus inspection and came up with repairs that were not needed. I went in very calm and simply asked for a refund because of these made up issues. The personnel at the front desk began to get frustrated/ angry with me and basically called me an idiot for getting another opinion and driving a so called "unsafe" vehicle. They insisted that Canadian Tire was a joke and blatantly called the other mechanic that did the inspection idiots as well. 10/10 would not recommend OK tire if you value your time and money since they just want you to come back and waste your money.

The gal at there front counter is phenomenal she knows what she is talking about and pleasant to deal with! Manager is pretty fricken awesome too! New guy at the counter is pretty rad as well!

I took my vehicle here to get my front right shock replaced, and I ran into some issues afterwards and needed to get it replaced again. OK tire did not install the part correctly but they were extremely accommodating and looked after me. I believe it is when a business fails it gains a greater opportunity to succeed which OK tire went above and beyond my expectations to do so. I would definitely go back and use them I know everyone makes mistakes, and I am just happy to be back on the road.

I got an oil change here recently. I can see why they’re called OK Tire because the experience was OK. It was not necessarily negative but it wasn’t positive either. Generally when I get an oil change for approximately $80-100 it includes a plethora of services such as a multi point inspection and fluid top ups and a run down of what they did after the service is complete. I guess I just got the basic oil change or something. I will probably take it to Ford next time to get it done as there’s more value in the service for me as a consumer. I have no complaints about the customer service whatsoever, the guy at the front was great.

These guys are straightforward, and offer options best suited for your car and life style. I don't live in leduc anymore, but I'll always come back to get my car serviced here

We recently visited the shop due to a mishap with our older camper van. The employes at the shop were always pleasant, courteous, and accomdating. Even while delivering our bad news. Good news is that their service was better than one could hope for! Bad news was our vehicle was toast.
I would highly recommend this shop just due to the wonderful employees that work there!

They can do maintenance on import vehicles! They did an oil change, reset my computer and even inspected my shimy in my tires. Instead of pressuring me to replace my tires he assured me I would be ok with another season, just come back next season to replace my tires They charged me one tenth what a mercedes dealer would.

Needed a tire patched and didnt have a lot of time. They said they could have it done by the end of day, but called me 15 min.later telling me it was done! Top notch service I will be back! Thank you

Huge shoutout to OK Tire! They took my car in on short notice in the middle of a busy day. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere! They got my tire fixed quickly and did what they could when they knew I was short of money. My day took a turn for the worse when I got a flat tire and they made it better again when discounting their services for me. OK Tire is deffinatly my “go to” tire shop away from home. Highly recommended!

After sending my truck in because it dies. They give there botched fuel pump and charged $600. When the truck died the next day. They rowed it back and couldn't find a problem. Sent it to a real mechanic (not tire technician). All in all. They had my truck for 2 weeks. $1300 And managed to disconnect the command start. Heat doesn't work and truck still doesn't run. So I'd like to thank these "mechanics " for not only not fixing my truck. But making it worse then when it first showed up. After missing days of work. Paying for tows to them and I still don't have a working truck. Crooks!
