It’s hit or miss really. To have your already rimmed tires put on for whatever season (winters or summers) they are efficient in providing this service. For my oil change it was a basic service, and I paid around about 146 with synthetic oil. I purchased rims here, told the gentleman on the phone I wanted multi spoke black rims. He said the ones that would look the best where actually the ones in which cost less. After the install I saw these exact rims in the Canadian tire flyer (very disappointed).

I was driving from Calgary to Chilliwack and realized on the way I needed a balance real bad. I called them before opening hours and asked if I could get in quick and they accommodated me asap. It gave me the peace of mind before my 10 hour drive. Much appreciated!

-Best service in the Cochrane/Calgary area. Tire services are very well priced and they always go the extra mile. Front desk team is very knowledge and on top of their game. They offer multiple channel to communicate (phone, email and even text). Nothing but good things to say.

I went in with my car making some noise. After spending $600 to “try and figure it out” (they didn’t figure it out) they told me I need a new engine on a car with less than 100000km. After getting it looked at elsewhere, my car is still running, the check engine light has gone off, but thank goodness I didn’t take OK Tire’s advice and waste $6000+ to repair something that wasn’t needed. I would have been safer going to Canadian Tire.

After noticing a thumping sound coming from my tires I made an impromptu stop in Cochrane. The crew at OK Tire were quick to diagnose the situation and promptly replaced a broken bearing the following day. Everyone here is exceptional, kind, and professional. Many thanks go to the staff and ownership for getting me back on the road quick and affordably.

I have brought my vehicles to OK Tire a few times now and I just want to say the service is exceptional. The owner took me back to my house when I dropped of my car then came and picked me up when the car was ready. I would recommend OK Tire for ALL repairs on vehicles here in Cochrane. Very helpful! I went in to get 2 new tires and it turns out the original tires I had were discontinued. Dallas took the time to call around and hunt down the next best tire for me. Great costumer service!

They were great. We were having a problem down-shifting in our car, and were worried it was the transmission. We left it with them to inspect, and they came back a few hours later having diagnosed it as something other than the transmission. Since it was a simple issue, they did not charge us, and were incredibly kind about it.

After the install I saw these exact rims in the Canadian tire flyer (very disappointed), saw they charged me 25$ more per rim (150 plus tax). If I wanted basic rims I woulda went to Canadian tire but I thought OK Tire would of had better quality and I had the money to spend. The rims look cheap and I do regret that purchase. I look at my rims everyday before getting into my car and try to convince myself that they look ok. All purchases done in 2020, rim purchase was in April 2021

Colin & crew are great. Replaced my battery quickly last minute on Friday of the Heritage Day long weekend. Don't hesitate to voice concerns. Colin is open to suggestions/critiques in order to make sure you're happy.

Such a great place. They are accommodating for schedules, get the work done quickly, everyone is lovely, and they go above and beyond. I've felt very pressured and/or talked down to at other mechanics as I know very little about cars, but they keep me informed without being condescending or trying to get extra money out of me.

I had a rush job and they did it for me even after my tires got delayed, they also helped with my Out of Province Inspection and printed paperwork I need to register the car. Thanks guys

Had two tires that had been patched 4 months ago by other shops get loose on me. Called Murray and he got me in last minute/ day of and repaired both patches in 45minuted. The whole team was super nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend and go there anytime! Thanks again Murray!

Dean and his crew work hard to make sure their customers are satisfied. I had an issue with new tires that were not quite what I expected. They worked to remedy the situation quickly and provided a very good solution. I appreciate the great service.

I was calling around town this morning cause I had caught a staple in my tire and I was losing air quickly. Got in touch with OK Tire and they told me to come right away. Happy I did. Great customer service, great price, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Even topped up all of my other tires and notified me there were a couple others under pressure. Definately recommend!

Great customer service. Came over from Kal Tire this morning who could not deal with my issue till tomorrow afternoon maybe. The staff at OK tire was very friendly and informative and helpful looking forward to dealing with all of my future business with them

I have only ever had wonderful experiences with the Cochrane location. They have probably the best customer service in town for auto and tire services. They are very quick to respond to any questions, quick at getting you in and do a good and thorough job. I will continue to use this location and refer them to everyone!
