Amazing customer service and affeciency! I broke an axel on a Saturday, in a town an hour away. No service departments were open until monday, and I have to be back at work for Monday! They did not have the part for my silverado, but said if I could find one, they will install it for me. Even though they are booked solid. Found one at Napa, towed my truck there, and they had it fixed in 2 hours. It's absolutely incredible! Thank you!
Well they do what they say they do I suppose. But my experience hasn't been great. I bought a spare trailer tire I asked just the cheapest they had the bill came to almost $300! Though I took that as my fault. I should have asked first. Today I was in with someone else and while waiting in line someone had questions about their bill and the service teck was was so rude when the guy was upset and there was no service skills from him, an undfriendly greeting to him just what's your problem? My husband worked in a tire shop for several years before moving up in his career and he would never speak to a customer that way, he would likely have lost his job if he did. I understand customers can be difficult to deal with in the customer service industry but you have to remember that that's it is customer service and you only make money because of them and when you are annoyed with your customers that other potential customers can hear. Although our service that we came in for went fine and the lady at the front was very nice.
Terrible service, and overpriced. Regular oil change (not even synthetic) was 120$. I also had a problem with my car where it was shaking uncontrollably after 100km/h, I said the wheels may need to be balanced, but I’m not a mechanic. Pretty sure they just took my word for it, and didn’t do a proper assessment of what could’ve been causing the shaking, now I’m still having the same problem… my advice, save your money and go elsewhere
They did an out of province inspection and although it failed do to some things it also failed for a few repairs they did like a list lugnut and replaced signal bulb. And even failed brake pads that were at 50 percent. They also told me it was full price to get reinspected after repairs were done.
Amanda at the front desk not very helpful. Not willing to try to be friendly or professional. Very money driven. They may be good to locals but if you're traveling through. DO NOT STOP HERE. They will act like your vehicle troubles don't matter unless you throw cash at them.
The owners of this OK Tire are completely unhelpful and rude. I had my vehicle towed to their location and asked for any assistance in replacing a fuel pump, or even if I could repair it myself in the back so I could get home to Cold Lake if they were booked up. I was told to get the vehicle off the property and go somewhere else. I got the vehicle over the the local bumper to bumper, and the man working there was extremely helpful and even offered me and my family a place to work on it and even helped me himself. Frank, the owner of OK tire apparently also owns Bumper to Bumper; he found me working on it and got extremely angry at me and the worker of Bumper to Bumper for offering me a place to fix up my vehicle. The complete lack of compassion and care astounds me. Dont support this business; it has no care for people in trouble.
Great service, we had a mechanical issue while driving through, was over the weekend so was good they had a contact number on the door that we were able to call and speak with a real person who reassured us that they could see us first thing Monday morning.
They completed the repair quickly that ended up just being a small concern (rock stuck in the brakes). Always concerned when travelling far from home in a new area as you wonder if you are getting an honest assessment as you will not be a repeat customer. Great honest service.
The quote they give you initially and what they pull when they finally got your visa information is totally different. Think twice before you provide your information is all I can say.
Ridiculously rude service. If you want to be talked down and ignored come here and talk to the owner Frank. I would drive 100km out of town to get my service elsewhere.
Excellent service! Blew a tire on our cargo trailer while traveling and the shop was almost closed. They came out and did a roadside repair and got us on our way. Many many thanks for the fantastic service!
I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and asked for a quote to fix my hatch. I got the quote and was happy with the price so I went ahead with the work. When I picked up my vehicle it was $130 above and beyond what I had anticipated paying as they said they found other things that needed to be changed out. When people ask for a quote it's usually because they are budgeting and I was extremely disappointed with the extra cost of work I did not ask for.
Our RV broke down just outside of town this past weekend, and after being towed here, the mechanics were able to get us up and running with new parts and a fresh pair of tires all in just a couple of hours. Thanks to them we were able to get to our campsite for that night. Great service.
You should think twice about going to OK Tire in Pincher Creek, the owners of OK Tire & Allied Disturbutors now Bumper to Bumper they don't care about you or me they just want to line their pockets. I worked for them in past for a couple of months, I had to quit, I couldn't do it, No Care about people. Just money coming in. You take as you will.
Had a tire emergency while passing through Pincher Creek. The crew at OK Tire were amazing, helpful, and offered a deal too good to turn down. I left with 4 new tires mounted and balanced in less than 3 hours after randomly walking in on a Wednesday morning. Very accommodating and honest, fair prices & clean facility.
Great place. They fit me into their busy schedule when all my warning lights came on. Diagnosed and fixed the issue all with a very fair price. Much appreciated!
Warning lights came up during heat wave. I called a few places but all too busy! OK tire took it in and was diagnosed and fixed in couple of hours. Very appreciative! Cost was minimal. They now have all my business.
It takes three hours to switch a set of tires here might as well do it on your own time, not to mentions they charge or change things that aren’t necessary just to make an extra buck would give a 0/5 if possible
Nothing but positive vibes for this place! They saved camping trip by staying open a little late to fix a punctured tire we had. They didn't even charge an after hour fee and were pleasant and quick! Top notch!
Our truck broke down on our way to BC so we had it hauled into this OK tire location. The team here went above and beyond to help us store a trailer we were hauling and come up with a solution to fix the problem when a part wasn't available to order. In my experience service like this is rare now a days. Truly grateful they were able to get us on our way so we could finish our trip. Highly recommended if you find yourself with vehicle problems in the Pincher Creek area.
I always appreciated the professionalism and fair prices at this location.until just recently. I had brought in a tire a few months ago with a slow leak. They tried their best to patch it for which I paid approx $45.00. I brought it in again today because it was still losing about 3 pounds of air pressure per week. They tried again to fix it but it turns out the tire was too damaged internally. So they offered me a used tire to last until the end of winter after which I would buy a whole new set. This tire was close to the wear bars and was not the same brand but the tread depth was close to the old tire. I asked how much and the guy from the garage said $25 plus installation and balancing which was fair. He then proceeded to walk back into the garage. Before the lady at the counter could ring it in a shorter guy beside her who was chomping on a something hanging out of his mouth said, "Make it $50 plus installation and balancing.we're not giving our stuff away". Now keep in mind this was for a used tire from another customer who had his tires changed and which they paid a disposal fee for. So overall I paid approx $110.00 to fix my slow leaking tire ($45 + $66). I thought that was very unprofessional and too much. Regardless I paid the $66 and left. As a customer who previously spoke highly of their service and just bought a new set of winter tires from them for my other SUV I won't be going back there or recommending them to anyone. To the short guy behind the counter.it's a small town and your churlish attitude will cost your business far more than the extra $25.00 you felt needed to be charged so you wouldn't be "giving away" the used tire you got for free and were paid to dispose of. That's no way to run a business. To the tire repair guy.thank you very much for your efforts and professionalism. It's too bad the guy at the counter was a d^%$^.
Just want you all to know that we were really helped by Frank and his workers at OK Tire Pincher Creek. We hit black ice with our Toyota truck and ruined two rims and bent an axle and front rod. They were a great help to get us on the road again. Suggest anyone to visit this fine place.
Frank, the owner, is just a wonderful person. We had a problem with our tire on Sunday afternoon and Frank came especially for us on Monday morning to help us out even though it was Labor day vacation. If you have a problem, this is the guy you want to be on your side. Thank you very much, Frank.
OK Tire Pincher Creek.you are the Best! Two weeks ago, the engine light Came on in my van so I booked it in at my regular repair shop where the sensor diagnosed that the problem was a catalytic converter (yikes) and there are two of those critters in my van Double Yikes!) and each is very expensive. Turns out it was still drivable with this defect so I chose to wait for repairs. But then the engine light and tire pressure light would come on and off. When I turned the van off and restarted, all was well and no engine light or other signs would come on but I thought I’d drop into the tire shop and have the guys check the tires anyway. I mentioned the other problems the sensor had discovered and OK Tire said they could recheck that for me and they did. And changed my van battery and Voila! Van is fixed and has a brand new battery for just over $250.
