Amazing service. I came in to get my drivers side tire replaced and Frank was very friendly and welcoming.

I brought my laptop so I could work there while I waited, and Frank brought me a coffee. Overall the atmosphere was very positive. Friendly staff, and they had my tire fixed up quickly.

I haven’t had such good service in awhile. I will definitely come back here, if or when my car ever gives me trouble again.

Stopped here as we had issues with one of the tires and they were able to fill our tires up as soon as we got there!

We just had the most wonderful experience here. Had some tire problems on the highway heading out of town and had to pull into OK tire Nisku. They were above and beyond helpful, gave our kids some coloring sheets and took a look at the truck straight away. Got us back on the road in no time. So grateful! Thank you all so much!

Love this place it is awesome, Cindy will always set you up with the best prices for quality workmanship, the whole crew here have a lot of knowledge and are very experienced. I guarantee you can not go wrong here, I brought my Ford mustang here after getting a review from a different shop on getting control arms done which would have costed me quite a bit but when these guys brought it in and took a look at it, it was perfectly fine. It was super good news and Cindy didn’t even charge me because they didn’t have to do any work on it, most of these dealers would charge you 1 hour labour just to inspect it, but Cindy and her team care about you and will not spend your money if they don’t have to. They will take very good care of you and will make sure that your vehicle is safe and road worthy.

Visited this place recently, thanks to Cindy. It went on smooth and I was satisfied with the quality of service.

Excellent customer service by OK Tire in Nisku (Cindy) - saved my bottom on highway 2 for blowing out my rear tire - when I had 250+km yet to go, to be on time for a Medical Apt to be on time. (I was eating my up givemetime that I allotted for extra time).
MINDBLOWING that she had a truck out to me after speaking with her for only a few minutes for details and truck sent out to me in 20 mins (where my toad side took like 30+ mins on the phone and quoted me 1.5 hours for a return around for a truck to service my vehicle blown tire on Highway 2!

While I was waiting on started to jack down my spare and to get started and OK Tire (Marco) popped up behind me, got out of truck and on his knees and started to pull my spare out as it was already down on ground and get to work! Said hi and totally offered the helping hand that I was looking for (need a check over for damage cause of the black smoke from tire (3 holes on one wall and 1 whole on the other side of wall) and for drill for the special key for lugnuts!

HONESLTY like 5 mins - I was ready to go (I was calling the other company to cancel their service call for courtesy that took longer). Service tech did the walk around and check all tires air and shock my hand and I was on my way!

The front desk lady was extremely helpful and super nice, me and my family were in between a rock and a hard place with two tires that had nails in them plus a blown out other tire, we would of had to wait until Monday but we had a newborn baby and the lady at the front got us back on the road in a couple hours. Amazing service drop your vehicle off they say it will be done at a certain time. Into your surprise they call you ahead of time and say it’s been done the team and OK tire in Nisqu you are amazing from the time you walk through the door I recommend this place as a go to for all your tire and automotive needs.

These guys are crooks. They charge for a diagnosis, could not find the problem. Came back three days later and reported more detail on the issue and they claim it to be a separate diagnosis and charge you again. These guys are as crooked as they come.

They were fantastic and helped us right away with an emergency tire repair. Cindy and Fas were terrific. Would highly recommend them. Went above and beyond.

I brought in my vehicle to get winter tires put on it - and regret it.

The existing all season tires had with less than 1000km on them, as they were purchased 2 weeks ago. Not only did they damage 2 of the tires they removed, they tried to hide it from me.

Only after I brought the vehicle home and removed the removed tires from their bags did I see the problem. When I called them, they (at first) admitted to damaging a tire and asked for photos to determine how best to solve the problem.

However, two days later they changed their story and stated that they did not damage the tires - and therefore they would not cover their replacement. They instead offered by 150 off my next service. They say that them initially saying it was their fault (and hiding it from me) was simply a miscommunication.

I would highly recommend saving your time and money by going somewhere more reputable.

So I got stranded by Nisku on the highway due to a flat in my tire. After being helped by AMA I quickly looked for a place to get my tire fixed and called OK Tire in Nisku and they were gracious enough to take me in despite calling about an hour before their closing time. My car was taken in right away and the tech actually washed the rear rubber mat where the dirty flat tire was after the repair. Overall very good first impression.

Far and the crew are always accommodating and provide great service! Always a pleasure to deal with! Issues always resolved when they arrise no hassle no problems! Highly Recommended for any tire or vehicle service!

I recently purchased a groupon for OK Tire and I called in to see whether it went through and if I could book an appt for an oil change. I’m not sure if the person I spoke to was having a bad day but he was rude which turned me off completely. I feel it’s very important to be courteous and professional over the phone and use a neutral tone as now they’ve just lost a potential customer. I can’t speak to their hands-on service but I’m hoping they will learn from this. Very unfortunate as I see they’ve had good reviews. Please do better for the sake of your business. Thank you.

I came here first using a groupon but they hooked me up on their loyalty program where I paid the same as groupon price and never went to other places after that. It’s the best bang for your bucks. Great manager and great service.

My husband took his car for tire change. They also changed all the valve stems and fixed wiper for free. And the price was lower than places in Edmonton.

Just in today to get an oil change! I absolutely love this place. Customer service, honesty, with no pressure for services is sooooo hard to find these days, and I find that here! I come in from far west of Edmontom. They tell you honestly if, and what services need to be taken care of, and at what priority. I've had to cancel, and rebook on short notice, and I've never had attitude or any issues. They absolutely deserve 5 star! I was very pleased with the service I received when I had my oil change. The price was excellent! They had comfy chairs to sit on too. I will be going back for another oil change in 6 months. The staff was pleasant and courteous even though they were busy.

They always come through in a pinch. Every time I’ve brought my truck its been short notice and every time they make it happen! Good, quick service doesn’t happen often, but here it’s become the norm. Convenient location and nice facility too.

We had to get an oil change for our motorhome and they were very helpful also they noticed that a ball joint needed replacement and we discussed the work and they quoted a price. Once the work was done the wheel alignment was not as bad as they thought so there reduced the price. I will bring it back for all future service. Thank you OK Tire.

I had OK tire mount and balance a set of 35x12.5R20 tires for me. Tires were balanced great and for a good price. I will be using them again in the future.

I had a tyre puncture and these guys brought me in without an appointment and had it done and back on the road in a jiffy. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. The work gets done in a timely manner. I usually dread getting work done cause I don’t understand anything car related but they do an amazing job explaining everything and making me feel at ease with getting my work done there. I phoned from Edmonton on a long weekend at about 1: 00 pm for an oil change. Asked how soon could I make it. Drove straight out and was finished by 2: 00 pm. Ashley was friendly at the front desk and very helpful. I have come here many times for tire changes and oil changes.

I’ve been bringing my commercial vehicle to this location since they opened up in Nisku a number of years back. Never been disappointed in their service. Faz has always been very accommodating when possible. They are customer driven, and it shows in how they treat people. From the storefront staff to the service technicians in the shop. They care and value their customers. They’re up front and honest with their diagnosis of my vehicle. I never feel like I’m being sold an unnecessary service. I’m an independent courier and It’s important for me to be dealing with an honest repair shop that understands my needs, and are fair with their estimates. Needed a tire repaired. This is the closest tire shop to where I live, so I thought I’d give them a shot today after calling my usual tire place and being told they couldn’t guarantee they would get it done today. I am impressed. Shop is clean, staff were friendly and professional, service was fast, and the price was right. In the future this will be the first place I call. I will be back.

Got LEDs installed in my truck. They have the right guys in the shop to do the job. The harness for the projectors were hidden and secured properly. Very professional place. In the showroom as well as the shop.

These guys saved me, after my OWN mistake regarding tire size. They went out of their way to help, just minutes before everything closed for the long weekend. I would have been totally screwed and unable to get to work (5 hours away) the next day. Absolutely outstanding.

The only place i take my car now! If you want an HONEST experience then these are the people. I have taken my car for a few oil changes and everytime i seem to have extra questions, they will tell you exactly what you need and exactly what you dont need to be spending extra money on. As a low income mother, this makes all the difference!

Service in here is awesome. At first I got a deal in Groupon and visited them. Then they offered me different tier of services including the one that I got initially from Groupon. I could choose between services all of which are very cost effective.
