Mandar was top notch to deal with. I bought a used Yukon while away at work; which is not easy to do for obvious reasons. Mandar sent good pics and videos and answered all my questions and did a good job to ensure I was comfortable.

So disappointed in the abysmal service. If I could do zero stars I would. My husband made an appointment over a week ago for service (3rd time) to have the 3m coating fixed and for the 3rd time his appointment was not honoured. He was told his appointment for 8 am was not happening because the person who does the service had a job he was on with someone who booked an appointment and wouldn’t be available until sometime around 1pm. His options were to leave his truck for the whole entire day or try a 4th reschedule. If the coating had been applied correctly the first time this would not be happening. I guess they only cared about the immediate $80,000 sale and not the customer or the future relationship with the customer. If you want to buy a vehicle here-don’t. Take your money to another dealer that actually cares about the quality of its work and cares about the customer.

We were very well looked after. The seller César is very kind, patient and very attentive. We have loved the car and the all assistance from the beginning. The service was fantastic! I recommend.

I got my new GMC TERRAIN about 3 weeks ago. The salesman Mandar was extremely professional. He looked after us like no one else has done it before. I bought a new truck from Okotoks GM recently. I was quite happy with the transaction. I have walked out of numerous dealers over the years because they were pushy, played games, lied, or wasted my time with garbage like wanting me to spin a wheel and win free accessories.
The only things I want in a new vehicle purchase is a fair straight forward deal from people who act professional with no games. I found that here.

Diagnosed an issue, made me pay 4 grand for the issue, then realized that was not the issue. This dealership is an absolute joke. Trying to get my truck fixed and theres just no sense of urgency or care going in to this dealership. This place is an absolute joke, dint waste your time.

Probably the worst mechanics in town, I had to bring my car back and forth 5 times for the same problems. They were obviously not test driving it or checking if the problem was still there before returning it to me.

Eventually the service manager helped me get it sorted, but I went over 2 weeks without my car in total because of it, and they could not supply me with a loner car or anything in the meantime.

I would recommend not going here to get your car serviced unless it is under warranty and free of charge (Hopefully you have lots time or two vehicles).

The issue was very clear, my complaints were acknowledged by the staff. It was a very obvious oil leak coming from the valve cover. A child would have been able to spot the issue. I explained in detail what was wrong, and the mechanics understood that and agreed. The issue was them not being able to fix it and clearly not test driving it after their "fix".

All of the issue were never resolved. The only thing they managed to fix was the oil leak from the valve cover. I took it to another shop to pay out of pocket instead of coming back there to have it redone. I just had my coolant reservoir replaced again. Which I just got installed by GM a month ago because it was leaking.

I would have appreciated some good customer service like your response when I was actually in store dealing with you guys, instead of the rude "service advisors" I had to deal with, that seemed to be annoyed by me. Like it was my fault. A little too late at this point.

Every single person we came into contact with at this dealership has gone above and beyond with their service. From our salesman Kevin Lin who was able to describe in detail everything about the vehicle we bought and had endless patience with us when we tend to hover and chat and ask endless questions! They were accomadating, but never actually followed through. Did a hard check on my credit and dinged it 5 times without permission. Not impressed, as I had only agreed to a soft check.

I noticed the windshield had some chips in it. Kevin told me the windshield would be fixed before I came to get the car. The windshield was unfortunately not fixed when I came to get the car. Kevin was good enough to mitigate the situation with an offer. However, after overhearing my problem, Matt one of the finance managers made me an even nicer offer to help fix the windshield issue. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and felt he went above and beyond!

From the moment I set foot into their store, I felt everyone was extremely receptive to what I was trying to achieve, and they did everything they could - and more - to address any concerns I might have had. We booked an appointment during the VIP event at Okotoks GMC not planning to purchase a new vehicle but to check out some of the new models available to consider for our next vehicle. We met with Mandar Naik. Mandar, made sure he understood exactly what we were interested in and arranged a test drive in a new Chevy Blazer RS. That was a mistake! It was an amazing suv to drive.
Mandar worked out a terrific deal and we purchased the Blazer. When the day came to pick up our new SUV, Mandar spent a lot of time with us going over all of the features and options as there are many. He knew every detail inside and out.
I also have to thank Matthew in the finance department for going over all the additional options available for us.

I was pretty excited to go look at new used truck here. The salesman communicated that it was at a sister dealership and will bring it in for me. We scheduled in a time 2 days from then. I checked in the day before to confirm it was a go and he ensured me it was (he was aware I was driving an hr to come to the dealership to see it). Once I got there he took all my trade in info and then mumbled to me that he had bad news.the truck I drove there for sold the previous day but don't worry, there's other vehicles with none of the spec's I was looking for. I communicated that he should have gave me the heads up before I made the trip. I really hate writing this review but I think the lack of respect for other people's time and dishonesty is completed brutal.

Just bought a car from Jared Walker. Matt did the financing. Between the two of them it was a painless and quick buy. They were both great to work with and didn’t try to put me into something they wanted to sell. Rather they listened to what I wanted and made it work. Highly highly recommend

If I could give them a negative review I would. Where to start, my father is in his 70's and is not technically inclined and the Service Manager was beyond rude and disrespectful in talking down to him because he didn't understand the updates for his radio. He lied to my father indicating that he ordered him a new part under warranty and when we discussed with the Sales Manager the issues we were having and that they cost the dealership a couple of customers he could not find anything on file in regards to the warranty part.
Yesterday my father took his car in for an oil change, only took it there because he was supposed to get his final free oil change, was told that it expired in 2020 and that he would have to pay 99.99. On the door coming into the service area it shows a sign for oil change and tire rotation for 99.99. When he went to pick up the car they charged him 124.99 and no tire rotation because that is an old sticker.
I feel they take advantage of seniors in my opinion.
I also purchased a vehicle from them in 2018 and when all of this happened I asked them to take me off their calling list and I still get calls as I did last week. I know there are regulations for this and will be reporting them.
These are only a few but feel the biggest issues. I would highly recommend going to another dealership and staying as far away from them as possible.
