Don't Go Here, unless you've got an extra 4 or 5 hrs to sit around in uncomfortable chairs while you're feeling miserable. Then another hour in triage area. Get nurse hand you gown and say you might need this for xray. No how you doing, what's your symptoms, take your temperature, nothing. I've unfortunately had to go here twice and both times it was a nightmare. Security Guy was very nice though, he was only person who seemed concerned about people's well-being.

Eversince! I understand that urgency is a must! But to have lots of staff and 3 doctors? What! I think you need to review your policy specially when a kid is your patient! Normally, kids can just stand 2 hours waiting maximum after that what! They get bored and more agitating circumstances. South health is way much better and High river hospitals.

I can always get in quickly. Very happy with this place. In Calgary, you usually get rude staff who don't care. It's one of the things I love about okotoks

Wish I could give them 0 stars. My partner was struck by a car while walking home. The ambulance let her go but said to go get X-rays. We waited for 8 hours to be seen. Meanwhile, the people in front of us (with minor injuries, I know this because we had so much time to talk) walked in and out and was taken care of. Way before us. They need more staff and a way better system. This was the worst urgent care experience of my life.

Friendly and caring staff. They are also very efficient. If you're in the area and need medical services, I'd recommend them.

I had the pleasure of dealing with this group today. Everyone was very polite, personable and caring. The doctors were great and very concerned about my leg situation. Thanks to everyone for their assistance today.

Went here to get help for an injury. Nurse was great. Then when the doctor came in it went downhill fast.
Dr. Hi please put your mask back on
Me: I'm mask except
Dr. No such thing.
Me: I have claustrophobia and can't have things.
Dr: cuts me off. Ao your agfriqd 9f masks and can wear one but refuse got it what can I do for you.
Me: nothing
Dr that's your choice.
Me changes and leaves.

Not worth going here. The wait is so long and it’s not worth it. The staff are constantly talking to each other instead of doing their job.

Editing my review from a long time ago to add a shoutout to Stephanie, a nurse who recognized my little guy was in respiratory distress, attended to him immediately, monitored him closely and turned him around in a matter of hours (along w/ a little help from the wonderful Dr. Penkman).
It's horrible when you and your child are scared and you don't know what's going on. Stephanie went out of her way to ensure we both felt as comfortable as possible and kept us informed of what was happening. So thankful we have Urgent in Okotoks.

Horrible staff with extreme lack of care. The nurse with a very serious face asked us questions like we committed to a crime. Looks like she does not love her job at all. The security guy was the only good thing about this place.

So let’s be honest…. NO ONE likes going to the doctors. But Okotoks urgent care has always been really good place to go to for your health needs. But my review is of their security man. I was standing waiting to be registered and he went to find someone to get me in faster. Then he help a young family keep their child entertained, with colouring. Really impressed. Thankyou for the extra care.
