We are very pleased with the installation of our sprinkler system. It was done on time by professionals who also took the time to answer all our questions.

As an employee, I found management was quite unprofessional. Communication skills and punctuality were lacking - my schedule was very unorganized, and I felt undervalued, as so much was being asked of me without fair compensation. Despite my negative experiences, management was kind, and never unpleasant to be around personally, it was just the business aspect that was poor. I would advise other summer students to consider my experience when applying.

Had a deck built by Adam and his crew. It was absolutely beautiful and they worked their tails off to get it done in a timely manner. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for some great workmanship

I had a large tree removed from front yard. I hired Okotoks lawn and Garden to replace soil and sod over a large area. Soil was not spread evenly. No roller was used at any time. Now lawn surface is uneven. Front 8 feet of lawn turned brown in spite of much watering. I asked Adam to come by and see my concerns. He never showed up. My neighbors also removed a large tree and used a different company to install sod. Their lawn is beautiful in comparison.

Okotoks Lawn and Garden laid rubber flooring and did a great job. The patter looks beautiful and it was done quickly and hassle free. Highly Recommend this team!

Spring Clean-up: aeration on 'most' of my yard, the missed spots were obvious by the missing plugs. I question if fertilizer was applied as the service was done right before two days of snow and rain and I have the brownest looking lawn in our neighborhood. Leaves were blown out of garden.and up against our fence, so while the gardens look ok I now have a collection of leaves against the fence. I would not use this company again.

I hired Okotoks Lawn and Garden to deal with winter snow removal for my driveway. They have shown up every day we have had snow, no matter the weather, and have always done a fabulous job on the driveway. The staff are always friendly and professional. The driveway is always completely cleared and they are always very respectful of my property. I am so impressed - thank you so very much, Okotoks Lawn and Garden! I will be calling again, next winter!

Adam and Anna are amazing. Adam understood immediately what I was looking for. I wanted high garden vegetable beds, a raspberry bed and a gorgeous cedar deck. I never believed my backyard could look as amazing as it does. Horrible old rock filled garden beds were removed, lawn and bad soil all scraped out and wonderful new loam spread. My garden beds are full of plant ready rich compost and soil. I can’t wait for summer to enjoy it all. The work was hard and the days were long but without fail every person who worked in my yard was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and generally just lovely to have working. I can’t speak highly enough about this company. I have them doing my snow removal and I never have to think twice about it. Adam also cleaned my gutters when he did the deck and pergola. A#1 in my book, you can’t go wrong!

Adam and his crew are amazing to work with. Very friendly and polite. They have done work at my residence for the past three years. That’s how great they are. I always ask them back. They built my deck fence patio and driveway. I’m very pleased with all their work. So much I’m asking them back again to do some more plans I have for my yard. Couldn’t ask for a better bunch of people to make my home look the way I want. You won’t be disappointed.

Adam and his crew have been providing snow removal services for us and our neighbour for 3 years. They are always on time, meet their commitments and provide good quality work. We will be looking to engage them for summer projects with full confidence.

maintenance. Doug & his crew are great, polite & willing to please,
not to mention they go above & beyond. They have helped me with
things that are not even their responsibility. They have made my
yard the envy of the neighbourhood. I highly recommend them!

This might possibly be one of the worst businesses I've ever had the displeasure of trying to work with. The owner is basically the do-all guru, but truly does not do anything. His costs were roughly double the original estimate, and his timeline moved from 1 week to finish the project I asked of him, to 2 weeks, to 3 weeks, to ultimately 4 weeks to do what equated to roughly 4 to 6 hours of actual work. He did not respond to emails in a timely manner, and when he did, he would basically either ignore or forget entire questions or requests, so I would have to ask him in 2 to 3 subsequent emails to address the things I needed him to. I've never met a human who handles basic communication and professionalism so poorly. And to top it all off, he was unapologetic about all of this, despite the fact that I called it out multiple times. Will never do business with this guy again, and neither should you.
