Okotoks Recreation Centre

At a Bisons junior hockey game (awesome team and fans), but shoutout to the staff. Building is well taken care of, and the staff must work hard to keep it looking great

It would be 4.5 if i could.kids in grade five and grade eight get free passes to go for the school year including the summer, with that the prices are much lower if you buy a 10x pass get a yearly pass if your going to go often,

Ammenities, Food court, 2 Hockey rinks A gym, 2 pools and a hot tub, a curling place, and a full sized basketball court, just a great places you can go

My kids grew up here, swimming and skating and playing basketball. Have lots of amazing memories because of the rec center

Great option for kids for various summer camps! The staff and facility is really good and they are really helpful!

Really like this location. Easy to park, nice staff and the pool temp is very reasonable. Highly recommended

A great facility, with two ice sheets, a large competition size pool, along with the older 4 lane smaller pool. Its Salt, and warm so no burning eyes when ya hit daylight.
The arena, dressing rooms are clean, hot water in the showers!
There is a fitness center by private membership, and physiotherapists place in the basement.
Never used the curling rink, but know it hosts major events so must be decent.
The gym was added in mid 2000's, which was much needed also. All in all a great facility we travel from the city to utilize.

The concession is also amazing. Those hotdogs.just awesome

Love the pools and enjoy going to public swimming with my kids. They need more public swimming times or another pool in Okotoks.

The weight room has everything and more, clean welcoming staff the equipment was well maintained, The hot tub is excellent after a workout clean, lifeguards are friendly

Out to watch some hockey yesterday. Nice facility. The little restaurant in there KC's was great quick for a snack while watching hockey. There is good amount of parking but on a busy tournament day I know its tougher to get a spot.

Large, clean and well rounded facility. The staff are very friendly and the Aquafit class was great!

Went to the pool today. Loved it. The lifeguards are awesome and so good with little children. They had lots of cool toys for the kiddie pool

Love this place everything you need to get and stay in shape the staff is awesome the facility is super clean check it out you won't regret it.

I just go to the pool here. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was rehabilitating with crutches in the pool and the life guards were right beside me:)

Enjoyed the pool with my family and my 2 year old grandson. Attended trade show and vendors market. Beautiful venue with so much to offer.

Such a busy busy place. First time there and it was for physio. That area is so dark. Very difficult to fill out paperwork

Okotoks really needs a new rec center facility. This facility is decent for what it is, however it is quite limited in size and facilities. Staff so far have been friendly and welcoming. Been going to this facility for several years now, the only issue again is that it is a small facility.

Love the toonie Tuesday and Thursdays. Great way to go swimming for cheap when you dont have a lot of money. Good to get out of the house and I love the excersise classes the teachers are good

Great recreational center. Many activities for kids, family and retired people. Exceptional staff. They always happy to help. There is many options to choose from. We like loonie toonie days that allow to enjoy swimming pool for the great price. It is not usually busy during loonie toonie days all year long. Okotoks Recreational Centre is also conveniently located and easy to find.

Love this little hockey town! This is a great multiplex but the ice surface of one isn't the best to watch a game. Very low seating. But the rest of the facility is top notch. Has a concession. Pool. 2 ice surfaces. Friendly staff.

Surprised to see actual padded seats with cupholders in the arena. Might actually go watch my nephew play hockey again

The pool is ok but the locker rooms are just horrible. Sometimes you're waiting for 10 minutes or longer to get access to a family changing room because there's one shy person that wants to get changes in there! You report this to the staff but nothing is done to the problem.

We used to play badminton at this location but we stopped our activities here because other people don't respect your booked time and staff don't care if others violate it. Many times when we were playing badminton there were people starting to play basketball or soccer in between us.

I guess the town is getting too big and the facilities too small. Time for a change me thinks!
