Dr. Sebastian is young and very caring.gives you options and facts, does not push medication but leaves the decision up to you. The Assistants, Techs and all Staff have always been great!

I had to get my cat in right away due to an infection from a bite. My regular vet was booked (as usual) but I was able to get in right away with the Okotoks Veterinary Clinic. I was very impressed with the professional and thorough services that we received. Sherman is now healed and a happy cat. We will be looking to move our vet services for our three cats to this clinic. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The vets are very knowledgeable and friendly. You are taken in right away and well looked after. I will be going back there in the future

Every time I’ve been here, I have had a great experience! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was great with our shy, malti-poo and answered any questions we had, but didn’t rush us out the door at all. I’m very glad we found this clinic!

I brought my litter in for their first vaccines and microchips. I was greeted at the door by one of the staff (they were all in a wagon, so it was a little cumbersome), and led right in for the appointment. Dr. Sebastian was great, and took time to answer all of my questions. The techs made the visit - loving on my puppies and making sure they had an excellent first veterinarian experience!

Always nothing but a positive experience here. Both vets always listen and are considerate of my needs. They understand I am an extension of my pet. There is value in the cost of a consult, because the doctors are informative, and take the time to talk with you, not AT you. All the staff is wonderful, front end staff is so friendly and always smiling! Highly recommend this clinic!

This was my second trip to this clinic. The first was with my very old nervous dog and the front staff and Dr Sebastian put us all at ease. My kitten went in to be spade the communication was great and she is healing so easily in her ‘super suit’. The staff is very friendly and caring I highly recommend them.

This has been our vet since we moved here. They take excellent care of our pets and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

I really wanted to like this clinic, but our first visit there was a bill and nothing to show for it except the products they pushed on me. The vet did not even examine my dog to address her feeling off and her general health, especially since it was our first visit. He handed me a thermometer and told me to take my dog’s temperature. Huh? I'm unsure as to why the visit alone was over $100. I got the lecture about my dog's raw diet, the kibble-pushing speech, and then somehow walked out with several different products that I didn't want and the whole appointment revolved around selling me stuff and telling me to list the foods that I feed my dog. All at the price of $200. Sorry, but going by our previous vet experiences, this was a waste of time and money.

Update:
Called them back to let them know that my dog was sick all night long and continues to be sick with severe diarrhea, after giving her the stuff they sold me, only to be met by incredible rudeness and downright annoyance from “Kim” at the front desk. Moreover, after speaking with two other vet clinics and an emergency vet hospital, they all had the same surprise when I told them my unwell dog was not examined, and one questioned why my dog was given Interceptor Plus, which made her sick for days.

Now I can confidently change my review to one star, and only because one cannot give zero.

They took great care of my puppy and the cost was very good for her stuff, by comparison to in the city. Staff were awesome and knowledgeable

A huge thank you to both Dr mark and Dr Ruszkow and all the staff for all the time and energy they put in to kindly helping my dog Layla in her hour of need. Seriously, the whole process was done with the utmost kindness, love and respect. We cannot thank you enough! The world is a better place because of all of you.

Friendly, compassionate, kind staff. Best vet we have ever been to. Our cat is a rescue, very afraid of strangers & new environments. She calmed down within minutes of being cared for by the staff.

This vet managed to make time for my Fluffins cat when no others could. They were the seventh vet I called but next time will be the first. I am very, very grateful they could operate on her the same day. She is home recovering in her little onesie. Thank you so much for saving her.

Kind, compassionate and friendly! Great staff, took the time to explain everything thoroughly and the prices don't hurt either. Dr. Sebastian was amazing with our dog, who is hesitant in meeting new people but was a very happy boy by the end of the appointment. We look forward to coming back to an exceptional team!

Dulce got into foxtail and was coughing and feeling pretty miserable. She was treated with such gentle care by everyone. Wonderful care and she’s doing great again.

Great location, always able to answer our questions. We don’t live in town and they’re so prompt when it comes to test results, calling us the moment they find out before we have to make a trip back to the city! Highly recommend!

Everyone here is excellent, they’re nice to deal with, knowledgeable, and caring. The prices are about as reasonable as it gets as well!

Excellent vet clinic. Everyone is friendly (and great with animals), and they take the time to listen. Also, yes, vets are expensive but this clinic is really reasonably priced by comparison!

Dr. Mark and the other staff are wonderful, helpful and very caring when dealing with our furbabies and us too. When we lost one of our furbabies just before Christmas we were beside ourselves. We brought our furbaby in on the morning of her passing and the ladies upfront guided us into a room and with gentle voices told us there was no rush to leave until we were ready. Dr. Mark came into the room and expressed his deepest sympathy for us and also said he was willing to help us do some decision making when we were ready with no rush. I have the utmost respect and gratitude for having these wonderful people be a part of your lives.

Okotoks Veterinary is amazing. They have taken care of three fur babies for us, seeing us through the loss of two with incredible compassion. They remember us when we drop in in between appointments for advise or information and never make us feel rushed or unwelcome. The genuine love for the animals in their care is evident in all they do. We would highly recommend this clinic for the furry little creatures you love.

My three year old Lagotto was neutered last week. A great experience-a highly efficient staff and clear instructions both pre and post op. Dr. Mark was my PWD's vet when he owned the clinic in Bridlewood. At the time, he provided excellent care for my dog who had severe hip dysplasia, and so I totally trusted him to perform this surgery. Travelling the 30 minutes to Okotoks saved me $300, as neutering in Calgary is significantly more expensive and there is up-selling with a range of prices.

Our little Penelope Bean has been lovingly cared for. Right now, she is a sick little girl. We are hoping, DVM included, that she will perk up and turn a 180 within the next 24 hours. Last night she could not breathe for heart and lung issues, absolute honking cough, but once settled, over a daunting two hours, she was able to rest, and so did we. We had visions of the rainbow bridge last night, yesterday, and now, a new lease on life, at least for awhile, today. Hopefully, and prayerfully, with the meds and following instructions, she will be okay. Here's hoping she is working on the 180 and her tiny little body will be "zoomies" soon. She has blessed us for two years with cuteness overload, and we don't want to lose her. Ms Penelope Bean is on the left, My Marvin Muffin on the right.

As a long distance truck driver I oftentimes find it difficult to get medical help for my little travel companion. I made a call and they got me in right away. Dr Mark was awesome and he will definitely be my vet whenever me and Baby are in the west. Love you guys and thanks

When your pup runs to the door upon arrival you know it’s a good place. The staff are friendly, professional, efficient and simply the best. I took my 11mo old aussiedoodle for her spay appt and the staff here took their time to explain the process and aftercare of her surgery. After leaving the office I got an email for follow up. I have always gotten all my questions answered and more, the best part is that my pup is tail waggin’ as we enter the clinic. Thanks for the great work, affordable prices and fantastic pet care.

Okotoks vet clinic is by far my favorite places to bring my pups. The vets are always very compassionate and take their time with assessing my animals and providing options. The front staff is always exceptional and friendly. They are also quite reasonable with their prices! Love them!

Amazing staff and vet. Took my dog there with an upset stomach. Got in, seen the vet went over the treatment plan moving forward. Was overall a great experience, I was able to accompany my pet to be examined which I felt was less stress for all. Very happy customer and we will be back for sure.

Very reasonable prices. Very knowledgeable Vet. The staff and the doctor were so nice to both me and my kittens they handled my kittens with care. The doctor examined them very well give them the necessary medication and vaccine and didn’t push me to purchase anything extra. The doctor knows what he’s doing and he’s very knowledgable. The staff at Okotoks Veterinary Clinic are friendly, professional, and courteous. I’m so glad I was recommended to them and will be making my own referrals in the future.

I brought my 2 puppies in for their vaccines and had many questions. They were patient and friendly. They were also very efficient. My pups left with their tails wagging and my questions were answered.

I just recently got my first puppy and I brought her in for her first appointment and they were great with her. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. Recently, my pup had an emergency so I called them and they told me to come in right away. They were ready for us when we got there, were so great with my puppy (and me as I was very upset) and got her in and treated ASAP. I appreciated their attentiveness to the situation and to my girl. Since I couldn't be in the room with her, the staff came out a couple of times to reassure me that everything was fine and my pup was okay. So, a huge thank you to the staff! You were all amazing.

Very friendly, great service! We took our cat here for a regular neuter process and he was highly taken care of. They got us an appointment very promptly as well.

I had no issues with front desk personal. I have a serious issue with the vet. He handled my 11 year old, peaceful mannered, with great roughness. We came in because I suspected ear mites to be the problem. When the vet came in he began to look at Casper and as he opened his mouth to have a look at his teeth he was SO rough to the point of causing Casper to behave in a way I have not ever seen before. Causing unwanted stress on my poor cat.
I have taken Casper to other vets and Casper has not responded like that ever!
Not happy with the rough treatment Casper received.
I will be looking for a kinder, loving, and more animal oriented vet.
We pay way too much to these vets to have our beloved friends being treated so poorly.

10/10 would recommend. They did a great job with Franks neuter, I might even schedule my vasectomy here.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Mark is very good even though he called my pyrenees "a lazy dog". To her credit, she had worked the night shift on the farm and was on her downtime while at the clinic. Very happy that I changed from a Calgary clinic to Okotoks Vet!

Very happy with the service I have received at the Okotoks veterinarian clinic. Their staff is so friendly and helpful. You can tell they care about Very much about the animals. My poor 12-year-old was suffering with A fair amount of pain in her mouth, I called and they actually took her in for a dental on a day that they don’t normally do dental work. Which I appreciate it so much and I know Lola did as well

Just got back from this vet they were amazing. My wife and I woke up to a sick dog with a very tender stomach. I called and spoke with an amazing lady. Brandy I think was her name she said bring her right in and we will sneak her in before the days appointments. Got there and Dr. Bibby look at Clover and took a couple X-rays came back and said nothing showed so he took blood. But came back and stated he looked at the X-rays for a third time just to make sure and said she may have issues with her spine we will keep an eye on that. Clover is 11 years old. Couple mins go by he comes back says heres the deal because of age her kidneys are starting to fail. Here is my plan we went through it started a few antibiotics for a week, some liquids to coat her stomach easier for the old lady’s stomach lol. A few pain management pills He want to see her in 3 months to see where here kidneys are at and go from there
This whole place is a class act! Dr Bibby told us up front the issues. His plan costs ect and he is like this can wait this should be done now I don’t want to spend a bunch of money we can work out a plan for her. It was amazing he is an old school vet that you can see cares about the pet as well realizes the costs involved.

We have started making the trek from north Calgary to Okotoks just for the service of the Okotoks Vet Clinic. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure pets and owners are looked after! We are thrilled to have found a vet who cares so much!

I have been with Okotoks Vet Clinic for 7 years now. Dr. Mark and his staff have always been friendly to me, very kind to my dogs, knowledgeable and professional. My puppies and dogs are always treated with love, kindness and are never afraid when they are there. I have never been treated unfairly or overcharged. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

From my initial phone call to book my fur baby in to be neutered, to the office sending a follow up email to make sure he was doing well - the whole process was a pleasant experience. The staff were very informative and helpful.

I was happy to bring my elder OES to the clinic, she was quite relaxed in the surroundings. The staff is professional but welcoming and Mark takes the time to listen. Plus my 9year old cat who has not been off the property since he was "discarded' as a kitten took the calm surroundings in his stride. Appreciated it.

I have 5 dogs in my household and for years had used several vet clinics in the south of Calgary, but since I visit Okotoks Veterinary Clinic we are not trying any other more, the way they take care of my dogs is amazing and the prices are good.

The staff at Okotoks Veterinary clinic were attentive, thorough and caring for our fur baby while he had his neutering procedure. Their after care instruction was so helpful and we felt very supported by all the staff. Thank you so much for being so caring & professional! Our dog is like a member of our family and to have a clinic we can entrust our boy with is so greatly appreciated.
