A while ago I went there for my grad dress and ordered it 4 months ahead of time. Everything was fine up until it came closer to the “date” they were supposed to give me my dress, I kept calling to check in and they kept adding on more time telling me it wasn’t in yet and to try again next time. I was extremely disappointed with their service especially the wait time. They were very unprofessional and did not meet the basic standards. Would not recommend to get a dress here if you are on a tight timeline!

This place doesn’t have any respect to clients. We bought a suit for our son and we stand at the front of the shop and our son said I don’t want this suit I didn’t feel comfortable with it but I was shy to say that in the front of the worker. So, we went inside and ask the worker to return the suit because we didn’t leave yet and he said we don’t return or exchange. I asked for the manager and he gave me the number which was the store in Crossiron Mills. After speaking on the phone with the manager there she said that they will give us a credit store and that was disappointed because we didn’t leave the store.
I don’t recommend this place for anyone and if you don’t have any other choice please double check everything before you pay.

I bought a grad dress for my daughters grad from Oksana’s. Rebecca was so helpful and patiently waited to assist my daughter in zipping and tieing each dress. It was a stress free event and my daughter found the perfect dress. Thank you Rebecca for the great service you provided in helping my daughter.

The dress was really pretty but from the cost i expected it to last 2 hours but the padding fell out and some of the sequins my friend had cheaper dresses that lasted

Extremely disappointed. We ordered a dress in the beginning of February and we specifically told them the event was MAY 26TH. We heard nothing from them whatsoever between then and when WE reached out 2 weeks ago wondering where the dress was. They told us the dress would not be ready until the end of June. They recommend to take the dress off the rack and would take $100 off the original price of a $500 dress. We then asked for alterations and/or dry cleaning and they told us no and that all they could do is $100 off or a refund. So we ended up having to take the dress from in-store which was too small and paying elsewhere for alterations. It’s genuinely so upsetting to pay so much for a dress 3 months in advance and not be able to have it on time. As this was an important event we were very disappointed and this added more stress to our family.

The woman who work here (sunridge oksana) are extremely stingy, they basically just want to make a sale. I liked one of the dresses and it had clear damage on it, when i asked for a slight discount they told me no. Any other dress store will give you a discount, so I really recommend you go anywhere else. The woman can also be quite rude. Literally just go anywhere else.

We came to Oksana to look for a prom dress and this worker named Rebecca was a great help to use, she was very patient and helpful.

We visited the store on multiple occasions only to leave very content and happy with finding the dress for my daughter's graduation. Every employee we interacted with, were very very lovely and kind. I would give them a zero. We bought an amazing dress for my mom for my wedding. It was 2 sizes too big and we were going to get it taken in. The lady had trouble with the zipper, she said is was “just her fingers”.

We bought the dress and then took it home, tried it on to show my dad. The zipper broke completely. We took it back (we only had it 2 hours) and just wanted to replace it since the zipper broke and it was not our fault and the zipper was faulty from the start.

We were told that it wasn’t their problem and they do not take responsibility after it leaves the shop. These dresses are not cheap $ 700. No customer service and don’t care as long as you buy it.

Never go here, I would rather spend my money in a business that doesn’t lie and cares about their customers.
