Dresses are ruined and stained and they will still ask you to buy and when you refuse to buy items that are stained or ripped you get attitude? Staff member who was there really needs to find a desk job because she has no customer service skills what so ever. I was excited to go dress shopping and to be ignored by someone who hates her job is unnecessary. Didn't dampen my excitement but it wasn't fun struggling to put on dresses by myself. Don't waste your time.there are plenty of stores around this one who will be more than happy to help you.

Spare yourself the pain and headaches from coming here. Customer Service was awful. No one asked if we needed any help and we had to track someone down to ask for the prices. No one even helped my cousin try her dress on, and we had to help ourselves for that. The staff were all at the counter, laughing about something and never bothered to help us, despite the fact that we were alone in the store with them. Save yourselves the headache and go to Mina's Bridal a few stores down with their phenomenal services, or even Sara's Fashion for their good prices.

I ordered a dress in January and they said I could pick it up on April 30th. On April 28th, 2 days before I was supposed to pick up, they called me to tell me that the supplier can't make the dress because they don't have the materials. This is something they would have known well in advance of the shipment arriving to their store. So I call back to get my refund and I called 5 times a day for 2 straight days and they refused to answer my call. I tried the store's phone number and the number on the manager Yazi's business card. No answer. Very frustrating! They act nice to your face but the business practices behind the scenes are infuriating. Don't shop here.

Found my dream wedding dress! Usually they only hold gowns for 6 months but due to LIFE EVENTS I came in waaaay later. Eunice and Ayat helped me find my dress despite it not even being in their system anymore, and I am so pleased. They were very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

My daughter went to pick up her grad dress and they stuffed it in a bag because they said they didn't have any dress bags.
Have to get it professionally dry cleaned now as it's super wrinkly. These dresses are not cheap jeans to stuff in a bag. Not very professional.

Terrible customer service. We bought a prom dress from here last October, it arrived in January and when we got the dress it was ripped (in the front corset). We took it back right away and the manager Yazi said she would order another one (this is in January). We didn’t hear back from her until mid March when we went back to check in and she says “oh that dress is not gonna come in time for grad”. As you can imagine, that was very stressful. We did not want a ripped $600 dress obviously. She tried very hard to minimize this issue. We asked her to discount the ripped dress and she refused. We had to return the dress and start searching again, and because it was already mid March the options were whatever was off the rack. If she would have told us from the start that the dress will not come in time we would have ordered another in January. They don’t value customer service. I would NEVER go back there.

Do not shop there… no customer service! Ordered daughters grad dress in Nov and saps it would be in by March 30 (but said it would arrive way before that date)
On march30, I call them, to be informed our dress didn’t arrive and should be there in 2 weeks! I called back in 2 wks, still not in … so I called the other store and talked to owner which then tells me the shipment (big truck got stolen) and said they are trying to find another dress like ours in the States.so give them 1 more week … finally the dress came into the Edm store!
I was never given the option of buying floor model, which I found out later I could have, but they sold … terrible customer service!
As I was waiting to pay for dress another person on the phone was upset their dress hadn’t arrived in time either, thinking there’s a bunch of unhappy customers! NO discount was offered nothing, and at the very end couldn’t even get a receipt cause their printer was broken.disgusting customer

I went wedding dress shopping here in the fall and tried on the floor model i really liked, I was going to buy it that day but saw it was really dirty and had a pretty good ammount of damage. So I ordered a new one! They said it would be in, in March 2023. So here we are now March 2023 they call to tell me my dress was in! So I went to go pick it up I tried it on and it was the same floor model.dirty.damaged ripped dress I tried on back in the fall and they tried to re sell it to me as a brand new one. As if I wouldnt notice it was the same floor model with the same damage and rips that i had tried on 6 months prior.they went round and round saying it was brand new and was from the manufaturer but when i asked to then see the original floor model they "didnt have it", so then i asked why my brand new dress has no tag on it and they had no answer. They said they would try to order me a new one but I don't have time to wait for another one to come in and now I sit 2 months out from my wedding with no dress.

They don’t do repairs or alterations included with the dress. Paying that much money on a dress you’re going to wear once you’d think you’d put forth good customer service. DIDN’T get the dress no do I recommend anyone wasting their money here.

My experience here was absolutely amazing! I was helped by a wonderful lady, and she was so much fun to work with and so helpful! I had no idea what I was looking for in a grad dress when I went in, and I left with one I absolutely love! Id give this store an absolute 10/10, they would assist you right away and give some amazing dress recommendations while u shop. Yazi was one of the girls who assisted me, she was wonderful, along w everyone else, she made shopping for my prom dress easier and affordable, since im in a rush. <3

Yazi A.found my wedding dress for me! She paid attention to what I was missing with all of the dresses I had picked and tried on. The two she brought me were both magnificent and I was in them longer than any I had picked out. My dress is show stopping and I can't believe the price! I did go a non-traditional colour so I'm not sure about their white selection, but I can say that every time you turn around you will probably see another dress you haven't seen yet! No pics cause it's my wedding dress, but if you have a vision in mind, stop by, she'll probably blow your idea out of the water

This was the best prom store out of all! The workers were SO SO SO nice and were extremely helpful with picking out the dresses I needed for my graduation (I’m very picky in terms of style and look). Ayat was the absolute kindest and I hope everyone runs into her while shopping.

Best store to get affordable wedding dress we got for our cousin the best princess wedding gown big shout out to Yazi the store manager and Ayat the assistant they went beyond their ability to help us be satisfied.

My daughter and her friend were looking to try on dresses for their grad today. The clerk refused to let them try anything on. Guess this store will not be getting our business. I will not recommend.

Very rude and unapproachable staff. I went in with my friend who was looking for a specific dress she saw a few days prior. We walked around looking for it and she went up to the lady at the counter to ask if they still had it. My friend was explaining what it looked like and the worker cut her off, pointed and said the navy dresses are over there. The store is so packed (in a bad way) that finding the dress was near impossible. Not to mention the music they were playing was really offensive, I'm talking N word every other word, not beeped out. Like come on, be more professional.

I wish I could give no stars. Took my daughter to this store looking for a prom dress and the racist store cashier made a few derogatory comments to my 17 year old daughter. So I went and spent $700.00 elsewhere. How dare you be racist. Maybe you should gave left that at home when you immigrated to Canada!

They FAT-SHAME customers! The sales lady with brown and blonde hair told my daughter’s friend that if she bought a dress, she had better start dieting immediately. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

My sister and I bought her grad dress here years ago and just bought my bridesmaids dress for her wedding today! We had a great experience, very casual and friendly atmosphere and we found a great dress right away. The salesperson helping us was so sweet, we had a great time! Will always recommend this place.

Horrible store policies, very inflexible and customer service sorely lacking. If it wasn't for a store credit they begrudgingly allowed me to have on file because they refused to cancel a dress bought on a Saturday and "supposedly" ordered within the 20 minutes of them opening on Monday morning when I called, I would never step foot in there again. Just hoping I will be able to make some kind of purchase or I will basically lose my money. It's almost like they think if they make it as difficult for their customer as they can they'll just profit from a non-sale because the customer won't want to go back - feels a bit like stealing.

I will say that they have a great selection in styles, colours, and sizes; however, management and customer service is lacking. We did not get much help in the store, and the dress we bought had a stain on it, but it was the only size that fit. We asked the manager if they could accommodate the stain and sell the product at a discount as the dress that we were buying was not in new or good condition. The manager said no and that we could just wait to order a new dress, because it was "against their policy". Which we did not have time to do. I feel that buying a product that is not in new condition for full price is not okay. Especially because another time previously we bought the floor model of shoes at this location and we were provided a discount as they were from the floor with no issue.

Happened to be at WEM and thought I’d just take a look since this store has a lot more non traditional colours for wedding dresses. Walked in and the lady didn’t even look up from the computer, spent a bit looking around the store and never once did she come over or say hi. Left the store and she didn’t even move. I could’ve walked out with a dress and I don’t think she would’ve even noticed!

I had a really bad experience with this store. I tried on a dress and it didnt fit so I asked the associate (who was on her phone the entire time) to see if they had the size up. When she checked and told me that they didn't have the size up, she told me I could order it online. When the dress came in, I went to pick it up at the store. When I got home (because they didnt let me see the dress before bagging it) and tried it on, the dress wasn't the size that I had bought and ordered from them. And the material on the dress wasn't the same as the one I tried on. Safe to say I am not impressed and I would not recommend shopping here.

I went into this store yesterday afternoon. The person working there didnt even take her eyes off her phone to even acknowledge us. I wouldn't purchase anything after my last visit.

Found a dress and employees were helpful but it's not the same as most dress boutiques.expect no service unless you ask specifically and some dresses are a bit worn due to somewhat haphazard racks

There were good sales and the staff were friendly, but the selection of gowns was very limited and they didn't carry the line of gowns they advertised online. I drove to the west end just to look for this particular line and was disappointed by two stores in West Edmonton mall. I've learned my lesson and will call before taking the word of websites again.

If you are someone that needs a bridal job DON’T apply here after my experience of 1 month you wouldn’t wanna go for this job, the manager doesn’t do her job the right way by playing fake to employee, by not giving 1 week notice to employee for leaving the job mention you all they only can afford 3 people their the in this case I have been accepted just to cover another worker without knowing anything they hided this from me and never was told I was temporary their, but only a part timer, when I had many better places to accept.also being SOO fake enough to act totally normal about this their is only 1 manager so nobody really tells you anything you learn by asking.that’s how I found out I don’t work the next day VERY irresponsible And unprofessional enough to act normal in ALL of this BS. YOU CAN GO FOR BETTER TRUST ME.

Great service! I have made a trip to this store with my bridesmaids a couple of times and every time i do the ladies working are very welcoming and very helpful! They have a big selection for bridesmaids dresses. I have purchased my bridesmaids dresses here and for sure will be returning to this store.

Great service, Employees are a wonder and will help you find whatever dress you are looking for. Went to buy my grad dress there and DEFINITELY going back for any other special occasions!

There are signs in the change rooms that state there is no refund or exchanges.

Very pleasant experience at this shop with my bridesmaids. The lady that was helping us was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Aweful aweful service. The cashier was very snappy and extremely unprofessional. They sell damaged merchandise, they know they sell it and still claim no refund no exchange. I purchased the flower girl dress the ruffle were tight and when I got home and started to fluff it out I realized it was a rip in the ruffle, I had a really hard time getting to them to exchange the dress. I was told it was for merchandise and that was it but it was after I try to exchange the dress that I was told this. The receipt was given to the cashier and then she misplaced it, then claimed she never received it from us and started getting snappy once more. Our entire experience was absolutely horrendous. Would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone.

We recently picked up my daughters grad dress and had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Staff are fabulous and friendly. Highly recommend this shop for special occasion dress shopping.
