Great place to find pants or shirt pretty much any clothing you need they have from all shape and size. I bout some pants for our younger daughter and she is soooo soon taalll and thin. The only place I found pants to fit her.

Super friendly and very helpful! Unfortunately, my size in jeans was all sold out. I always enjoy my experience in this store

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Found everything I was looking for, for my baby, and it was all on sale.

When I go here, I usually find what I need. Most the time the items are on sale! What's amazing is how how they are so organized and so kind if you need something to help you right away. They have all sorts of things they're like, claw clips, shirts, hats, shoes, and much more!

Be sure you check prices on your own as clothes are placed in the wrong spot and they DO NOT price match or follow their own policy if it is "not in the right spot" even if it is mid pile. Poor management skills. Very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only good service was the actual cashier

We like this stores clothing and selection, prices are good but checking out is always a chore. Can't remember a day when we have come here and not had to wait in a line to check out.

Line up was quick didn't find what I was looking for but found some good stuff.
Where did all the kids oilers stuff go? Do you not carry it and more?

Great store, always amazing collections, quality of fabric has always been better at Old Navy campared to some other big stores. They also have dedicated area for merchandise on sale. But the only issue I understand from the perspective of a buyer on a budget is that they have to rely on end of season for a product to get on a discount offer.

Visited this store a few days ago to buy clothes for my toddler. They have a variety of good quality choices. The discounts on clothes is also a big plus.

Please change the hours shown online. I went there at 8 pm on Jan 3 and it was closed. Online It says it’s open at 9pm

Old navy is always a good go for quality jeans remember to sign up for codes to get discounted buys

My son and I visited this location to buy shirts. I made a point of bringing my Old Navy reusable bag with me to receive my 10% off.
We looked through the store for clothes and ended up with a large pile.
We went to go pay for the clothes and pulled out our reusable Old Navy bag to find out we couldn't get our 10% off because it was bought in the wrong year!
The cashier I purchased this bag from told me I can use the bag everytime I visit not once did they tell me it had to be within the year I purchased it! So disappointing!
The manager that came to tell us that we couldn't get our discount was very cold and couldn't have cared less. We should have left but my son was set on the clothes he picked.
I won't be visiting any more Old Navy locations as I feel that if you purchase a promotion to get 10% off using their reusable bags it shouldn't matter what year bag it is.
Obviously customer service lacked and I will spend my money elsewhere.

Zero stars. Apparently a $50 men’s spring jacket is only supposed to last 1 month. BAV the assistant manager wouldn’t let me speak, was not helpful and has zero customer service skills and even hung up on me. I didn’t yell or show her the disrespect she portrayed to me at all. I just wanted a resolution.

But then. I phoned the Manning location and an awesome lady named NOEL was so helpful and got me a new jacket ready for pickup to exchange. Simple, right? The 137 ave location needs to clean house and hire quality staff like Noel.

Excellent customer service at this location. Always clean and well organized. Great pricing structure. One of my favorite places to buy clothes for our family.

I Had an amazing customer experience at this location! The Store Manager BAV provided us an amazing customer service. She got some amazing customer service skills and knows how to prioritize the customers. She also helped us with online price matching. I am not an Old Navy clothing fan but Stongly recommend this Old Navy Location due to its amazing customer service.

Very slow at checkout, was at Toy's R US earlier with a lineup 4x as long and was out within minutes. No logical reason for the long time in line, except for the 1 cashier texting!

There isn't enough stock. The store is easy to navigate but can be difficult to socially distance and there is no requirement for madks

The store was clean, staff informed you as soon as you walk in the door, the staff were friendly, and helpful.

This place can sometimes be a hit and other times a miss. Some days it looks like a bomb blew up inside of it, however today, the place was well kept, clean and organized, stuff was laid out nicely.
Staff were super friendly and approachable. Overall a great experience.

They were great in helping me exchange an item I did not have a receipt for. Helped me look for a replacement that I wasn't sure they would have still.

Good clothing options. Some are quite expensive but when things go on clearance they are great prices. Return policy is fair as well

Was a great place to get some new tops. They have a huge selection and the sales staff is so accommodating. The atmosphere was great.

They have a hard time keeping up with unfolded items. It’s hard to shop with everything thrown around.

Nothing too durable or made to last and everything shrinks really badly. No tall sizes. Mark's ww is better.

The store was disgusting. Clothes all in piles, on the floor not folded. You think something is on sale until you go to the till and it's full price. I think the manager should be ashamed of how this location is run. The sale signs mean nothing.

Had to return some Christmas gifts and purchase others. No problem returning items as cashier was very helpful. Prices were great.

Overall this oldnavy is fine. Usually (as I'm sure most Old Navy's are similar) the store is chaotic with unorganized clothes everywhere.today though it was pretty quiet and the place was actually neatly ordered and I actually wanted to shop without having anxiety over the mess. And yes the staff is super nice and helpful but at the till they are so slow it's agonizing

At old Navy you get a good product for good prices. Is always friendly and just waiting to help you out. When the staff isn't helping people that are busy folding and keeping the place all nice and tidy.sometimes a line can get a little bit busy but it goes really quickly when they have enough cashiers.we always spend too much money here because it's always a decent product whenever we come. Good stuff for men and women, lots of stuff in the clearance section. If you want to keep your kids entertained you the staff will give you papers and you can sit at the picnic table and colour.

The clothing here is mostly pretty blah but it's reasonably priced and sometimes you find something decent.

My most successful trip ever! Found exactly what I wanted today, the colors I wanted AND they were on sale!

Nice range of clothing.especially when jeans are on sale.where else can you get jeans in an under $25 price range

Old Navy near Palisides is a great place for clothing and they do have good deals of seasonal sale and I recommend to visit or checkout to get benefit out of the deals

Good quality clothing at a reasonable price for the whole family. I like the style of the clothing and I always find something I like. This location is clean and the staff I met were friendly and courteous plus helpful. I end up spending a while in the store so I find the background music fun to listen too. They always seem to have a good sale so it pays to go fairly often. I like Old Navy and will continue to come to the to various stores that are close by, this location, West Edmonton Mall and Sherwood Park

This isn't the biggest Old Navy in the city, but always has stock on the items I'm looking for.
