I have always enjoyed Lethbridge's Old Navy. Help if you need it, respectful distance if you don't

Had some difficulty finding staff to help at this store. Prices have gone up but I think that is universal.

Quality clothes for an OK price. Fitting rooms easily accessible and friendly work environment.

Was in store today and met an amazing clerk Kayah. So happy with her help and understanding. She was a godsend. Thank you so much.

Great selection for children's clothes. The men's however is not really my style but the clothes are nice nonetheless.

Great clothing and friendly staff. My wife and I accidently bought identical jackets but thats ok, because we have matching jeans. Clothing for everyone of every age and sizes.

I like the clothes from Old Navy, but I find myself shopping at this particular store less and less. It is always messy with clothes in such disarray that it can be confusing and uncomfortable to shop there. I think I'll shop from their website instead.

Decent prices. Nothing great, still cheaper going to Walmart. Not a lot of selections for one year old boys.

I really like this store for my kids, especially for summer and back to school. Good prices, easy to find what I'm looking for and great staff

Low quality clothes but they're super inexpensive and look good for a short while. It's the place to go for $2 flip flops or if you need a cheap pair of jeans that you don't expect to last. That's if you don't mind going through the gauntlet of impulse purchase aisles you're forced through to get to the register.

Employee threatened to have myself and my three children 9,7 & 2 months escorted from the store after I confronted an employee on how she was making me & my children uncomfortable following us around the store pretending to fold already folded clothes and sweeping non existent dust particles, while another worker peered behind racks. I've been employeed as a mystery shopper for 9 months and have yet to have this kind of experience. Extremely disrespectful and hostile employee needs more training on how to productively de-escalate a situation as I had to take charge of the situation by reminding her to respect my space. 2 employees passed review, a huge fail on her part.

Disappointed everytime I go in there, the store is a mess and they never have the sizes I'm looking for.
