Aside from the checkout staff, everyone on the floor is absolutely miserable and rude. Train your staff to greet and smile at people instead of scowling at them like we are just in the way. The prices are also out of control. Remember when Old Navy was affordable?

Lots of good variety of sweaters and coats this year of 2022, a bit pricey here and there, but try to catch their sales.

There is something there for everyone. Our latest visit was to buy some pants for an 81 year old and a bathing suit for a 14 year old. Mission accomplished!

Nothing but xl and up for sizes. Half the changing rooms open and line ups to get in.

The quality of clothes for female are cheap over the years. Back in 2003 their clothing quality was way better in terms in fabric and styles. Nowadays their clothing styles are for 40 to 50+ years old. It would be nice if they have some stylish clothing for 20 to 30 years old range.

Literally giving this store a 2/5 star review due to the one specific associate I dealt with on the phone. I called to ask about if they got their shipment of Christmas t-shirts in yet. I was looking for a specific one as they were available online already. I was put on hold, but then another lady picked up the line. Seemed annoyed already by me when I asked about this shirt. She immediately went "No we dont have that! Our shipments are Tuesdays and Thursdays" and hung up before I was able to say anything. She was quite rude over the phone when I was simply asking about a product. I would have thought she would be like "Oh Ill go take a look for you, but I dont think its here yet". But that didnt happen. Really unfortunate how the whole interaction went.

Mya (Mia?) was so nice here. I came in for a return since I lost weight after I purchased a pair of pants and she let me exchange them then buy another pair at the sale price I had gotten. I MUCH prefer this location over west Ed, they’re always very helpful and nice.

The staff here were all so helpful and friendly! I was in the other day looking for an orange shirt for Canada day and I think nearly every person on the floor asked me if I needed help finding anything. Awesome customer service:) Thank you!

Always has what my son and husband want for their particular hobbies. Polite, knowledgeable staff. And surprisingly not higher prices like some of these smaller companies sometimes need to do to make a profit. Definitely try to shop here to keep it local!

Always seems to be low on sizes for anything small or medium for boys. But clean and nice staff

Outstanding experience shopping here. Ended up buying two winter coats and some clothes for my son. Paulina, who greeted us as the front door, was wonderful, very helpful and was very diligent in ensuring all the carts were properly sanitized. You could see everyone really appreciated that.

Exactly what I've come to expect of Old Navy, and they had lots of hand sanitizer all over the place which I appreciate.

Always friendly staff, tons of deals and big clearance sections. Huge inventory. Great selection for casual clothing.

No mens socks, clothing stores, all stores who cares about polyester socks, before stocking up, cotton content for socks must be as close as possible to 100% cotton, monitor sales on socks and underwear, stock highest sold, have deal bins

Staff is helpful, store is organized and tidy. Store is interested in business change rooms are OPEN!

Considering how busy this store usually is, it is very well maintained. The staff there are very friendly and work super hard!

Amazing customer service, Skye helped me with everything I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I had no other questions. When I wanted advice on and outfit she gave the full truth and made me feel better about myself, could tell how thoughtful she was and clearly loves her job I really hope she gets recognized for how amazing she is. Thank you old navy southcommon I will be back.

I often come here for nice inexpensive casual clothes like workout clothes and pyjama options. I like the thin, light fabrics for summer. Some weeks' options are a hit or miss depending on what you're looking for but if you're not too choosy, the sales are pretty good.

Must've hit a bad time to look for long dresses. Very few in stock and picked thru. Customer service was okay!

The staff were friendly and approachable. The store was clean and well organized by sizing. Change rooms were clean. The prices right now are great!

Good deals and good clothes. Happy theres still a place with simple clothing and not a bunch of random nom sense written on it.

Decent quality stuff for a pretty low price as it's a go-to place to pick up kids clothes for us. Can be really busy on weekends so plan accordingly if you're planning to shop.

I like coming here, the staff are helpful. Which is crazy because the store gets so messy from customers, that I don't know how they manage to still be so nice.

Was trying to find matccing pjs and the staff went looking for all the right sizes while i waited on the phone. Amazing customer service!

Wish the deals would come with an increase in price. Where a $100 piece of clothing would last a lifetime, a $50 @ 50% would last 3 months. This is responsible and very harmful to the environment. The subcontracted factories that create these multi-colored dyed products are poisoning potable water and oceans. This is very sad Old Navy.

This place is great if you're the kind of person who only wears something once but you cant afford to be the kind of person who only wears something once.

The staff at this location are absolutely awesome, every time! Friendly, helpful and never an issue with returns.

Lady in the kids section selling area might not love her job. She is not friendly and not assisting customer.

It's what I expect from an Old Navy, though I wish it was tidier. The jeans wall is always a giant mess, with styles and sizes in the wrong places. And finding your size is a pain in the butt.

I' be been to other Old Navy stores and this store is just not as well kept. When going through the pants and jeans it was tough to find the right sizes as they were all mixed up and/or folded so the sizes weren't visible. The store is a good size and has a good selection, it just needs to be kept in better order.

Great clothes for everyone. There are many size options and that is really great, we really liked it.

ALL THE DEALS! For sure one of my favorite places to show.every so often they go through this big sale of 75% off clearance and its amazing! You can get shirts from 48cents. WILD! Even if its not on sale the quality is there for sure.im amazed not more people go to old navy cause its the best.

Only complaint is pay terminals. They don't accept tap and had trouble reading cards. Clerk said it is problem they have been having.

Great location and parking. Out of a lot of sizes and styles (very small boy department) when I went it was annoying. The pajamas were not cute this year. Hard to match the family for Christmas. They had a promotion on as well that said 10 pairs of socks for $1 each. We wanted to buy 20 in two transactions to donate for our schools homeless program. But were told only allowed 10 per person ever, couldn't come back later to buy. So we went elsewhere.
