The mall has my favourite pizza place/restaurant in Royal Pizza. It has a liquor store. It has a Dollarama. And it has a discount grocery store No Frills. And I think it got a fitness place for after the pizza, beer and potato chips/cheeses. Lol.
Typical old strip mall.dollar store is the go-to place for small stuff and Christmas necessities. Negatives are few.just too many homeless people hanging about. Sad.
It is a nice place with essential shops of various aspects found collectively at the same place… Having such a Shopping Centre is great for a neighbourhood as it enables one to buy almost all the essentials with just a 5 min walk… All the shops here are good and are reasonably priced…
Really hate shopping here. I understand a lot that happens. But the floor walker don't need to follow you around the store every time you're in the store when you've never been steal anything or attempt to steal anything. I used to go to the store it's there every day now I avoid it like the plague
Fair parking and good location for a quick stop to Whyte Ave. Go get some nugs, a tea, a few groceries at shoppers and then lunch at a near by food spot. Good location, the aisle in the parking lot are a bit tight to maneuver in and there are no right of way signs to point out flow of traffic.
There's a Royal Pizza located in this Centre that my friends and I frequent weekly. The restaurant has a great selection and the staff are extremely accommodating for a lactose intolerant person like myself. We always have the same server and she is very efficient and so pleasant to deal with. The manager is also very friendly and works as hard as the employees. The chefs prepare terrific food and even those in the back doing the dishes are so nice. A real family style restaurant and I highly recommend eating there.
It is what it is. Very congested parking lot. Quite a few homeless around, so if that is something you like to stay away from this not the shopping centre for you. Otherwise it's like any other shopping centre.
WARNING: Few crazies, but many beggars and a high homeless population. Keep your goods hidden and secure in your vehicle, don't take liberties.
Has a few nice places, of note are the Royal Pizza, Dollarama, and No Frills. There are a few professional offices and such, along with some liquor stores. Check the individual reviews on those.
Make sure you have your belongings properly secured and/or hidden in your vehicle when you come here - the area is crawling with homeless and beggars are a constant. You'd do well to avoid flashing cash.
That's all I can really say. The No Frills is great, the Royal Pizza has excellent service, and while the Dollarama is a bit run-down, it's solid.
The main problem with the area is the homeless who simply will not refrain from troubling passerby - and in this time of pestilence, few of them can be bothered humoring health conventions.
The property would be nicer if they had more active security to see that these rabble-rousers depart, but more would probably just fill the gap anyway.
At the very least, crazies are a minimum - it's mostly just beggars and folks who've done everyone a service by being too doped up to do much of anything.
So yea, tons of homeless around, make sure your valuables are properly secured in your vehicle and don't take excessive liberties on that front. You can be fairly assured that you'll regret doing so.
With the combination of no frills, dollarama, royal pizza and awesome boba shops and restaurants, its a great place to shop and eat if you live in the area
The parking is annoying and no one respects other drivers or the flow of traffic, but that's hardly the fault of the owners/businesses. It contains a few good restaurants and a few good services from fitness to grocery.
Great location for a No Frills and Dollarama, and the Seoul Fried Chicken is incredible. Definitely check them out!
One of my favorite places in the city to shop. Its got your whole day planned into one shopping mall. Start with a workout at anytime fitness, jump over to Royal Pizza and order yourself a pie and then go do your shopping at the No frills and dollar store.by the time you are done go pick up the pizza and you're on your way home!
I love shopping here! There are restaurants around with good prices. And I feel it's super convenient because you have a supermarket and a dolarstore next to each other
Went to No frills as usual eccellent service. If you have never shop here you must go. Always they open a tll if they need to serve you. Im amaze how good the cashiers are looking to serve you so you don't have to do a line. Eccellent excellent.
I regularly visit this shopping center due to its convenient south side location and proximity to Whyte Avenue. They offer an eclectic selection of stores and eateries with a nice mix of ethnic diversity. Dollarama is on site as well as No Frills and parking is plentiful
Parking was good for a warm summer day, a Sunday when everyone is enjoying the after effects of a short rain and beautiful sunset. The whole area is always beautiful and you don't need a vehicle to enjoy. Check it out sometime, you won't be disappointed.
One time i came to the no frills and somebody put an ad for a fortune teller on my buddies car and all it did was make me sad that the Whyte Ave fortune teller just moved out of her house where she had a bunch of LED signs and a disco ball Whyte Ave fortune teller if you're out there please get in touch i really want to get my fortune read by you
I love this strip mall Its got no frills grocery store Sakana Japanese restaurant and Dollarama store Ample free parking Well planned strip mall along 104 St.heading south near Whyte Avenue
Small parking lot that's always full. Shops are adequate. It's off a busy main road so getting in and out can be hards sometimes. Has a good selection of Asian restaurants and takeaways.
