10/10! Olea is a super personable, sweet, knowledgeable, and fun photographer! I cannot recommend her enough. Photography was a priority for my husband and I, and we really wanted a photographer who would capture the day without looking too "posed. "

Not only is her work something I will so gladly and gratefully have forever, but she really is a master at what she does. She shot our engagement photos during a cold snap in our downtown - making recommendations that were out of the box but also made for AMAZING photos. Then she shot our wedding in a heat wave, that made us melt. But again, nothing short of awesomeness.

I will forever be grateful that she was our photographer. The pictures and memories will live on forever.

I don’t even know how to begin telling anyone reading this how absolutely incredible Olea is! My husband and I booked her for our engagement and wedding photos after searching high and low. When I say we looked at a ton of photographs I mean it! My husband is a photographer himself and this made finding someone even harder. To say we were blown away with Olea from start to finish is an understatement. Not only is she just an overall incredible photographer but to boot a genuine, creative, funny and down to earth human being who made EVERY interaction with her incredible. For me she wasn’t just a photographer, she was a fast friend and someone I could count on no matter what - Including still being on time when her car legitimately broke down on her way to our wedding, what a girl! We got married near Edmonton but are from Calgary so she was our number one for any questions we had whether it was about venders, wedding ideas or just help deciding on things for the wedding! Planning a wedding can be frustrating and overwhelming but she made every interaction a positive and uplifting one - including when I messaged her about my flowers coming in completely ruined, weeks before the wedding. So many of our friends and family (my husband included) don’t love getting their picture taken but every single one of them commented on how comfortable she made them feel. She takes the time to get the shot, whether that’s letting people pose naturally with little direction or full on posing it down to the hand placement. Regardless, all the photos look fluid and natural while at the same time elegant and moment capturing. Every time we look at our photos from each session we are flooded with every laugh and emotion we had in those moments. I understand hiring a photographer can be a hard decision with cost being a huge factor but let me be the first to say Olea is worth EVERY penny and then some. Trust me when I say what you are paying for is so much more than just a final picture package, it’s the memories you get for the rest of your life.

My Fiancé & I got engaged last January. & I spent sometime really looking into photographers. As a customer I highly suggest you get to know your photographers vibes, and see if your vibes match theirs because that’s when their best work gets to shine. I ended up reaching out to Olea in March & booked for our session in September & I was so excited anticipating the day to come!
She kept in touch with me which I loved it made me stay excited.
As well she kept building a customer relationship so she could know more about us! The shoot was really fun! Of course a bit nervous at first, since it was our first time taking professional photos together, but Olea made it so much fun for us! I was instantly comfortable after the first few minutes. Oleas energy shines so bright!
When we received our gallery there was instant tears from myself, and our families. Olea got to capture our love in a true from. Not awkward poses, just natural, and REAL smilies.
I love that I now have photos of seeing my hunnies I’s love through another set of eyes. & it is everything & more that we have hoped for. And everything we feel.

We had an absolute stellar experience with Olea! She blends her outright talent and conscientious professionalism with a comfortable, relaxed manner that makes you feel like you’ve known her for years.

Beforehand, she communicated promptly with us, answered our (many) questions, travelled to Victoria, and scouted an absolutely unreal place for our photos. Despite our insistence that we were really awkward in front of the camera, she guided us through the photo shoot process, giving directions that made things both efficient and fun.

Not to mention the photos! We were absolutely blown away by the gallery she created for us. She caught the all little things and the candid moments: our hands together, real smiles, laughter, AND she captured some totally stunning, magazine-level photos. Her editing is also pitch perfect- that golden light, the right angles- wow!

Olea was so wonderful to work with! We recently did a maternity shoot with her and the photos are stunning! She made both me and my husband feel so comfortable. She even made the trek out to our acreage in the winter so that we could do our photos on our property!

We had Olea for a mini photo session in Jasper. This was the first time we ever took couple photos and she made the experience so amazing. She listened to all our requests, made us instantly comfortable in front of the camera and made the experience overall so memorable. The photos were so beautiful and sharp. Had both our engagement and wedding photos done by Olea. Me and my partner are both awkward in front of a camera, but she made us feel much more relaxed and comfortable with getting our photos taken. Olea photographed my crazy COVID wedding back in June, after I'd reached out to her only a few months before. She was so flexible with our schedule and wants/needs, and made everyone feel so at ease. We were friends within 5 minutes!

Olea is AMAZING. She recently took photos for my wedding day, and everything about her was incredible. She had great energy and made us feel so comfortable while taking our pictures. She had amazing ideas, she was professional about everything, and you can tell she really cares about her work. With all the changes due to covid, she was awesome about every little change we had to make (she even drove across the province for us!). Most of all, she made the whole experience fun. She was a pleasure to work with!

So far I have done 2 sessions with Olea and she has exceeded my expectations! She made myself, my family and boyfriend feel so comfortable during the whole experience. The sessions I have done with her were so much fun and creative. She's constantly making you laugh which is great for those candid photos! I always get compliments on the photos I post that she has taken. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've told every single person I know about her haha.

First of all, Olea is the nicest and most amazing person ever. We had to rebook a couple times due to conflicts but Olea was very accommodating and understanding. My partner and I don't take photos often so we're awkward in front of the camera, but it was easy pezy with Olea. The photos turned out amazing and we even got some with our dog. I highly recommend Olea!

The most amazing elopement experience! Olea is not only professional and super talented but so fun to be around. She goes above and beyond to help you and get the best shots. My husband loved her and she surprised him with Some fireball on the cold day in Banff. Our pictures are thrilling to look at and we will have these beautiful memories forever.
