Olive Bistro & Lounge Inc

This placed stopped somewhere in the 90s and not in a good way. Very long menu, mix type of cuisine, and lack of quality food. We ordered pasta and honestly the contrast between price vs quality was extreme. The atmosphere in this place equals to a good dinner after a funeral. No go for young to mid age people.

Darrell is a great host! Wonderful wine list and great cocktails. The lamb shank was off the charts!

I came in for dinner with my boyfriend last night and had a wonderful time! The chef even came out to talk us and I was so excited to hear that they source most of their meats and produce from small, local, and sustainable farms! It’s so nice to dine at place that aligns with my values for once:) highly recommend for a classy date night!

Amazing view.great service by both the host (I believe was the owner) and our server was very friendly and very sweet! Service was quick even though it was busy… food was top notch… but loved the experience

Had a quick dinner stop here. We got the mushroom truffle pasta and the halloumi tostada. The pasta was good but seemed a bit overpriced. The tostada was alright, the halloumi itself might have been better if it was just grilled and seasoned with a thinner slice. The sauces and toppings were good though.
The staff were nice and the atmosphere was good. Could have done with the AC running consistently indoors, got a little hot after the restaurant was filled.

This was absolutely one of the best meals of my family’s life. This is a must dine in Jasper. The lamb shank will change your life

The kefalotiri (picture) was an appetizer.
I am gluten sensitive so I had a bison burger (absolutely delicious)
My mom had the onion soup (reminded us of France)
My dad had the Lamb Shank (one of the top three dishes of our lives and the best lamb ever for sure)

Excellent service so good we went back the next night hamburger was one the best I ever had highly recommend this restaurant.

Great ambiance, large window area for natural light. Food and service were both excellent. More “upscale” than I anticipated, which was a bonus!

The service is very good, beef burger really delicious, beer has many choice, beer & burger only $20

We sat on the patio under the patio heaters. There was also fire table and fleece throws to keep warm. The food was sooooo good and locally sourced! Our server was very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Love the Olive! My favourite place to go in Jasper, the food is incredible and the service is always great! The owners have created such an amazing atmosphere, it’s the perfect little getaway. The scallops are delicious, and the menu always has new creative vegetarian options, It is a must-eat for me every time I visit Jasper!

We went to the olive bistro today and had the bruschetta & mussels as an appetizer and the bison gnocchi (the meat is from a small local farm: "backwoods buffalo ranch") as our main course.
And everything we had was just soo delicious and totally worth its price!
So 5/5, we would eat here again any time!

I have been at the Olive many times now. I love the food and drinks; especially the fact that you can just order a bunch of different starters (don’t skip the saganaki) and get some delicious cocktails alongside it. The service never disappoints either.
For a dessert I always go for their Banana Split, sooo good!

The service here is very good! Everyone is very kind and attentive. I have been many times, never disappointed. The food is fantastic and drinks are very good with some unique choices. I would strongly recommend to anyone going to Jasper it is my favourite restaurant! The tagliatelle is so good!
