Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I placed a pick up order I got the chicken parm and I’m paying $5 extra to substitute for the fettuccine and the amount is crazy! Especially when a kids meal comes with BOTH these bowls of pasta! I usuallv love coming to Olive Garden because the portions are so great but it’s definitely disappointing now! The service of the car side pick up was a really nice lady though!

Pre-made, frozen lasagna that fell apart. Hard breadsticks. Terrible waitress that couldn't care less that the plates were left full on the table.and still expected a tip? Won't be returning.

My friend and I went to Olive Garden for the first time ever, and our experience was SO good! Our waitress was very kind, knowledgeable and had great recommendations! Will definitely be back:) Thanks Morgan W! - lea and sadia

Had a not so good experience this evening. We were celebrating my mother in law's birthday and we decided to have supper at this restaurant. I tried calling at 330ish to book ahead since we are a family of 7 plus my inlaws. I was told that they cannot do that and we have to be there in person and just walked in. About 4ish our schedules got busy so my inlaws arrive first. My mother in law tried to tell the manager that there will be 7 more people coming bit he made them wait at the reception. He said he cannot seat them because half of the party did not arrive yet. When me and my family arrived I talked to him and asked why wasn't my inlaws asked to be seated instead of sitting at the reception he said it's out of his control. Well I told him obviously I cannot ask the children to drive themselves to olive garden to make sure half of the party is there, can't they? For me its rude, unhospitable, inconsiderate and poor customer service.

I also have a daughter who has celiac disease and the server did discuss the options for GF food they have. However, when she order her steak she wasn't advised that it will come with a regular pasta.

I'm afraid the next time we have a family celebration like this, I will have to take them elsewhere. I didn't get the name of the manager but he was on duty I December 17,2023, Sunday between 4pm to 630pm.

Pasta was made by great soul really tasty and bartender who made drinks muaaaaahhhh

We had great service from staff from when we got there until we left. The food was hot and delicious. Bread is replenished as well as your side, i.e, salad or soup. Prices were comparable to any Italian eatery. We were completely satisfied.

I find myself here for the unlimited soup/salad and breadsticks for lunch. Always have good food and great service.

Cheaper to go here for lunch special than to any fast food place.

Chelsey W is hands down the lovliest server we've had the pleasure of being served by. She made our visit so enjoyable!

First off, when we arrived the restaurant was DEAD like not a soul in sight including anyone that worked there. It took 5-10 minutes for the hostess to realize that anyone was even there. We were seated in the only section they had open was right next to the front corner of the restaywith huge windows. I had to wear my parka the entire time. The food was cold as soon as it had been at our table for 1 minute because it was just so freezing. I went to eat half a breadstick that was on my plate for about 3 minutes and it felt like it had just come out of the fridge. I wish we had left as soon as we were seated. Service was meh. I heard other people come in and they asked to sit somewhere else because of the temperature and the server gave them HARSH ATTITUDE and told them that 'no one was working in that section'. Do better.

Great food, exceptional service! Even when the kitchen was “backed up” during rush hour, our food came out faster than expected and was fantastic! Our server was amazing.

Food is consistent and tasty. Great serving sizes and servers are always friendly and on their game.

5 gals met there for lunch. We each had the unlimited soup and salads. We enjoyed it so much. I also bought 2 spaghetti and meat sauce meals to go for $8.00 each.

Our fav Italian restaurant is Olive Garden, form USA days it’s been my fav, prolly for last 13 years. But this location we ordered one shareable and 1 pasta. We chose salad and look at the quantity (pics attached). When I objected that normally we can’t refill but at least bowl is full but she’s like no this is the quantity for 1 serving of main entry. Very disappointed.

Food is almost all frozen.
Soup is made in house but then put in bags and put in ice baths, then reheated, sauces made then put in ice baths and reheated sometimes for up to 3 days same with soups. Pasta is made well sometimes days in advance out in ice baths then in cooler. Hygiene is absolutely abysmal. You couldn’t pay me to eat here.

We had a new server and she did a great job. Her trainer did as well. All around fun and had a nice chat with the older server about me living in Europe.

Review might be biased as we are fans of the place. Food and service are always great. Great place for couples and even families.

It was very busy and the place is showing its age but the food was amazing and the service was good.

First, I got greeted by 5 hostesses who were waiting at the entrance chit chatting loudly, one of them wearing a funny socks on her head making me feel like I am in a different ethnic restaurant.second, the sewage smell hit me right in the face when I opened the door, not sure if they have some sewage problems but someone should look into that. Next, that never ending soup and bread ended when the server brought the pasta even before giving me the chance to decide if I wanted some more soup. I think is just a tactical move to get people out asap, third. $19 for a bowl of soup and a little pasta that is tasteless, it’s not really worth it. I will be eating at a real Italian restaurant next time, this is just not worth it.

First time at Olive Garden and was very excited about it. Service was quick to get us a table at 8pm on Friday. However, I dont know if it was because it was a Friday and everyone wanted the weekend to begin, but the lady that sat us down was not welcoming at all and didnt even say hello. A different lady that took our order basically asked what do you want… and grabbed the menus. Food was great. Hated the service and probably will never go back because of how rude the people are.

Others in the group were happy with their meal, although pricey. Room noise rather loud. Why are people so loud nowadays?
