I recently visited Dr. Kent at the Oliver Chiropractic Wellness Clinic. Dr. Kent was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and he made me feel comfortable right away. He took the time to listen to my concerns and asked thoughtful questions to better understand my symptoms. Dr. Kent was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He also provided me with some helpful tips and exercises to do at home to help alleviate my pain.
Overall, I had a great experience at Oliver Chiropractic Wellness Clinic and would highly recommend Dr. Kent to anyone looking for a chiropractor who is friendly, helpful, and insightful.

I have been a client of Oliver Chiro for about 10 years on and off. I saw Dr. Kent for chiro as well as for plantar fasciitis in my feet. Dr. Kent always made me feel safe and heard, and made me laugh. My body always felt taken care of when I left the clinic, and I had some understanding on what was going on because Dr. Kent is really good at communicating what he's doing. The staff was always welcoming and warm. I cannot recommend Oliver Chiropractic Wellness Clinic enough. The only reason I don't go anymore is because I moved provinces. Thank you for everything, Dr. Kent!

I was pretty much at my wits end when I decided to call Oliver Chiropractic. I'm talking back pain, extremely sore/stiff/tight muscles, tension, anxiety, stress, lack of focus, shoulder pain, wrist pain-just to name a few (and trust me there are a heck of a lot more lol).

So anyway, I had already tried everything under the sun and nothing was really helping (acupuncture, physio, massage, pain medication etc) so I figured I'd see a chiropractor. I can't believe it. All these years of being apprehensive of chiropractors and it turns out it has been a life changing experience. Go figure!

I saw Dr. Phillips Ly and I can't recommend him enough. After the first treatment I immediately felt SOO much better. After I left I noticed I had more pep in my step and just overall more mobility. I was noticing other things too like more confidence and less headaches. I was like whoa how many things can this chiropractor stuff really help? Well, turns out it affects more than we realize (in a good way).

I'm not sure what your issues are but if you want to get to the root of the problem and eliminate them once and for all get your butt to Oliver Chiropractic and thank me later lol cheers!

Booking for massage was done incorrectly. They booked the wrong date for massage for me, and they ended up charging my credit card for $100 as I was working that day; I explained to their receptionist over the phone that they booked me for the wrong date. They did not tell me over the phone that they are charging my credit card. They just re-booked me for another appointment on the phone, and then they went ahead and sent me a receipt by email for the no-show. I did not know until I noticed the charge on my credit card. I paid this clinic over $2,000 over the last 14 months and they are refusing to reverse the $100 charge which was their booking mistake.

On another issue, I saw their Chiropractor Dr. Phillips for over 4 session for lower back pain/ sciatic nerve problem for over a month. He could not treat me and I was going through a lot of pain; no improvement whatsoever. I ended up going to another Chiropractor who fixed my problem in one session, literally one session.

Finally, I brought that to the attention of the owner (Dr. Kent) a couple of months ago; whom I also asked today to refund me the $100 for the no-show for massage. He refused to make the refund.

Here is the point, at least pay me back for the 4 visits worth I spent on your chiropractic services for my sciatic nerve while I was going through a lot of pain and suffering for over a month with no improvement. I am not dealing with this clinic anymore.

October 12 - this is in response to the owner's response. Unfortunately, my review is truthful, accurate and reflective of reality. Also, you did not respond to the issue of the chiropractic services which left me in pain and suffering for over a month, and which you were fully ware of (because I switched to you from the other chiropractor at your clinic). Finally, it happened at least once that I got a call from your receptionist on the same day of my appointment asking me to show up later for the appointment. Why is it that what is available to your business is not available to the patient?

Dr. Ly helped me in my recovery from a motor vehicle accident. His treatments helped my neck and lower back recover close to normal in just a few months. Alexei provided excellent massage treatment as well to support the recovery and I am close to being back to normal thanks to their great care. If you have back or neck problems I would highly recommend meeting with Dr. Ly.

I have been going here for around 20 years for massage and occasional acupuncture and recently switched my Chiropractor to here. They are a multidisciplinary Health centre with professional and knowledgeable staff.

I've been with this clinic for 20
years. Through cars accidents, having children and more recently a frozen shoulder. I have had chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture and shockwave therapy, which I highly recommend for deep tissue issues, and have always received the best of care.

Please referred to other nutrition consultant who will work with you, offering actual diet plans, instead of giving tips online. I could have done the research myself. She didn’t mention if the scale provides a great data points or if I’m trending in the wrong direction. So disappointed. She didn’t inspire me.

Fantastic clinic, super in depth review process and scans to determine where an issue might be while being non invasive. I've started to regain motion and reduce the pain I've been experiencing after several sessions. Now its just general maintenance to keep the abuse I do to my body to a minimum!

I’ve been seeing both Alexei and Dr Kent for about 5 years now. Both are very strong and intelligent practitioners.
I’m always very appreciative when Karen and or Adisha get me in for last minute adjustments or massages. I’ve since moved to the south side but still choose to commute downtown to see them. Highly recommend.

I had back issues while visiting from BC and was able through pure luck to get an appointment with Mohamned. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful chiropractor and it was most thorough chiro appointment I've ever experienced! The chiro assistant was pleasant and professional as was the lady at reception. I highly recommend this clinic and wish I could take them to BC with me!

I've seen Dr. Rahall for adjustments a few times and I always leave learning something new. He's a great chiropractor and a easy guy to talk to.

Best clinic in the city. Great staff and services. My first time at a chiropractor. Dr. Rahall has been great. He took the time to do a very detailed assessment and tests. He works on specific areas to take care of the underlying issues, not just treat symptoms, which is great. He's got a lot of knowledge of the body and sports injury/treatment and takes the time to fix you.

Easy to book appts, very inviting office, front end staff are pleasant. Have only seen Alexi for massage here. He is very professional, and extremely skilled in his craft. He is respectful and a great person to start up a conversation with, as he is very knowledgeable. The passion makes a difference. I would recommend this clinic to anyone, and have been going to this clinic for 6 yrs

I have been going to Oliver Chiro for a couple years now and I love it - I highly recommend it! The location is super convenient, if you work/live downtown & the staff are so friendly and easy to talk with. When I first started going to Oliver Chiro, I had a rib out of place and Dr. Phillips was very thorough and made sure for my first adjustment, I could breathe without any pain. Since then, any back/neck/hip problems I have, he will get all the kinks out with ease.
I have used both Alexei & Pearl for massage therapy and both are very good! I regularly go to Pearl and she is amazing! Super knowledgeable. She will find knots and tense areas that you didn’t even know were there and release them with her magical hands! At the end of a massage and/or chiro adjustment, I always feel so relaxed. I’m really glad I found Oliver Chiropractic Wellness Clinic!

I was suffering with tennis elbow and came in for Shockwave therapy. After 3 treatments I had mobility in my arm. Since my initial visit I see Dr. Kent on a regular basis for Chiro health.

I been going to the Oliver Chiropractic Wellness Clinic for over two years. Dr Kent and staff have been very knowledgeable about my chiropractic needs for diagnosis and treatment. Their continued support for chiropractic needs is always their when I need to use their services.

Filled out the form expressing my interest in this clinic. Their form indicates preferred method of contact so I put down email which was perfect for me being deaf.

Got the canned response "as a new patient, we are unable to continue this booking via email, due to the sensitivity of the information that is required. "

Why even have the option of email being preferred method of communication to begin with.

I see Lauren for acupuncture and since seeing her my health has improved 100%. The staff are amazing and from the moment you come in the front door you feel you will be taken care of.

Office staff was friendly and accommodating
Dr Phillips Ly is amazing my neck and back feel great I haven’t moved this well in years. Nice guy really good and thorough made sure I went for X-ray before he would do any adjustments just to make sure he had the full picture. I am definitely going to go to him for all my future needs.
Lauren Wig was very gentle with my acupuncture never tried it before but very relaxing cupping was kinda cool too

Never had a better chiropractor, and I have been using one for over 20 years! No matter where I am in the city I would happily spend the time traveling to recieve quality care. QUALITY is what you get at this clinic. I have never had a more thorough practitioner. DR KENT FERGUSON really takes his time examining each part of the body working out the problem areas. I walk out of there everytime feeling good as new! Thank you soooo much!

Dont even get me started on the massages from Alexie! Again an amazing therapist! I will not let another person touch my aching body so long as he is in practice! I am so lucky to have them both under the same roof! I wont go anywhere else for these services.

The receptionist would not book an accupancture treatment for my client because it’s apparently “against the FOIP Act” for me to provide his personal information that I already know about him. I did not ask her to provide me with any personal information. Some FOIP training needs to happen in this place so staff knows the difference. Otherwise, someday no one would be able to book appointments there coz callers provide personal information about themselves. Ridiculous.

The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Before I went for my first appointment, they made sure to answer any questions I’ve had. Been helpful with helping me recover from my back injury. Would recommend this place for anyone who needs to see a chiropractor.

Reliable staff, great at finding appointments etc to work with your times, even cut me a break once when I was 10 mins late (my fault). Great service, my health has improved a lot since going regularly.

I originally saw Dr. Phillips for chiropractic help with bad hips, and neck/shoulder/elbow injuries. I had limited mobility and chronic pain. With each treatment not only did the pain dissipate, but his knowledgeable advice and focus on proactive care has helped me become pain free in all areas. He also provides a Shockwave Therapy treatment that cured my tennis elbow that had been plaguing me for more than 3 years, to the point I could not even straighten my arm, or have full grip strength. Three sessions cured it entirely! With his ongoing advice, my health and quality of life have dramatically increased. I would recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone who wants to improve their health and wellness, but also to those who need direction in how to go about improving it.
