I've been a patient now with Oliver Park Dental for a few years. Recently I experienced a tooth extraction, my first one ever, which shot my anxiety through the roof. Dr Shirazi was awesome and super understanding. The experience was quick and painless (thanks to the numbing lol). The reception staff, hygienists, assistants and not to forget the dentist are phenomenal! 5 stars all the way!

I was quite nervous and they made me real comfortable. The entire experience was top notch. And no cavities! They also fixed a sharp edge of a tooth for me. Found a new dentist.

Having seen a few people at Oliver Park Dental for hygiene and dental care extremely satisfied with the all around service.

Excellent dental care while informing me of procedures, implications from Safiya (for hygiene appointments). An efficient extraction procedure and great treatment by Dr. O for my wisdom teeth removal. Additional visits with Christina for general checkups and hygiene were great too.

-Dental education with visits and aligning care to client is amazing at Oliver dental. Love the text reminders too.

-Clean efficient and customer care oriented service even with calls after procedures were valuable.

-Front desk are warm welcoming. The space is open clean and modern. Also conveniently downtown.

They request more information from patients than any other clinic I have ever come across, including credit card information. Beware. Read the bad reviews! Since I provided them with my information my email has been flooded with spam.

Best dentist I've been to! Everyone was super nice and helpful, more than willing to awnser all questions.

If you have low executive function this is the place for you. They don't shame me for not having perfect teeth and are very understanding of my struggle with disability. I have a really hard time making appointments and procrastinate it forever but they make the appointments for you and during your preferred time. It makes it much easier for me. They have been really helpful in so many ways. They are understanding that I need the gas to do anything more than cleaning because of anxiety. I finally am not afraid to go to the dentist when I need to.

Oliver Park Dental provides great service from friendly and caring staff! Due to a family emergency, I had to cancel my husband's appointment the evening before our appointments. I emailed the dental office to notify them that I would still attend but had to reschedule my husband's appointment and when I arrived the next day the receptionist was very understanding and compassionate regarding our circumstances. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend the Oliver Park Dental team! My regular dentist is Dr. O and I've had great service from other team members!

So, I had a nasty case of pericoronitis, the pain was unbearable. I had just moved to Edmonton and my dentist back in my home town wasn’t available for two weeks, thank goodness these kind folks took me in.

In less than an hour I was on antibiotics, and good painkillers.fast forward three days and all of my wisdom teeth were extracted, meanwhile I had been begging my old dentist for years to get this over with.

I had initially thought they were withholding prescription pain relief after my procedure, but it turns out I didn’t need them, the pain isn’t that bad.

I’ll be coming here for my dental needs from now on.

This place was very clean and friendly. I had made an appointment for a cleaning and initial assessment as I am from out of the province. It took two hours and it was a pleasant experience. All staff did great in their respective roles and I will be coming back for another bite?

Dr. Nassar and Anastasiia provided excellent care when it came to my crown prep work and despite the late hours, they worked tirelessly to ensure everything was 100%.

The fact Oliver Park Dental is open in the late afternoons and evenings makes them stand out above the rest.

The new dental hygienist was amazing! She shares an anxiety about dentists and she conducted the appointment in a manner to best put an anxious patient at ease. I now look forward to my next cleaning knowing that my anxiety disorder will be taken into consideration when receiving services.

The staff were all very friendly and great about communication. They did a thorough examination and explained various things to help me better understand my dental health. The overall communication was phenomenal! The best I’ve experienced. The hygienist was gentle and very concerned about my comfort. The only drawback is the cost. The prices tend to be higher than what I’m used to and it’s personally not ideal for me as a student but if you’re willing to pay more for what feels like excellent service and understanding of practice, I’d give this place a go!

I went as a new patient for a Cleaning over the weekend appointment 10 am started at 10: 15 am and the hygienist told me she couldn’t finish the cleaning I would have to make another appointment. She ended the appointment @11: 00 am and it is not like other client were there waiting

I was charged $227.00 I never head of such thing. I don’t think I will be returning!

Just got back from Oliver Park Dental and I’m amazed! Not only did Dr. Carlie completely take care of my dental anxiety, she was also super meticulous and locked into her cleaning. She got all my plaque out as I hadn’t been to a dentist in 5+ years. The front desk lady was also super friendly and I am only going back to them. Amazing customer service, professionalism and cleanliness. Had a great experience!

It is welcoming the moment you walk through the door of the clean lobby. The staff use a patient centered approach and decide on your care plan together with you. Painless procedures. Direct billing and payment plan options. They also donate their time at Homeless Connect.

From the website and social media to the beautiful interior, and lastly to the service. You can tell they consider every aspect. I had a great experience with my dentist appointment here. Dr. Rattai was very educational and transparent.

Staff across the board are wonderful, professional and friendly. Offices are beautiful and there are TV’s in all the exam rooms so you never get bored. Would absolutely recommend to friends.

Prior to going to this dental office I saw one dentist my entire life, so I was a little nervous seeing someone new after moving. Oliver Park Dental was suggested to me by my co worker (I had tooth pain for like, years) and they were able to help me. Took a few appointments but they were very accommodating. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and explain everything to you so you aren't overwhelmed, highly suggest this place.

Oliver Park Dental is a luxury dental experience from start to finish! You feel the luxury and pampering from the moment you set foot in the office. The state of the art dental chairs are unlike anything I have experienced, and instantly relax my body.
More importantly though, Daniel is the best hygienist I have ever had. He is perfect in every sense. Daniel is caring, encouraging and kind. He is truly passionate about his work and is unbelievably meticulous and thorough, all while being extremely gentle. A wonderful human being and the best hygienist in Edmonton!

Great service starting from the booking process all the way to the finish line. Front end staff were super nice and easy to deal with, and the dental assistants, hygienist and Dr. Rattai all did an exceptional job! They made sure I was comfortable and treated me well. I will be back and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to my friends and family.

Overcharges like crazy. My insurance company covers 100% of dental according to the dental fee guide which takes the averages of prices for dental services. The dental fee guide is created by the Alberta dental association and college and is a legit reference tool to find out if your dentist is overcharging.

Did my full dental exam here with x rays and got a quote for my work and the discrepancies between this clinics prices and the dental fee guide was insane. Called Westmount dental clinic and asked them if they operate by the dental fee guide and they said yes, but that they need to redo exam portion (x rays don’t need to redo) and since this clinic used up my insurance limit for the full exam per year I need to pay for Westmount’s new exam at $105 (which, by the way, Oliver Park charges $114 for). Thanks for eating my insurance credits then quoting me almost $300 more than the Alberta dental fee guide for all the work. I have no respect for dentists that are overcharging while people like me are paying off my student loans. Taking my business to Westmount where they actually operate by the fee guide.

Dr. Shirazi is the best dentist! I found him very friendly and he took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. I recommend him and Oliver Park Dental to all my friends and family for a TOP NOTCH experience!

Since my first visit last year at Oliver Park Dental my oral hygiene improved a lot. Kristina is knowledgable and very kind and always answers all my questions very patiently. She is very precise in her work. Dr. O is also a great doctor explaining everything and he is also very precise and paying attention to every detail. I've been seeing the same dentist since I have had teeth. I recently moved to Edmonton and had to find a new dentist. This place is amazing! They took the time to get to know me. My cleaning was absolutely amazing. They're so professional. Absolutely would recommend. Great service, they care and ensure you are comfortable.

Just opened and I was one of the first patients. State of the art dental office welcomed me and made me feel right at home. From the front desk to the chair, I had a great experience. Dr. Olatonade and staff were extra professional and I look forward to a lasting association with them.

Virtually no wait time, but come a little early to fill out some paper work so that you don't waste appointment time doing so. I was offered coffee, tea, or water for the time i did have to wait which was a nice option.

The staff were excellent all across the board and all really seemed to have a contagious upbeat, friendly work culture.
The receptionist was super friendly, helpful, and approachable.
The dental assistant was super nice and very helpful with any dental anxiety I had and made sure I was very comfortable when doing the x-rays and taking pictures of my teeth. She seemed to really enjoy her job and was a delight to be x-rayed by.
The hygienist cleaned my teeth very well. Not only was he very cautious of my sensitive teeth but he also did an awesome job of gutting the gross tar buildup. As someone who had a lot of build up after not being to the dentist in 9+ years, I definitely can see and feel the difference he made.
The dentist listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions in depth, and really made sure I understood what he was saying. Very funny and personable guy.

I got frustrated fighting for parking space at my former dentist's office that one day I walked into Oliver Park Dental when I saw the ample parking in the office complex.

I fell in love with the open space of the reception that feels more like a spa than a dentist's office. The front staff are super friendly and so are the hygienists and dentists. The dentists do not try to upsale services you don't need right away. Needless to say I never went back to my former dentist!

If you are looking for a new dentist I definitely will recommend Dr. Dwayne Olatunade.
