Olly Fresco's - 7th Street Plaza

This place to be my dad’s favourite but then the employees/management changed and now nobody even acknowledges when a customer walks in. Y’all made him sad

This place has really gone down hill. The food has always been subpar. However now when you go there the shelves are bare and the quality had dropped and there is no variety. For context I am showing up at noon on weekdays. This should be prime time they don't even have a full buffet open.
What I will say it this place is convenient and clean

Their store hours are not good enough either, they need to be open at least one more hour

I go every time for there shawarma’s raj is the best at making the best shawarma I give him 11 stars

Writing to say that Olly's has re-opened! They are on reduced hours but are back to service, buffet and grab & go. The food and people are still great and really affordable compared to a lot of places downtown.

Olly's has been a staple for my colleagues and I working in the downtown area. It re-opened on September 14th and appeared to be very clean with many tables removed to accommodate for social distancing. Sometimes the food can be hit or miss but the selection and convenience is hard to beat. Be aware that when purchasing food by weight, it can add up quickly leaving you with a less than desirable bill. Overall, it's a nice, convenient spot to grab breakfast/lunch with friendly staff.

Good baked goods, but very bad food. Sausage tastes very bad, potatoes are dry, lunch buffet is very mediocre, usually bad. Bought a chicken wrap today and it was completely dry and tasteless. Decent place for coffee, but stay away from the food.

This is a good option for downtown workers the food is average, however there is a good variety. The sandwich shop inside is a better bet than the hot food that is there. It is pretty expensive for what you get i would suggest to get there early as there is very little room to sit due to the amount of people that visit the establishment.

Friendly staff and a large variety of quality food made fresh regularly that's priced very reasonably. Quick and easy to get what you want and be on your way. It's become an almost daily visit for my work group.

I love the soups and hot buffet! I wish it was a little cheaper but that clearly hasn't stopped me lol. Soups are made fresh each day, buffet foods are always hot and fresh and replenished in a timely fashion. I also really like their salad bar

Super friendly and fast staffs. This place is quite busy especially during the lunch hours and the staffs are up to the task.

A variety of food available and they tried to have different variety for those with diet restrictions.

Just thinking that the food pick up area may need to be rearranged in a way that people can easily pick up and move away rather than obstructing others.

The food is fresh and good, but you pay by weight.so the price goes up very fast. I paid 10$ for salad, sauce and a tiny bit of fish.

This place is busy and popular all day long because it has a large variety of quality fast foods to choose from. We've been here for coffee breaks as a group and for lunch. There's always something for everyone regardless of preference. Prices are reasonable and wait times aren't bad.

Fresh food except for the salad bar ceaser salad had dressing added to it so it was soggy should have the dressing on the side

Good food, self serve with good variety in a cafe style setting. Clean and modern with lots of healthy alternatives to fast food.

The sandwich was good although it was a day old (see date on photo) whereas the creamy mushroom macaroni is pretty bland.

Please Note: few hours later, I got a stomach ache followed by diarrhea and throwing up.
The food must have been mishandled or the ingredients are already spoiled.

What a waste!

Yummy lunch options. Very busy during peak lunch hours so sometimes finding a spot to sit is tricky.

I had Salmon for lunch today and i realized while was eating it was "can Salmon" very desalinated. I can bring my own can of Salmon from home which i buy from the store.

Love this place for the fresh salad bar and pre packaged lunch items. It's always busy so a good sign that the quality is consistent. A large variety of drinks and coffee to suit all.

Quick easy lunch option in the downtown core. Variety of options available. Service is decent. Food quality seems good and turnover of food means it is pretty fresh. Parking is difficult. Not really a destination meal option but good if you are in the area.

This cafeteria style restaurant is located in the middle of a busy downtown block. There are many choices you can make, including a hot buffet table, a salad table, and a place to have custom orders made for you. They have a large selection of pre-packaged salads and sandwiches and drinks and desserts to choose from and a very large coffee bar which allows you to order even espresso or a latte. The staff is bright and cheerful and helpful. The cost to eat is very reasonable. If you go there I hope you enjoy yourself.
