Hi, guys I just sharing my experience with this store! Customer service very very rude to me he just yielded to me because I was carrying my jacket even he wasn’t wear mask on this pandemic situation! Day Friday time 9pm!
I am recommending not to go this shop anymore!

They close at 10 PM. Called in at 9: 40 that i will be there in exactly 15 mins. They said yeah, sure just come before 10. Was there at 9: 55 and the guys locked the doors, saw us coming, and literally started running towards their car. Lol atleast say you can’t serve at all rather than running like fools.

Lazy People I showed five mins before closing but won't count money because they already did. They let me in but accepted debit only garbage I think

Have been a long time customer here have shown my Id many times to the young men working here yet they can never seem to remember me, will be my last time buying here if you value being seen as a human and remembered when you visit twice a week for a year, this is not the place to go

I just bought a ox of 24 cans budweiser, 15 cans kokanee, 24 cans black ice.around 6: 45 pm this day, and the thing is i put all the box is the cart and the box of budweiser accidentally fell down when i was to push the cart.i picked it up and return to the cart and went to pay.after paying, i noticed the box leaking and asked the cashier if i could change what i bought and he said he cant because i was the one who dropped it.
Seriously, i am?
He even said that "maybe 1 can ONLY has opened from falling". Come on! He could have just given me 1 can of beer as a compliment for it.well, at the end i just nevermind then.
Anyways, try to train your employee further for this kinds issues because he doesn't know what he is saying.thanks

They follow customers around the store making your experience very uncomfortable, then when you're checking out with a bill of $60+ they accuse you of stealing. The two boys that work there in the evening are very rude and dont treat customers with any respect.

Very bad staff. Manager is very nice and helpful but 2 guys who work in evening time very rude. Dont have manners.

Usually they have really good specials on great tasting wines and scotch! Not so good with the beer selection though if that's what you're looking for.
