Best salon I have ever been to. Great atmosphere, Rahul and Bakshi make u feel like if you were their customers for years, and I've only been there two times and will continue to keep going. I highly recommend this place.

Just did mens haircut today. This Guy probably do not even have license. Going to report to city. Speechless how shody the place is. Operating like in India where there is no rule of law, anyone can do anything.he just opened a shop had a guy with a chair, mirror and some cutting tools, totally unprofessional. Regret going there just to check them out as they are very close. Wanted to avoid the line today. I'm sure he doesn't have license to cut hair.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I went for my haircut and Raman did an amazing job cutting my hair and giving it a feathery look while styling. I have never had this type of hair cut ever before in my life. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful haircut

Their prices also seem rather steep, I'd suggest looking for a salon that takes pride in their work, and doesn't see social media as a numbers game that needs to be won.

I wanted rose gold hair color but settled for Red instead. The color didn’t come up as expected and it faded in 1 week’s time. They did try to fix it but it has again washed away even though I used their recommended conditioner.

AMAZING SERVICE ️️️️️Got my hair done from manny places and was disappointed with the result but these guys give the best advice and give the best service I am so happy with my hair and I love the colour it’s even better than what I was expecting they are such a sweet and hardworking people will be going to them for my hair from now on amazing work and people

My first visit was a random one at Ombre. I actually went back to my own hair stylist. But they way Raman at Ombre did my hair, I had to return back to her. She took time to study my hair type, made sure my cut was just right for my curly/wavy hair and had advice on how to help with the dryness. Loved my experience! Best part, I am able to easily style my hair!

Huge thank you to Sunny and the Ombré salon for fixing my dry, exhausted mom hair and making me feel beautiful again. This was my first time coming her and won’t be the last. Very impressed with the knowledge and experience Sunny has, I didn’t even have to tell her what I wanted and she just did it.

I have been to this Ombré Salon few times, because I got done 3 sessions of micro needling for my face, I am really happy sunny didi gave me amazing transformation for my face (skin), now I have got Balayage caramel hair color, she explained me very well in advance for the outcome and I am really happy that I have achieved nice color because my hair was really dark I was afraid that I won’t be able to achieve this light color she gave me hair mask after my hair health is also really good not dry at all. Wonderful service! I’ve been to this place twice and Sunny was the one who styled and coloured my hair both times. Not only does she listen to your concerns, but she will also give you some suggestions if you’re not sure how you’d like to get your hair style or color. She’s also very friendly. Paid $40 for my hair to look like nothing what i asked for i even showed her a picture and she did the complete opposite, this was for a wedding i ended up having to go to another salon to get it done.

I called, last minute, on a Saturday, and they got me in. The owner was super sweet, he even made me love my beautiful hair as i was upset With my my long hair. The ladies (Raman, Asar and owners) who worked on my hair coloured them and cut them for me were amazing, quick, and did exactly what I wanted. I wanted to give 5 star reviews coz of their service, and how nice they are. Amazing people. They took me as a walk-in and was really impressed with my root touch up and i was getting moneypiece done on my hair which didnt turn out to be color i had showed or matched with my skin tone. I an medium tanned and the color was orange, more like just bleached hair. They fixed that for me very easily, but my hair cut was so uneven and bad. I was trying to explain that my hair is uneven and they kept denying and saying that it looks fine to them as my hair is curled up that why i feel that. They straighten my hair to see the difference and i had to ask for another customer for review to prove me right on that. They are nice people so you can"t even get mad or annoyed at them. The owners tired not to charge me for the haircut but i didn’t complain, so that they can charge me less. The problem was having 3 people working on my hair and not getting the same color of money piece and having one of the main stylist to run from one customer to another in between. Even though she tried to fix my hair but they are still so uneven and more like, my right side has half inch less than the other side and more zig zag in between. I asked them for Curtains bands and my one side is longer than the other. I paid them in full. You cannot compensate the quality of service with charging people less. Sunny has great knowledge but she is the only one to take care of everthing and i understand she cannot give her best becuase she has to run from one cleint to the other in every 15 -20 mintues. They need more stylists, I am sure they will provide even more better services in future.other than my hair cut, there service and prices are great. I have uploaded picture as well.

I came to Ombré Salon with a hair crisis. A day before, I went to another pretty popular salon to fix a bad hair job from two weeks ago that resulted in my hair having a blue and green tint with light highlights. The hairstylist at the other salon corrected my hair by giving me horizontal choppy highlights that looks worse than what I came in with. There was no blending and the colour was not even brought to my roots (see picture two and three). I was extremely disappointed and needed a drastic fix. I came to Ombré and right away the hairstylist, Sunny, identified how to solve the issue. Not only did she blend out the top and created a balayage effect but she also lightened the hair in between which got rid of the existing green that the previous stylist could not remove. She did an amazing job- better than I could have ever imagined, given that my hair had many layers of dark colour and blonde underneath. Not only was she able to get the existing hues of blue and green out, but she also fixed and blended out the horrendously choppy highlights and gave my hair dimension and health despite it being dyed twice in two days. I cannot express my gratitude because my hair looked so bad, it was embarrassing to leave the house (even with a ponytail). Likewise, all the staff working at Ombré were extremely kind and professional. I would totally recommend this salon because of it wasn’t for Sunny and the group working, I would still be looking like a zebra ‍️ I am so grateful to them and I am very happy with how my hair turned out.

They charged me 190 for global hair clr and even didn't cover my grey hair from front from both sides. So disappointed

I paid $272 for loosing my hair that took me two years to grow. I was just there yesterday for my hair Color and cut. I wanted to get overall chocolate brown hair Color with curtain bangs and wanted to cut just half an inch of my hair. But the owner/hairdresser mentioned that my hair is pretty damaged so I should cut a little more as I agreed to have very long layers and THATS IT. The hairdresser who cut my hair literally CHOPPED 4 INCHES blunt cut on both sides upto my shoulder. I didn’t want to be rude so I told them it looks off so owners were nice enough to fix it and blended it in. But I lost ALOT of hair, I didn’t feel that acknowledge the mistake of their hairdresser but kept saying it looks good to them maybe they didn’t want me to feel bad about the amount of hair I lost. The Color turned out fine but it wasn’t really the brown/look I wanted because it still looks more black than brown. I like it it’s fine because hair Color can turn out different on everyone but what was funny is that their hairdresser was like “it will show up more under sun” I mean I wouldn’t wanna run out in the sun to show my hair Color? Also, they mentioned that the reason the price Is that much because my hair is damaged and they’d add spa which wasn’t true because all they really did was added a mask while washing the hair.
Anyway I really wanted to go to this salon for my hair/beauty services in future as well and almost recommended it to my cousins too because the owners seemed very nice. I don’t think they realized how bad I felt about the haircut and offered me $10 off? I honestly cried because how bad the layers looked and how much hair I lost today. Thank you for your services but I don’t think I’d be coming again.

I found staff to not be very friendly. For some reason I had 4 different people working on my hair, which was confusing. I had to explain what kind of hair cut I wanted to 2 different people and it was not executed well. Looked nice when I left, but once I got home and styled as usual the cut was very uneven and not smooth. Overall, not very impressed for $130 service.

For years I have been looking for a place to call home for my hair. After many hits and misses and spending a lot of money on cuts and colours that I wasn’t happy with, I am delighted to have found Sunny! I absolutely love my colour and she was very patient and such a gem in helping me find exactly what I wanted and needed. Plus she was a pleasure to spend time with during the appointment - an absolute sweetheart. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend the Ombré salon and Sunny. Can’t wait to go back.

I got full face laser hair removal and eye brows threading for the first time one month ago, one month later I have very little hair growth. I'm so happy and extremely satisfied. I recommend this salon to everyone. They don't push you to get more and more services like some other places I've been too and really respect you as a client. I am not satisfied with the service, they are not friendly and not customer service oriented, only they focus on money. When I called them for booking appointment, they are very misleading and told different rate and product. I called for normal liquid keratin treatment and they used Botox treatment which they didn’t mentioned during booking. The way they used the product in front of me is very cheap and unprofessional;the product is almost finished in the bottle and they are keep on squeezing the bottle. I am not at all satisfied what I paid for…

We had an appointment on Sunday after lunch, we reached there on time. They made us wait 1 hour and they took people that were walk ins. We had to go somewhere but we were two hours late because they weren’t paying attention to us. The services they did were not good, they put really hot wax even thought I told the lady, this caused a reaction on my face. We come here every month but it was disappointing to see how they have changed.

I called them for a haircut appointment, even though they were fully booked, they offered me a time slot after their closing time. Sunny is great, respects your choice of not chopping your tresses extra in length. Both the owners are polite and you are greeted to a nice and clean space. Try this place, especially if you are new to calgary like me and hesitant about going to a new salon.

I dyed my hair by using boxed dyes and decided to have enough and actually go to a professional salon. I honestly thought that the results of my hair wouldn’t turn out good after constant diy dying and damaging my hair. Thankfully, Bobby and Sunny saved my hair and gave me a fabulous look! The place is clean and staff are very friendly. They still took me in even though I was late to both of my appointments. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a hair makeover!

The Manicure and Pedicure was simply amazing. Such great value for my money. Acchar s leg/foot massage was simply mind blowing. I loved every minute of it. Such wonderful people and atmosphere too. I definitely recommend it.
