Me and my family went for lunch. Food was really amazing and service was outstanding. Mohan and ruby took care of us very well. Mutton rolls, Soya curry and kouth is must try.

I heard this cafe sold sri lankan food and I have never tried the cusine before. Loved the homely vibe of the restuarant.tried the kottu beef and string hopper briyani and they were soo good! It was spicy but I could handle the heat. I ordered the fish patties and those were legit one of the best patties I have tried. The owner was so accomadating and friendly. I will come there again

This is the closest to good old home cooking I've had in Canada and their kothu is good. I Will be going back often.

This Sri Lankan food is on point! I moved from Toronto, so I’ve tried various Sri Lankan restaurants. On top of that, I am vegan. They made my vegetable kothu roti vegan and with very little oil. It came out to perfection. The flavours were perfectly balanced as well as the spice. Definitely my go to spot for Sri Lankan food. If Sri Lankan food is not your thing, they’ve also got many sandwiches, breakfast dishes, fries and burgers to choose from. Also, if you need some Sri Lankan staple food items, they have some products available for purchase.

The chicken briyani we bought was unique and extremely delicious. Satisfaction guaranteed.

The owner are the people cooking at the back kitchen so the taste don't change and quality maintain %.

Kottu has nice seasoning, spicy but flavourful. Roti and coconut sambal went well together and the fish patties were also good. Overall great value, and the Saturday pickup orders can be your meal prep for the week!

Had a chicken kottu for the first time here. Good portion and delicious. You can have Sri Lankan soft drinks too. Also have Sri Lankan goods to buy.

If you’re looking for authentic Sri Lankan food, you have found it. I have searched all over, for years, to find a place that can make Sri Lankan food the way my friends from Sri Lanka do. Omega has never disappointed. This place is a hidden gem. They put a lot of care into their cooking to ensure it is consistent and delicious every time. And the prices are very reasonable too!

Been here before but not for breakfast. Tasted good enough for the price but they charge for refills for coffee. I said no thanks. For an extra 10cents per cup cost to them they lost at least 2$. Not good business. Plus I had to pry an extra jam out of their hands as they only provide one and not even given a choice of jam as well. I guess everyone has to have strawberry whether they like it or not. From what I understand I’m not the only one who thinks they are cheap. I don’t mind paying a higher price if the service and quality are there. It was not. So I won’t. I don’t expect this place to be in business much longer with problems like this.

Wow what a meal! I had a spicy chicken sandwich and fries and it was amazing! The homemade soup my girlfriend had was delicious as well. I'll be back for more great food.

I have always had great customer satisfaction at Omega cafe. Its clean and very customer friendly. Dont need to say much about the food as the food at this cafe speaks about its taste and quality. Its taste and quality is excellent. Those of you who is out there trying to find Sri Lankan food, please visit Omega cafe or ask owner to add your number to his whatsapp group to get to know weekly specials. You wont be dissapointed. It has always been a great food experience for me.

Phenomenal breakfast burrito with sausage. Excellent vibes inside, very chill. The burrito was loaded with veggies, egg and sausage with a special sauce and incredible salsa to finish it off. Potato wedges on the side was a nice touch. Amazing food, rare find.

High quality ethnic food. Very creative presentation of Western food. Reasonably priced. Unique menus which change from week to week. Honest family run business.

When we think about celebrations, this one is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, Service was delightful and very professional. Quantity and quality are best.

A good place for authentic Sri Lanka food. Got food several times and did not cease to amaze anytime.

The breakfast special is so simple and every thing is done just right. Eggs are cooked perfectly to my liking, sausage and hashbrowns are crispy, but not burnt and they don’t skimp on the butter on the toast. Very glad to have stopped in this morning. They also play very nice ambient music. Probably more relaxed in here than I am in a spa.

This is a family run business that serves excellent food.and clean I have been eating /take out at this restaurant and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and I am a fan of their all their Srilankan dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I recently visited Omega Cafe, to purchase an advertised authentic Sri Lankan food sold, packaged in a Lunch Box. The package comprised of 8 delicious items in large quantities. The order on my arrival was neatly packaged and ready as promised. I have to state here that the quality and quantity of the Lunch Box was remarkably reasonable. Mohan is a certified Chef who has worked in reputable organizations such as in Fairmount, Banff and the University of Calgary, restaurant. I certainly will be placing orders again.

Amazing Sri Lankan food! Coming from Toronto, there wasn't any places in Calgary where you can get authentic Sri Lankan food and this place nails it!

Was delighted to find a Sri lankan take out place in Calgary. Terribly missed the food that was easily accessible in Toronto. After a conversation with Mohan, I ordered and picked up a variety of food. He delivered his promise " the food tastes home cooked". Indeed it was. I ate a couple of fresh rolls as soon as I got in my truck. I ordered a chicken lunch box for dinner, and idly sambar. Coming from a Tamil background I am quite picky about idly sambar. It was excellent. The rice box was great. I also ordered kothurotti for my freezer. My hubby said the fresh brewed coffee was very good.so overall a great experience Will certainly be back. I encourage everyone to try out this little gem.
