Omega Massage + Wellness

I always enjoy my visits to Omega, and my most recent is no exception. Luiza is an outstanding therapist and provided an exceptional massage.

Prenatal massage - Zero complaints! I wasn’t sure what to expect as most massage places have moved towards ‘mindfulness’ and use it as an excuse to provide poor service. I had a massage elsewhere 2 weeks ago and did not like it at all!
Usually the mindfulness people creep me out, this was not the case here! I truly enjoyed my prenatal massage with Sara (sorry if I talked too much haha!) and nothing was creepy or down talking or anything like that it was just good and normal! It was one of the few massages where I haven’t gotten up off the table and felt dizzy or stiff. I walked all the way home after and up 3 flights of stairs without hardly feeling tired or out of breath like usual!
The little baby enjoyed it too as she is still wiggling around happy and content (she didn’t move for hours after my other massage, neither of us enjoyed that one!)
If you are looking for a great welcoming place, give them a shot. I’ve got multiple appointments already booked as I enjoyed it that much and need to use up benefits.

Sara was amazing! Her energy and brightness and genuine warm inviting vibe and communication was incredible. Massage itself was also amazing! Comfortable and relaxing environment and you could feel how genuinely Sara cared about you and her practice in her touch. 5 stars all around!

Omega seems to have the most professional massage therapists who consistently do a great job. I have been to other massage places and eventually switched to only Omega as they were so great.

I got a TMJ massage from Lewis. My jaw has been bothering me for a while and his treatment helped a lot! It was an awesome experience and I felt a huge difference after just one treatment. Lewis is also super friendly and made me feel very comfortable! 10/10 would reccomend

Megan's massages are extremely productive yet relaxing. Her approach is easy to trust, and it's really cool to feel her technique change as my needs change. She also adds value by suggesting exercises from time to time to help address stubborn areas. Always have felt in good hands here, including from the intake appointment, and the online booking system is detailed yet simple to use (although you need to make an account to use it).

Excellent hot stone by an RVT (Sara) who not only exuded kindness and compassion but provided an amazing massage experience.

Sara was really amazing and great at listening to me and my body and what I needed. She made me feel so much better.

I was having severe neck pain and Luiza did an amazing job working out the knots. As she was working in my neck, I could feel the muscles loosening. I look forward to going to my next appointment.

Crystal is one of the best massage therapists I have tried at Omega. She is knowledgeable and knows what she was doing. She eased off the tension and strain in the neck and shoulder region and I felt great after the massage. Highly recommended and I will come back to Omega for more sessions. Thank you, Crystal.

Coming from Saltspring Island, where it seems there are 2 world-class healers for every citizen, I was blown away by Omega. The space itself is a calming sanctuary and my experiences there relax so much more than muscles. Often, with massage, the relaxation I feel during treatment wears off soon after but when I go to Omega I feel entire, lasting rejuvenation - muscles, nervous system, emotion, spirit. I've had Jolene and Mellisha, twice each. They have very different, but very complementary healing touches, and both intuitively knew what needed attention. Omega has expanded my understanding about the power and possibility of body work!
