I’d like to thank Thary and crew: Chanthoeun, Divina, Randy and Alex. They did a very thorough job of cleaning and putting our basement back together. I’d also like to thank everyone from the initial clean up crew, wall restoration, and floor restoration. You kept your word and our basement is almost complete 2 months from incident. Much appreciated.

We had an iron filter spring a major leak when we were out for the day. Water everywhere. Gary was here very quickly as were his clean up guys. They set up fans and dehydration equipment to dry the walls and floors. Since then it has been a steady stream of his workers and contractors getting the repairs done. They took care of all the communication with the insurance adjuster and got everything done. Excellent and professional all the way. We highly recommend them. Want it done quickly and correctly? Then call them!

I suffered a fire and from day one the On Side team, headed by Rob Pierce, were compassionate, professional and anticipatory. An incident like this calls for multiple teams of individuals to restore things which could be an added frustration. For me, each group was friendly, respectful and set about their duties with determined dispatch. Many thanks to Rob, Savanna, Riley, Hunter, Loralie, Janus, David, Marla and many others that worked on my house and lessened the trauma by their personal touch.

Thary and the other ladies that came to help pack up my home and clean before and after did far more than I ever anticipated. I would give them 20 stars. I couldn't be happier with their work. Cherryl and briegelyn.

Onside has done an excellent job looking after repairs after a dishwasher leak caused damage to our main floor and basement ceiling. Gary came out to assess the repairs and gave us an estimate of one month before all repairs were completed. He came through on his promise despite having to wait two weeks for the flooring to come in! The demo crew did an excellent job cleaning up affected areas in a timely fashion, they were very courteous and professional. The tradesman which completed the work in the basement was very talented and completed all steps of the repair to an exceptional standard. The flooring repairs were professionally done righ from the removal of the old flooring to the installation of the new flooring. Onsides carpenter and cleaning crew also pushed through to the end on a stat holiday making possible for us to have our family over for the holiday weekend. The carpenter returned the baseboards to a standard which matches that of when it was first built. The cleaning crew worked hard to make sure there was no trace of all the work that was done and put all our furniture right back to where it was as they documented when things were when it was originally packed up! One significant thing that was consistent for all onside crews was their care for the home during repairs making sure that the scope of their repairs didn’t spill out into the rest of the house. Work areas were taped and secured with poly ensuring dust was not a problem elsewhere, the carpet, railings and other floors were covered to make sure nothing was damaged. All crews were very skilled, professional and courteous at all times. Thank you Onside!

Professional staff that provided clear guidance and support throughout the process. I dealt with Norm and Jermey and they were fantastic!

I was very impressed with the team led by Thary Chhin on Jan 26th. Because my sewer had backed up they had to move everything from the area in the basement that was affected to one side of my basement that was carpeted. They protected the carpeted floor with plastic drop sheets as well as heavier drop mats. They packed up all my belongings in a very efficient manner. All my Christmas ornaments were individually wrapped and all the furniture that had to be moved was well protected from any damage. I had a great deal of storage boxes to be moved as well as cupboards full of various items. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

March 3rd the cleaning folks led by Thary worked on our home for the whole day. They did an excellent job, better than we ever expected. All were very friendly put our furniture back where it belonged etc.very impressed, thanks very much.

I had a sewage back up in my basement August 2022 reached out to insurance company that provided Onside Resoration to come out, assess my situation project manager, Jonathan Mills and his team were amazing from packing up my belongings to storing them away to fixing my basement and getting it back in a liveable manner. Any questions that needed to be answered got answered in a timely fashion. I appreciate all the hard work Jonathan’s team did and can’t thank them enough. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you again Jonathan and team for putting up with me these past few months very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend Onside Resoration to anyone in the future.
