Horrible experience with the old lady that works here. Called ahead to ask for ballroom shoes and Richard was very helpful on the phone.
However, once I got here I was met with an old lady who was very condescending and not helpful. Being new to dance and having some questions, no patience to answer any questions. Still don’t have any answers and had to ask another store to clarify. Acted like you were a nuisance to her.
Also gave me a damaged shoe to try on and said that was all they had. After calling her out on how awful the quality was did she mention some other shoes that were available. Essentially tried to sell me some damaged unwanted product. Can’t tell if she is racist or just miserable. Anyways what an awful experience.
