Pretty friendly staff, can drop off at any time of day and this location is same day pick up. Store is very organized and clean.

Simply not worth the time or gas money to drop clothes off anymore. They don't buy squat

My first time in this shop and WOW! So many fabulous children's items for awesome prices. Even though I knew it was all second hand, in the vast majority of items you could not tell. Raven, who handled my check-out was super friendly and helpful. This grandma is definitely going to spoil her grandchildren by shopping here.

It’s a bit of a drive from the closest once upon to my house, but the items, quality and organization of the store is worth it.

We found it a bit more expensive than other stores but much higher quality and variety. Very clean and organized. We love shopping here more than the other 2 locations. Parking is just in the front.

Excellent place to buy your little clothes toys pretty much anything kid. Aswell today was my first time selling my old kids clothes to them and as long as the clothes are in good condition and not what they are overflowing with they will take them. I will definitely be going back the staff is super friendly and helpful aswell

I've been to all OUC locations and this one is by far the best! The customer service is like no other at this location. This one is furthest from my house but definitely worth the trip!

A wonderful store! Their selection is awesome (I've even found things for myself among the teen clothes) and the staff always do their best to help you if you need it. I hardly ever buy my kids clothes anywhere else!

Lots of lovely gently used clothes. Be prepared to take your time finding the clothes that you want. A little tightly packed in the aisles but shopping carts are available. Staff is very sweet.

Wish I could rate zero stars.the staff members at this location are very mean, and if you have questions, you're basically on your own because nobody helps you with anything.a large portion of the clothes are pilled, faded, stained and some even have holes, yet they still put it out on the rack.
Edmonton locations are FAR superior, this place is a joke and the owner is horrible!

Store is very clean and has a great selection of quality, clean, and stylish clothes and toys. I only looked at the clothes while I was here and picked up four new sleepers for our little one.

Love this store! SO many great items at really reasonable prices! I also love the new points program so I don't have to keep track of the little stamp cards. They were great at converting all my stamps into the new points program. Thanks! Great job!

You or whom ever you know that has a child needs to go here. Kids grow fast and don't need the latest trends why buy new when you can buy something clean and still pretty new here? There are shoes, costs, and toys. Bring a bag for a discount. You can even sell back clothes you have.

Came here with three average bagz but they will only take one small one have to pack back into my tiny car place is a joke this year lol

They had a pretty good sale on today, usually always good prices. -1 star for having an extremely difficult time going through the aisles with the stroller (tons of stuff on the floor, in the aisles, narrow in general)

I was excited to get some deals but I did find things to be pricey. $90-$100 for a bassinet that is scratched up is kind of a joke. Sleepers were $5 each so I got a couple but I still feel that’s a bit much when carters often has them on sale for a similar price new. Felt super cramped in the store, had to ask to see every swing or playmat. I felt as if I was a bother. Don’t think I’ll be back, I couldn’t imagine trying to get a stroller through there.

I have purchased clothed clothes of excellent quality, educational toys a d a sponge chair for an, 18 month old child. His mom and dad loved everything.

A fairly mid sized ranged store for babies, infants and toddlers things. They sell quite new and fairly new children clothings and things. The staffs were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Will surely visit again. Just that they do not sell fairly used toddler car seats that I also needed when I visited the store.

Great service, good pricing for taking in bulk clothing. If your expecting to get face value for your clothes good luck, nobody buys used clothes for face value.

Sherwood Park location always has great selection and friendly, informative staff. Despite the ridiculous amount of stock they carry, it never looks junky or cluttered. Well done.

Pretty decent selection. Clean. The cloths and shoes aren't always cheap cheap, but not bad. And ya know, reducing carbon footprint a bit.

Always have good finds, most especially branded clothes and toys that doesn't need to break the bank account. Very accommodating and nice staffs. Love the clothing choices & the different promotions.

The only place you should shop for children's clothes. Great selection from birth to pre-teen. All fairly modern clothes, with still a selection during sales. Toys, winter gear, swim suits, baby items you name it this is your one stop shop for gently used or new items for your child (ren)

I don't care how well off you are or how poor. This store is a must for a family with a child.
Kids don't stay in clothes for long so why pay new prices?
You get gently used clothes at bargain prices.
There reward scheme is not just a scam to get your email.
When your done with your clothes return them in good condition and get paid for them.
Such a great idea and a benefit to any family.

Great selection! Washroom available. Only complaint is the aisles are a touch too tight for those with strollers, aside from that great service and selection
