Once Upon A Child

Most of the time the staff are able to greet promptly when dropping off to consign. Can drop off at any time of day and pick up the next day or same day. They have lots of stock to choose from. We always find what we need when we go to look for something specific.
Would recommend.

My daughter took me here so we can shop for my beautiful grand daughter. This was my first time. The clothing is just beautiful, so fun & very well kept.oh my goodness the choices! I have to always remind myself that they grow out of them so don’t overdo it nanny lol Let me tell ya, I could’ve spent all day there. I’m sure people were hearing me talking to myself about how cute this was and that was and awe look at this.lol What fun! I’ll be back to shop for my other little grand babes very soon.
At check out, the staff were great, attentive, was appreciative they took the time to even explain some things to me that a first timer wouldn’t know. Although these great folks are very busy, maybe even overtired, they made it flow with grace. We will surely be back soon

I enjoy buying and selling here but it would do wonders if the owners vacuumed the floors on a regular basis, even weekly. The amount of dirt and dust bunnies accumulating here is shocking.

This Once Upon a Child is great! The staff are friendly and down to earth. They have a great selection in the sizes that my kiddos are in. Their buy counter always pays the best, and I love the fact that you have 24hrs to pick up your bin, it makes it much easier to pick up.

I was sceptical to come to this location based on the reviews but the reviews were correct. This location is dirty, unorganized and overpriced. Aisles are so small only one person and a cart can fit. Random placement of storage containers with items, just a messy, dirty and overpriced store. Will not be back.
