I brought in a big bin of 4 year old clothes. Your staff, Heidi, sorted it quickly and had it back to me before I was done shopping. I was happy with my refund, and will bring more of my kids stuff here!

I had an excellent experience at OUAC, specifically Heidi was very helpful. She willingly came to helped me find a snowsuit for my niece. Give this women a raise!

Always such great customer service here! Each time I go in I feel welcomed and there is always someone available to help. I was in last week and was helped by Katrina - she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Another time, I think her name was Pam, helped me when I was looking for a size - she was also kind and knowledgeable. Great staff!

Absolutely love it there! The place is well organized and the people are so helpful. I got the best service the other day from a lovely gal named Katrina. She was so sweet and understanding, knew just what I was looking for and didn’t try to push any additional products. I will be back!

Update from their response. As you can read, nothing was addressed but the pricing, which, again, I said it was to be expected. What about the "once upon a child" gift card that you refused to honor? What about the rude way your staff treated customers, and from the reviews, it is apparent that I'm not the only one who had issues being treated badly. Rather than be defensive, wouldn't it be advisable to look at the reviews and deal with the issues your customers are having? Also, how long has your bathroom been under construction? I spoke to a few of our friends, in GP, who said they were treated the same way. I guess a contact to head office is in order.

We were visiting from Calgary, and were so excited to see a Once Upon a Child here in Grande Prairie. We went in excited.they have a lot of stuff, a little more expensive than Calgary, but that's to be expected. We walked around for a bit, loading up our bags.and of course I had to go to the washroom, so I asked if I could use theirs. No, you have to go across the parking lot to the car wash. OK.so I go across the parking lot.and back.then, in the store, the ladies decided to follow us around. OK.then while purchasing 225.00 worth of stuff, I hand them a "once upon a child" gift card that they refused to honor (they said they don't accept them). What? Honestly, maybe I didn't look my normal self, but I have been traveling.and felt very uncomfortable with the whole process. Sad really!

Awesome store. Service is always good. They go through your drop offs quick, usually by the time you're done shopping.

Amazing store! They always have the cutest things with great prices! The ladies are amazing to deal with and returns are so simple! I will always recommend this store to friends!

Wonderful inventory and fair pricing. The customer service needs some work though. I have been shopping here for years, and have yet to have a pleasant encounter with any staff member. They're often rude and don't acknowledge when you're there. It's quite off-putting, awkard and uncomfortable.

Such a great place to save your money! Seriously. Despite the crowded atmosphere, this little hidden gem is an incredible place jam packed with “gently used” kid’s clothing and accessories.

As needed, take your gently used kid’s items to Once Upon A Child and earn some extra cash or store credit.

Will definitely be going anytime I am in GP!

The skinny blonde lady that works here is so incredibley rude. I was sent away for the first time today because my stuff was in bags the lady at the counter told me to come back with he stuff in boxes, she said diaper boxes were fine if I have those. I come back with 4 diaper boxes (they're tiny boxes, the ones that fit 2 bags of diapers in them) and she tells me I have too many boxes and she will only take 2 of them. She then proceeded to tell me it was my own fault because I should have read the sign on the door and it has been this way since they re-opened so I should know that. Worst customer service I've ever received. I drove across town twice today for literally nothing. I have 70$ worth of credits at this place which I'm never going to use because I'm literally never coming back here.

Such a great spot. We learned about the tote deal today! 5 pairs of pjs for $15 if you have their tote. Very great deals!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great selection of clothes and being there during a clearance sale and bodysuit sale doesn't hurt either! Great deals all around and seemed to be getting lots of new inventory regularly.

We bought lots of things at this place and we spent just a few amounts of money. Lots of products with good quality and, at the time we went there, there was a big promotion, and we had a considerable discount on the final price. I definitely recommend this place and I will certainly go back there.
