I’m totally amazed at the service and level of skilled work done on my IPad. It was a total goner! And the IPad was brought back to life and has years of life ahead. Jeff was professional and very honest on what he thought could be done. Didn’t look good! Poor thing! I would highly recommend One Byte for work on Apple products.

Had my iPad repaired and while being repaired there was an incident which prevented the iPad from now turning on. One Bite was excellent and replaced the iPad at no extra cost. Great that they took responsibility and made sure I still had an iPad. Definitely would return for any future repairs

This was my second dealings with staff at One Bite Technology. My first experience was meeting Jeff at the Trade Show in St. Albert. I asked many questions and he was able to answer them. He made me feel at ease as well. He gave me a verbal quote at the trade show as well. When I took my laptop in for servicing they said it would cost me considerable more than Jeff had quoted. I questioned this and they verified that their prices had just gone up but would honour the quote Jeff had provided. My laptop appears to be working faster than it did before. I would definite take the laptop in again if need be and would recommend them to my family and friends. All of the staff were very personable as well.

Older Windows laptop needed a fresh install of Windows. Staff was knowledgeable and work completed in less time than originally quoted which was appreciated. And the laptop is running perfect so all the updates and drivers were properly installed. Thanks.

Jeff is a rare breed of business owner and a top-notch person. Not only did he repair my laptop's battery at a VERY fair price and quickly, but he went way beyond the call of duty to help me. I am disabled and in order to drop it off, etc. I needed to find someone to take me. I mentioned this to Jeff and he went out of his way to make this a non-issue, easy and convenient for me. It may not seem like a big deal to others, but for me it was a game-changer. His work was fantastic, but his person skills.his willingness to help me was way, WAY beyond anyone's expectation, especially mine. No one has ever gone to the extent that he did to make things easy for me. My family, me and anyone who asks will get One Bite Technology's name as the best place in town.

Okay this review is like a year late, but i'm posting it now because I mention Jeff's name in conversation at least once a month, trying to send people who have computer issues to him. He really saved my computer- when the apple store said it was gong to be an $800 fix or more, and he fixed it for LESS THAN HALF of that. Ive been so angry with apple for the past years with their customer service, and I've been trying to find a replacement so I never have to go to them again SO I 10000% support this business and am SHOOK at how professional, how affordable, efficient and reliable Jeff's services were. I'm so happy I found one bite technology! It'll be my go-to for life.

Easy access to him. I could drop it off right away and pick it up in 45 minutes.
I got him to replace my screen and later a battery and he replaced the main button
because it was kinda loose and didn’t change me for the button. Their prices are the best around and my phone never looked or worked better.

So grateful to have come across One Bite Technology! Jeff has proven to be super trustworthy and honest through a few transactions with me. His prices are reasonable and he gets the job done amazingly fast! The drop off/pick up process is easy and straight forward. I really appreciated my phone being wrapped in bubble wrap with the invoice neatly around it when I picked it up. Not only will I be returning for any further repairs I may need, but I will also be referring my friends and family who also exclusively use Apple products.

Excellent all around. Bought my refurbished MacBook Air from Jeff 4 years ago. Still works perfectly. He has fixed two small issues and just recently replaced my battery within 12 hours of my form being sent in for needing repairs. Cannot recommend his work enough.

I called for a quote to fix my MacBook Pro. They were able to give me a quote over the phone. Took my laptop in and they finished it quickly. Customer service was great and the staff was extremely knowledgeable.

My old MacBook needed an upgrade, so I booked an appointment for later that week, dropped my computer off, and had it back good as new within 24 hours. Jeff was great to work with, the price was reasonable, and I really appreciated the contactless drop-off and pick-up. Would definitely recommend.

My MacBook Air suddenly stopped charging this year and I reached out to Jeff from One Bite Technology for some insight. He was very response with suggestions on how to test the battery and these tests revealed that the battery itself was in good health. I set up a time to hand in my laptop and he was able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a faulty piece of hardware within 1-2 hours! My MacBook is now charging perfectly and is currently sitting at 100%.

Super professional, responsive and a convenient drop off/pick up process. Highly recommend this company and I will definitely be going with One Bite Technology again for service or support issues with my Apple products!

Jeff did an amazing job of fixing my MacBook Pro. I am not the most gentle with my technology and I brought it over there in mediocre condition. Not only did he quote me a very fair price, he fixed it overnight and did a few extra things that he did not charge me for. He also has conttactless drop off and pick up which is also fantastic. I would 100% recommend and go back with any other issues. Thank you Jeff!
