I Went walk in. They open 10 on sunday and i was there 10.01 only 1 person infront of me. They said.walkin is already full.dnt even bother to go there. Waste of time.

They open at 8: AM, i walked in at 8: 20 amd they said they were fully booked for today. I dont understand and there was only 3 people in the waiting room. My advise dont even botter

This place is good, need to balance out the negative. Doctors are great and staff have always been helpful. Definitely recommend.

Ive been coming to this clinic my whole life. All the staff and doctors are wonderful. The doctors make you feel confident that youre getting the best care possible when you visit.

Called once, full on walk ins and can’t book an appt. I decided Show up the next day as a walk in, with an empty waiting room, I was once again denied an appt or walk in.

Disappointing. We attended today with a 10mo with a wet chest, fever and cough and we’re sent away. When asked where else we could go the receptionist said she didn’t know she was knew to Airdrie. I was once a newcomer to Canada and work in healthcare and learnt my resources. I’d say as front of desk too it’s part of the JD to educate yourself on this front.
What happened to the days of walk ins being triaged too?

I was a first time patient today and was very satisfied with the experience. I was able to get a walk in slot and see Dr. McSorley who was very nice. He took additional time to check drug information to get me the best option and I really appreciated it. The office staff here were also very friendly and efficient. I won't hesitate to return.

Here to balance out the negative. I've been going here for my entire life and with my medical truama. I feel safer here then a walk in or urgent care. They listen to you very well here and I don't ever leave here feeling like I got dismissed for having anxiety. The always busy and on hold is something they really need to improve on. But thier doctors are all kind and I have no problem with any of them especially my family doctor. If there is serious concern they make time for you.

I have been lucky enough to get Dr Luykenaar in this office! He is an amazing doctor who actually listens to you. The staff is lovely and anyone who has covered him has been good as well. In a time where doctors are hard to find I am grateful I come here.

Easily the best medical establishment I've ever gone to. Even when I move to Calgary I plan to keep seeing Dr. Luykenaar as he is an outstanding doctor and human being. He takes time to explain what he talks about and is very caring.

I love this clinic. I have been with Dr. Luykenaar since 2019 and I feel very lucky. Not only is my doctor amazing, but so are the other doctors who have filled in for him when I've needed to go for an emergency. The clinic is open 7 days at week. The staff is very busy like all the clinics, but they do a good job.

We brought our 1.5 year old grand-daughter in for a throat infection.denied, because grandma isn't vxd. When we got into another clinic, we told them what had happened, and their reply was " What? They're still doing that? " Absolute b.s. Won't ever go there again. Noticed a previous review about people who aren't vax being whiners and that this is a privately owned clinic.well pretty sure they bill ahs and alberta govt.for our visits, so I've been paying their wages.

This clinic is filled with compassionate Doctors and staff. Yes, sometime you have to wait on hold, however it is always worth the wait. I have been going to this clinic for years and have been supported through many health situations for both my husband and myself. I can not say enough good things about One Health Associate Medical. When you need them they are always there for you.

As mentioned in other reviews, I was completely disgusted when I was out-rightly refused into this clinic for not having proof of double vaccination. For a medical clinic to refuse basic health care to anyone, but especially for not having an experimental vaccine that is continually proving to have waning efficacy is completely immoral and unethical. Nobody should be denied access to basic health care, no matter what their vaccination status, state of general health, etc.is. This clinic needs to do better. This is absolutely not ok.

I was very poorly treated by rude medical staff and was denied my appointment because I didn't want to disclose my covid vaccine status. This is a grave violation to deny medical care to a person that needs it, and this is clear discrimination. I am disgusted by this situation and the staff's behavior.
If you are looking for a medical care, I strongly advise not to choose this clinic.

I have been going here for years and I am so heartbroken that I will not be seen by my doctor without a vaccine or negative test. So disgusted that I am being denied medical care by doctors who have obviously forgotten the oath they have taken. If they are all double vaxxed AND masked……why are they so scared of the unvaccinated? A lot of people are now reporting this “business” to the college of physicians and I will have to agree with them.
Lots of negative reviews on them due to their segregation of patients. I hate to see this clinic being sued and closed but if they refuse to give medical services based on a trial vaccine it’s probably for the best!

Requires double vaccination or 48 hour covid test. We had a covid test done but they had no walk in spots the days we needed. Told us to come back but did not inform us of this rule. Now we have two sick people who are covid negative without the antibiotics we need. A hospital would not require double vaccination. Discrimination at its finest.

Disgusting. I have a 2 year old saying his ear hurts and they refuse to see him without getting a covid test. Absolutely sickening that a doctor will turn away a toddler like that. Staff is rude. Are their no other infections to treat anymore? Are you not all double vaxed and wearing your masks? Are you not protected to take a look into a child's ears and throat.
Seems to be a lot of similar comments on here. Perhaps your office should see that there's a serious problem. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and commitment to treating patients.

Refusing care based on vaccine status is disturbing to me, it is creating a divided society which benefits no one. This is how the Kenney government will begin the transition to privatized Healthcare so if that's what you're after continue to support policies like this.

" Probably doesn't sound familiar since y'all seem to have forgotten but that is an excerpt from the original Greek Hippocratic oath. By turning away patients based on vaccine status you are breaking that oath as vaccinated or not you can still be a carrier of covid 19!

Never thought I would ever be denied medical services and basic human rights to Healthcare in this country. Today was a very sad day to be turned away by the doctor that I've been going to since I was a child for over 20 years. Today is the day I am ashamed of the system that served me. I have never felt this helpless. Just down right morally sad

I got Dr. Jennifer Wellman at the urgent care, this Dr. Is amazing, her knowledge far exceefs other Doctors, my previous goof placed me on opioid patches, after 3 months I was huhulucinating, Dr Jennifer gave me a lotion that works beautiful, love you Dr. Jennifer

They refused to see my daughter because of our vaccination status! Never thought we could be refused medical treatment in Canada!

Reception is just rude, I understand they are busy but if you are in the role of customer service rudeness is never accepted.

I've been going here for years to see Dr. De Waal and Dr. Wellman and I just want to clarify that they both were amazing and caring people.

However, I am forced to move elsewhere because they now refuse to see patients (even those who have been with them for 7 years) unless they are double vaccinated. This, in my humble opinion, is an affront to the what the morals of being a healthcare provider entails (especially when there are many other clinics who are still welcoming the unvaccinated). I am unsure who is responsible for making this decision on behalf of the clinic, but needless to say I am deeply saddened.

Additionally, the front staff are extremely rude. I understand that working with the public can be very stressful (especially in these times), but I think extra care should always be taken in the medical profession to be patient and kind. Folks are dealing with potentially some scary medical issues and a some gracefullness goes a very long way. Hanging up on people, glaring and talking down to them isn't very professional nor productive.

I just called 20 minutes ago. My first call, I was right away put on hold. Waited for almost 10mins on the line, I can hear someone lift the phone then literally just hanged up on me. Before I call this clinic I have read all the reviews and yes it is very true that they're hanging up after waited for few minutes. Then I have tried to call them back, dialed 5 times before I get in the line and HER spiel was "can I put you on hold? " And then I told her "you already put me on hold for 10mins then hanged up on me and now you gonna do it again? " She then said "oh I apologized blah blah. " I maybe sounded a mean person by telling her that, but putting a caller on hold on the other line for 10mins and hanged up is RUDE. You know what? I am looking forward to be your new patient, but I would rather go somewhere else then.

Honestly I liked my family doctor… she’s good with my kids and with me. BUT now I am disgusted by this clinic. They are now REFUSING to see anyone who isn’t double vaccinated. My 5 month old daughter cannot get her checkup because I didn’t want to get vaccinated while breastfeeding. They should be supporting pro choice with this vaccine, not refusing care to their patients. They took an oath, one they broke. I am sad to be apart of a world where because I didn’t want to inject something into my body I can no longer see a doctor.
