The staff here are great, and they have a ton of selection. And if you are so inclined they have a big selection of papers and pipes and such.

If your looking for knowledgeable staff and a large assortment of vaporizer products, this is the place.

Very clean, knowledgeable staff. I think the guys name is Brian he helps with finding me new flavors! He has always been very helpful everytime I have come to the shop. I have been a customer for a few years now. Even through the entire pandemic. They have their customers safety as a priority. I would definitely refer others to this location. Lots of friends and family are already customers and they do agree that it is great having staff very knowledgeable and they help with flavors and all that.

Got a vivant dab box pro, doesn't have enough heat to vapourize the product with any coil or setting. So I go to the shop to return it, im told to come back the next day, so I return again. I get a replacement unit And it does the exact same thing, doesn't produce enough heat to atomize the product. So now I'm out $135 and left with a defective product.

I went in there thinking I needed a new mod since mine didn’t work. I wasn’t even thinking about fixing my old one but the gentleman showed me what was wrong, told me what to do. Educated me about charging my batteries and talked to me about coils. I walked out with a working mod, spending nothing and was the best experience ever. Definitely recommend this store if you are looking for somewhere to shop. I would say even worth the drive for me since I don’t live close.

My friend and I Started vaping after quitting smoking. Went in just to get some vape juice for a cheap vape you can buy from the corner store. Went in there not knowing a thing about anything. With all the knowledge they gave us we decided to go back next day and buy a good vape. They were open and honest about which ones were best and which ones to avoid. I found the prices were not bad at all. Highly recommend them if your new to vaping or you just want to learn about it.

After the way I was treated by Brian, all I want to know is WHERE DO I MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT.

By far the best customer service I have ever received at a vape store or probably any store. Brian and the other gentleman (sorry, didn't get a name) went above and beyond my expectations to help me with issue I had from a different store. I don't write many reviews but these guys are beyond awesome! 5 stars does not do justice for how friendly, caring and great that their customer service is.

Excellent service, knowledgable, great prices, and open on labor day. Will be making this my main stop for sure.thank u so much for all your help, one more loyal customer has been added as of today.

Extremely limited selection, 10% price increase compared to any other store, and when we asked questions about the price the response we got was CONDESCENDING AND RUDE! Trust me save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.

About 3 weeks ago I bought a G-priv baby along with extra battery and battery charger for about $ 170ish from Natasha who provided a good customer service that made me come back to grab some more juice when my bottle was over even though I had a shop that's closer to me. She also provided a good customer service when I addressed a little bit of a concern. However, When I went there for the third time, there was Natasha along with an ARROGANT, RUDE DISRESPECTFUL and seemed HIGH ON WEED while at work. That guy had the MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WOULD EVER COME ACROSS.absolutely not going there again unless there is an issue with my mod.

Terrible customer service, the employee was rude, and selection of juice is very minimal, the juice I got was good but I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that ACTUALLY knows anything about vaping.

UPDATE, I'll give ya one more star cuz you were nicer this time than before. U got twelve monkeys now which is good just grabbed managbeys, only thing is didnt let me re wick my vape, if I'm gonna be a consistent client I need to be able to re wick my vape!

Went in to day. Service was good but asked for a e juice and got a completely different flavor then what I asked for. And the ejuice tasted absolutley horrible. It was really nasty tasting like it was cough syrup mixed with something else. Not the shops fault but I did ask for something and didnt get what I asked for
