Serge was very professional right from our first conversation. He explained everything very clearly initially & when he arrived. Prices were competitive with other bigger companies but with Serge you get an individual who cares about the work he does. Very polite & friendly. Hard working & he did a fabulous job! My carpets looked so much better. Great experience overall I would highly recommend.
