Disappointed how bad the service and quality of food has gotten. Ordered ginger beef and got 5 small pieces of beef not worth the price, better off going into Edmonton for my noodZ

Disgusting! Watched the girl handle my payment
and then grab my food and throw it in the fryer with her bare hands. No gloves no nothing. Told her how unsanitary that is and I’m disgusted. Will never be back to this location. Do better! Especially when we are watching

Friend got food poisoning from gluten free option. Incredibly dissatisfied and disgusted. Everything tasted old and flavorless. Wonton soup had 2 wontons.

Probably the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had. No flavour- basically steamed veggies and bland noodles. No peanut topping.
Website is out of date for hours (says store is closed, but it is open.
Asked for fresh salad rolls and they are out (not as big of a deal.)

Food was amazing. The service was perfect and the guy that was helping us was very freindly and accomidating. 10/10

The staff is friendly and helpful. They'll answer any questions you have about the menu. I order from this location at least once a month, and I love it. The cost is obviously more per person than other fast food places; however, you receive so much and it can honestly last two meals.
Random comment, but sometimes my boxes are short and wide, and others are the tall and skinny ones. I don't know why they change every time I go, but I much prefer the short/wide ones.

Would have been great except our delivery driver was changed twice after ordering. We waited more than an hour but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. What is their fault is when the restaurant called us, yelling at us that the order has been sitting around waiting for almost an hour. After I explained the issue, he proceeded to yell at me insisting that customers give him bad reviews all the time when the food is cold on delivery. I’m not exactly sure why he was angry with us since we are not responsible for the pickup but the man continued to yell, eventually swore at us and hung up. We immediately canceled our $70 order. We were never intending on blaming the restaurant for the food being cold, as this was clearly outside of their control. The oven was on in preparation to reheat upon arrival. But the unacceptable behaviour of the staff member who called to yell at us was uncalled for and unprofessional. We order in every Friday night and they will never get our business again. It’s a shame, we were looking forward to the dessert rolls.

Service was slow, food tasted off. This place used to be great. Sad to see it go so south.
