OPA! of Greece Peigan & Barlow

I visited first time and try opa platter. Food and service is too good. Staff is too friendly.

I love that place atmosphere and customer service. All staff are very friendly. I ordered veggie wrap with fries. The taste of wrap is very good. I highly recommend all people to visit here to taste delicious and fresh greek food.

Had the calamari. It was very crispy but bland in flavor. We can discuss anything you like here.

I visited to this restaurant couple of times and I must say the food quality was excellent and the staff working there is really co-operative. Simran and Guri was there and i really appreciate both of them.

Watched them touch raw meat either tongs, then kept touching all the cooked food with the tongs that were touched with raw chicken. When we confronted the girl working, her name was Guri, she rolled her eyes and got super defensive. She also had air pods in and was not wanting to deal with the situation. She kept making our meal and we said no we don’t want the ones that touched all the RAW chicken. They eventually made new ones but was not happy about it.
Watch at this location about them using tongs with raw food then them using it on cooked food, this is a big health hazard and they obviously don’t take food safety into consideration here.

Food was on par with other opa quality, but do not use the bathroom here. There was a leak in the bathroom, it was dirty, and there were no paper towels. Kind of concerning given that's the bathroom I'm sure the staff use.

Excellent customer service.
My favorite Opa restaurant I have ever been to, I always grab my lunch from this location & there food is always great. They are very busy at noon but they remember my order and prepare very quickly.
My favorite item is Calamari and Caesar salad.
I highly recommend this location.

We did a catering at my office building and all the staff liked the food very much. 10/10 would recommend any time. The staff at the store were amazing aswell!

I would give this place a 0 if I could … the staff is very rude and do not speak English very good …. The food alway taste burnt from the grill …. Missing two potatoes, the olives are old and I pay for extra bread and they hate giving it giving it to you ….
The chicken is also very old and taste bad …
Maybe it’s time for new owners and staff …

Pretty hit or miss here. Seems understaffed and the staff members here often appear to have difficulty handling everything on their plates. Pun intended.

Management should really help out their employees here more.

Calamari was better than expect. Good size portions. Food was fresh. Place was clean. No spanikotica on hand.

It is one of the best restaurant I have visited. Their wraps are very tasty.
Moreover, their service is very quick and staff is very friendly.
Employees always have smile on their face and never get irritated.

Really tasty food. Nav gave a very good customer service as it was my first time at OPA and i had no idea about the menu items. She gave very honest suggestions to me in choosing my meal.

Just ordered food from this location online and food was great by far the best in the area thank you!

This restaurant is disgusting and clearly violating health and safety standards. The bathrooms were filthy and improperly marked as unusable. When I attempted to wash my hands I was yelled at by one of the employees even though there was no proper signage. I would strongly recommend that nobody frequent or patron this establishment. Absolutely disgusting so disappointing Opa should remove them from the brand!

Update: The response from owner was followed for which I received an email completely out of touch with the issue mentioned above. They couldn’t even muster proper grammar while clearly indicating they do not intend to do anything about their washroom and unsanitary conditions. No mention to the issue at all. Wish I could add the screen cap of this terrible display of customer service.

What a waste of my time on top of my horrible experience at this “OPA”

I ordered 3 meals 3 weeks ago and the gyro was like beef jerky. We contacted opa customer support and they wanted to refund our food because they were getting alot of complaints from there. I ordered 5 meals on skip the dishes today thinking it was a different opa. I processed the order and I seen it was this location, I called 1 minute later the location and told the lady I did not want to order due to the food not being right and she agreed. I couldn't cancel it through skip so I sent in a complaint and skip called me that the order was done and on the way. The meal was edible but great customer service. I wont be ordering from here again.

Best OPA location I have ever visited. Great service and also food was delicious. All the employees are very friendly to their customers. Moreover, the restaurant is cleaned and neat.
Recommend everyone to Visit this location.

Terrible service. There’s one person working, and she was incredibly slow. Had a full line, including 4 skip drivers. Terrible time management, only dealing with one order at a time. Two meals that simply go in the deep fryer took about 15-20 minutes. Definitely not “fast food”. She was also quite rude, not friendly at all.

Worst restaurant ever I have visited in my life. I visited 2 days ago at this place and there was an ambulance in front of it. May be one of the employees was sick. There was a brown haired lady who seemed to be confused and did not put any efforts towards that sick employee and was in rush making her orders. It seemed to be the end of humanity. I ordered my food and there was no worries on her face towards that employee. To be honest, after the sickness of an employee, the store must be closed but the store was open. The employees who was working at that time must inform their owner but they are preparing the orders. What a shame on the owner of the restaurant.
I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Best fries around. And they pair excellently with a TRIPLE Filet O Fish from McDonald's. You're going to want the triple, because they give you a ton of fries at OPA! Tzatziki sauce works well with fish. Delicious.

$25 dollars for two meals, service has been better andso have the size of meat portions on the wraps. Will not be back to this location. Not worth the money.

Young man has no customer service instinct, ignores walk-in, won't make eye contact, avoids talking, easily overwhelmed by nothing in particular, so I left with my money and not returning

Waited in the queue for almost 15 minutes (three customers in front of me) while the fellow behind the counter did each individual order one at a time. Once it was my turn I was informed that they were out of calamari! I don't think that's the most popular item on the menu so extremely disappointed. Used to be my go-to but the ice is thin for this location.

Good menu & clean fast food place, but I miss Greek flavor in food there. For example they don't add olive oil salads!? Falafel is good option but its not original a greek food.

I only come to this opa and no others, their food quality is very fresh and kammy the girl who works there makes some of the best chicken wraps I've taste! She will also make you leave satisfied with not just the food but customer service aswell A+

I live in the Dover community and grab my supper while coming back from work. Highly recommend this place for Greek food. Keep it up.

I normally go to this store as it is closest to my home. Last week, I encountered Kammy who prepared my orders. Unlike previous servers, she cares on how food is prepared and presented. She was also personable. It was a great experience!

It's not very often that I enter a smiling and leave smiling more and laughing. The one beautiful girl she served me were so nice, smiling and just awesome! Customer service that is respectful is so hard to come by. The food was awesome too. Well done!

I wouldn't go back. Stopped in for Lunch. Took them pretty much my whole break to make my food. The location up in Falconridge is muuuuch better.

Prices are just stupid, go to Subway next door you get way more food at Subway. If you do eat here they charge extra for tziki sauce, the place could use a scrub down as well.

We walked in 10 minutes before close. In our defense we didnr realize it was that close. The ladies were very friendly and made our orders without even a second thought. While our order was finishing a couple walked in at 6: 59 1 minute before closing. Again the ladies were so friendly. No dirty looks or comments just helped the customers. This doesn't happen often anymore and Thanks ladies

Avoid this place if possible. People who work there cannot even make a salad properly. Food was thrown in container, bread looked like someone already chewed it. Not worth the price. Will never return to this location.

I’m not sure what this deal is with this location? They cannot seem to EVER get an order right. I love Opa, but every time I order from this location, it is ALWAYS wrong. Missing items, missing toppings, etc.they treat the tzatziki like it’s made of gold, even if you pay extra for a large side.if you even get it. The one woman who works here is beyond rude and gets mad when you tell her what toppings you want. It is very dirty and grimy inside - tables always dirty and garbages over flowing. Always a disappointment at this location! Spend a couple extra minutes and go to the Opa location in Easthills. Trust me.

Greek food fast. This location is close to where we live so convenience earns points for it. The food is okay, nothing to write home about but it fills the stomach more pleasantly than traditional fast food. I also think most of their items are good value for your money. I'd give them 4 stars but they always seem to take a little longer than you'd expect to prepare the food. Their Greek potatoes are also a little weird and half cooked. But with a souvlaki meal having rice, bread and salad too, I can look past one weird, sad looking potato.

This place gave me food poisoning, I got off work heading back to the shop and I hadn't ate anything prior to this so I know for sure that it was was from this place.

About 3 hours after eating my chicken wrap and fries I felt nausea and soon after I was violently sick holding a garbage can and stuck on the toilet all night. Needless to say this places food safety practices are sub Par at best and should be subject to inspection.

Avoid eating here if you can.

I am very happy that I went here earlier today! Everyone here is so nice and friendly it makes me not want to ever leave. The food made my mouth water! It was great! I am coming here again and that's a fact.
