Wow. I am truly out of words to describe the service these amazing people offer. Jihad is so compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. I will recommend this store to anyone that I know, and I will be shopping here in the future again. A sincere 5/5 experience.

Puchased a tv here recently. The staff is very nice and helpful. We came in with a tv in mind, however it wasn't in stock. The employee was who helped us was more than knowledgeable about suggesting similar tv's of similar quality and price. Would definitely come back here again to purchase future electronics.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Better to go to flex or any other refurbished/open box. The guy working at 4: 30 pm on Jan 14 2023 had the most horrible attitude ever. I’ve bought a MacBook, a Mac desktop and a nespresso here before and I will never ever return

Ive only dealth with Ahmad & Jihad and they have been nothing but kind and helpful super friendly, amazing salesmen ship and very HONEST everytime I buy a new phone I come here and it's worth it every time.

Picked up a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE yesterday at the Sunridge location. Had researched this model both in big box stores and online. Open Box price was by far the best. Jay was on top of answering my questions and put in the effort to search online for extras that are not carried in store. He was great to deal with and the other staff present were very friendly. There was no up-sell pressure which I appreciate. Thanks

I had 3 computer all that were not working, I have in previous occasions taken them into a major big box store and left repeatedly with the same issue not being resolved, I was told by a friend to try open box, Jose from the sunridge location was amazing, not only did he listen to what I was experiencing he was able to get our surface tablet up and running even though we were experiencing a black screen. We are so very appreciative of the service we received from the sunridge team. Thank you

These guys are really bad. We bought a laptop and Samsung A71. They told us to come and pick on Monday 4: 00pm. We went at 5 pm but the laptop wasn’t ready and installed any of the applications. After waiting 20 min he brought and we asked him for our phone. He again told us to wait more and brought a phone which is not what we paid for it. We said no we want what we bought. He then became angry. He said he is returning our money but told us not to come his store again. Because we are not allowed him to scam us. Be careful when ever you visit openBox Sunridge there may be scams. It is not one person everyone in the store are the same

Jay at Open Box Sunridge is amazingly helpful to figure out my computer problem today, a big big thank you! A great store for gadgets and super nice guys to help whatever you need. I recommend this great store for your future gadgets, small appliances, cellphones, televisions and accessories for a fair and discounted prices. I just wish I’ve known this store before but definitely I will shop there in the future.

I do not recommend getting a refurbished laptop from here, I got mine for work/personal use, extremely extremely slow, freezes a lot, unfortunately they do not do refunds. I would recommend spending an extra $200-$300 and purchase a brand new one.

Made my second purchase from this place today. The customer service is next to none. Everyone I’ve talked to always gives me honest opinions and don’t push a sale for the sake of it. Love this place and the people who work here.

I bought a Dell Inspiron Laptop that would normally cost me $3300 however I was able to get it for about $1300 with a 3 yr warranty. These guys really make sure that their products are quality and good as new even though they are open box.

Ahmad was awesome taking the time to explain the process and cost to replace the battery in my iPad Air 2. He also went over the in store warranty and answered all my questions. The cost to do the repair was more then fair and the repair time was a lot faster then they estimated. I could not be happier with the service I have received. I highly recommend this store for being quick, honest and fair.

Huge thank you to the staff on November 22,2020. The fellow who helped me out with a purchase of an Ipad for my little guy went above and beyond. He went through the apps my son likes and made sure I was getting what I needed. He explained everything really well. He even helped us with another purchase as well. I call to ask questions and they get annoyed and refer you to their website. After pursuing the questions further, salesman realized their site was incorrect (or maybe the salesman was incorrect?) Either way, not worth going Their to find out. Went to another location.who we're happy to help me.

Really great experience coming into the store! Tyler was extremely knowledgeable when it came to any questions I had regarding different product models and generations. He even went above and beyond to demonstrate features I didn't know about and made me feel comfortable in my purchase. Thanks so much guys! Will definitely be back!

0/10 would recommend this place. Took my phone in to get looked at. Technician took my phone apart and told me it’s the motherboard and I can’t fix it. They offered to sell me a similar phone. When I got the phone back, the screen was all cracked like it was dropped. Took it back to them and they put a second hand screen on it and gave it back to me. Took the phone to the Apple and when the Genius Bar guy opened the phone, he brought the phone to me and showed me the phone is taped up inside and the screen as well. Told me phone is not fixable at this point. Come here if you want your device broken and in terrible condition.

Tyler and Jose were fantastic reps. Tyler knows his stuff when it comes to computers, sound bars, dyson products and probably more! Definitely going to shop here again the next time I need some electronics on the cheap.

I have bought multiple phones over the years from these guys. Never any pressure or gimicks just great customer service. I called them looking for a certain phone and he checked all locations inventory and found it. The big box stores didn't do that. B. B.just said if you don't buy today the deal will be gone. That's BS in my opinion. Check OpenBox out.

I was having issues with my laptop and got help from open box. There was an unforeseen hiccup from a previous job, however, Tyler was more than accommodating and fixed it up for me. Tyler has very good Customer Service skills and seems to really care for the level of service his customers get. My laptop is in great shape, Thank you for the service.

Went to buy the Dyson for 249 of course none of those in stock with a maybe if when they might get it but none of the stores have it and not even sure when they might get more.maybe at the end of the month was the quote. Worse then clickbate making me drive there.lesson - call first

Brought my iPad in to have the screen fixed. While "repairing" it the broke the Home Button. Supposedly ordered a replacement one but each time I checked it "wasn't in yet". Still not in, it's been months, they aren't bothering nor do they really care. Wouldn't trust them with any of my devices again.

I purchased a computer yesterday from the NW store and Aiman was an amazing person to deal with. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure that I was happy with the results. (Unlike several other stores that I had gone to.). I will definitely being doing more business with Open Box and I want to thank Aiman so very much.

I was in the market for a new tablet and a specific Samsung tablet and that is when I came across them through Facebook marketplace. This review is specific to the Sunridge location. The people working there are extremely helpful and explained me all the pro’s and cons of the product. They are not pushy at all and respect the customers space and decision. Unfortunately the tablet I wanted was not with them at their location but they were able to locate one and get it shipped at my preferred location. We were helped by Tyler and he was really helpful, especially when we started asking questions about the Dyson vacuum cleaners. He even demonstrated the various versions which helped us in the process of making a decision. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and I myself am going to go back there if I needed anything more.

I have personally shopped here multiple times, from a cell phone to TVs. These guys are knowledgeable and are able to assist you in any way you need to be. Would highly recommend these guys.

Excellent customer service and surprisingly not pushy when selling their products. I came in for a specific Dyson product and was surprised when they asked me if I wanted to see another model and decide on which to go with. They were not pushy like some other places in trying to sell products, which improved my image of them. They know and own their products, and aren't just spouting information found on the internet. I would definitely shop here again!

The entire team here were awesome the day I went in. They all made me feel like family. I’m glad I went there and know I’ll be safe with whatever advice I get from them.

Really knowledgeable about electronics bout my laptop and was able to return it the next day when it was not what I wanted and got an upgrade. Replaced my phone battery and paid a different price then I was quoted on the phone that’s the only reason for loosing one star.
