This place is the place to get glasses not only do they truly care about their patients needs, they make sure you don’t leave the store unless you’re 100 satisfied, I highly recommend this place!

Wow! Great customer service. This was Brandon’s first time buying glasses so I was a little over whelmed but thanks to Jennifer’s expertise, I was able to purchase matching glasses for me and my son (Ralph), that not only were a great deal but P. S. I look great in them.

Great service from Rawia and the team. They have a wide selection of glasses! Rawia made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Their knowledge and tools are top notch to get the best fit for my glasses. I had the best experience at this Optiks in Sherwood Park thanks to Susan! Went in with my frames that I purchased at the west end location a few years back that had broken earlier that morning. I showed Susan and with no questions asked said she would fix them right away! I was out the door five minutes later with my glasses fixed! Thank you Susan for your awesome customer service!

I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses from this location and dealt with Susan Wells both times. She has made the experience so much easier and enjoyable. She was very helpful in deciding between frames and what looks and fits best. She is very honest in helping you choose the right pair each time.

Loveee this place! They really take their time in making sure we get the right glasses. And I love how they help make sure I get the right glasses &color that fits my face structure and skin tone! And can't go wrong with buy one get one free! Although the eye exam was too quick for my liking, I feel like it could have went more thoroughly because my eyes didn't overly have enough time to adjust to the different lenses.

The staff is great always friendly and helpful however I would like to say a HUGE Thank You to Susan Wells at Optiks International. When it comes to choosing frames I am very particular and picky and she did an amazing job helping me find two new pairs. We must have went through about 25 pairs but she was very patient and honest which I greatly appreciated. I absolutely love my new glasses! I really hope she is still there when I need new ones

Been getting my glasses through here for a few years now and they have always been very helpful and professional. Susan helped me with my latest set of lenses and she was amazing to deal with. All the staff I've deal with have been great!

I needed new glasses and an eye exam and heard the commercials, so I thought I would try it out. Exam was very thorough and professional, and I had a great experience finding some new frames. The consultant Susan was very friendly and helped me pick out lots of frames that suited me well, I had a hard time trying to find ones for myself so I was thankful she could pick out some for me. She talked me through the process and specials they had, and gave me multiple options for purchasing one or two frames based on specials. Overall the experience great, tons of frames to choose from and a very nice and pressure free environment to be in. Would recommend anyone to give it a try for themselves

I recently visited Optiks Int'l after hearing ad on radio, I must say that I was very impressed with the selection and staff. Firstly, I was able to get an onsite eye exam, which very thorough and informative.
Secondly, the help I received from staff on my eyeglass selection was ecceptional. I was given honest feedback on my selection as I was by myself. Krystal was exceptionally friendly, helpful and thoughtful who went above and beyond in her service and commitment to me, the customer. I have now decided that this is my new goto location for all my eyewear needs. Goodbye Lenscrafters

Highly recommend this location! Very clean and tidy store front but the best asset is their staff. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. I specifically want to thank Susan for her assistance; thanks to her I found two pairs of frames, one of which was her recommendation based off an older pair I was looking to replace. 10/10 for the store and 20/10 for Susan.

Dr randhawa with Nijjar & associates was very helpful and spent enough time going over my vision and suggested some remedies to keep my eyes clean. Felisca from the optiks international helped me select my frame and made everything super easy from selecting the frames to fittings and the what kind of lenses I should get.

Excellent service as usual. Charlene and Rob went over and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I had a great experience with Rob a few years ago at the South Commons location, and was pleased to run into him again here in Sherwood Park.
I have a very strong prescription, so knowledgeable staff is a must - they did not disappoint! Their pricing is amazing and the quality of the frames and lenses is exactly what I'm looking for.

Awesome customer service from Rob today. Went in to get my glasses tightened and he noticed some damage to the coating on my lenses and took it upon himself to check if I was still covered under warranty, which it turns out I was, and now he's ordered me new lenses. It never occurred to me to ask/check so I'm super appreciative that he took that initiative. Can't see myself ever buying glasses somewhere else with the great customer service I've always received here.

This is my 3rd time shopping at this location and I've always been very happy. Things are a little different now in covid times but the service has not suffered in the least. Andrea helped me out today and I honestly felt like she was an extension of myself. We probably went through 20 frames.she got to know what I liked and just starting grabbing things for me to try. We found some really great frames and I'm so excited for them to come in:)

Andrea and Susan were both such a great help with picking out glasses! They let me look around myself but were more than happy to offer their options as well. I felt like they were honest with their opinions and that really helped me decide, especially with the huge selection of glasses they have here. Definitely would recommend Optiks!

It's been about 10 years since I've gotten new glasses but the team at Optiks Sherwood Park made it an easy experience.

I can't say enough about Susan, who helped me pick out my new frames. I haven't been feeling super confident in my appearance lately, but she made it a really comfortable experience. She shared her honest (but kind!) opinions about what types of frames would suit my face shape. She offered to pick out a selection for me to try and explained why certain ones worked better. I ended up picking one she had chosen, that i probably never would have picked out for myself! I really like my new frames- i am very appreciative of Susan's guidance and kindness!
I also appreciate the rest of the team who gave their opinions when we were deciding between 2 frames.

Dr. Nijjar was great- professional and super friendly! She talked me through the eye exam and made sure i felt comfortable. We ended up having a really nice talk- I have definitely found my new eye doctor! Her administrator Georgie was really welcoming and personable- what a nice team!

Susan was awesome and a great help picking out frames and explaining all our options for lenses. Dr. Nijjar and Georgie were thorough, welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I are very happy with our glasses and since we are new to the province, we are happy to have found our family optical shop on the first try!

Rob was great, making sure we had a great selection to choose from. He even took care of reording lenses for my wife’s glasses which weren’t working right.

I’ve always had a great experience at Optiks. Staff is very friendly and helpful when making decisions on the best glasses for your face and your prescription prescription. Both my husband and I have worked with Susan on multiple occasions and she has been amazing! She definitely has an eye for eyewear! I had really good service when I got selected glasses, I was able to get an appointment the same day and then the same thing when I received my text saying my glasses were ready, as they also got me in right away. Staff were friendly, kind and professional. Susan wells helped me today, and she did a great job.

The service was excellent they were super helpful with picking out glasses and there was a large selection. The only reason I put a 3 star rating was the price was quite high seeing as it was 2 for 1 and I had a Groupon. It was about the same as other places without the deals.

Husband made appointment to come in for some new glasses. Awesome service, selection, knowledge and Covid protocols. Husband loves his prescription and his new Tom Fords! 2nd Pair was free! Will be back!
