Optiks International

I am a previous customer of Optiks and they’ve always been great. But I just went on Saturday and got 3 new pairs of glasses. Miles and Baylee were both extraordinary and Baylee spent almost an hour with me getting everything squared away with the best deal to submit to my benefits. They were super busy but not once did they make me feel like I was taking up too much time. They were kind, patient and amiable. I will continue to come here as long as I need glasses.

I bend and break my glasses all the time and the staff is always very helpful with fixing them <3

Miles was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend both Optiks International and Miles in particular. Nice to see in today’s consumer market.

Going forward - Optiks International will be my go to place for glasses. They have a huge selection to pick from. Between the deals they had on top of my benefits from my work - the name brand glasses I chose, came out to be incredibly cheap. In the past, I have paid double for essentially the same thing at other places.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and a special shout out to Sara and Miles who helped me with my selections.

They were both so kind and and so enjoyable to interact with. I normally HATE shopping for glasses and get incredibly stressed out so having them help me, made the experience 100x better.

I can’t say enough positive things about either of them.

Miles was an absolutely wonderful associate to work with, went through all my options and was honest and helpful in my selections and helped me make informed choices based on my occupation. Very kind, good humour with good customer service etiquette. Wonderful experience overall!

I had an excellent experience at optiks with Sara M. She was so thorough showing my daughter and I every pair of glasses that suited us. Not only did we find the perfect glasses, we also had a great time being in the store. Thank you Sara for the great experience. I would absolutely come back to this store again.

The associate Sara went above and beyond to accommodate my need for specialty eyewear. With no hesitation, she contacted the manufacturer for input and was able to ascertain that my requirements could be met. Throughout the process Sara was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and personable in her dealings with me. She made the whole process pleasant and I left there confident that I was getting what I needed. Remarkable customer service.

I was taken care of by an amazing guy there named MILES! He helped me when choosing the perfect glasses, not only what would look good on my face shape but what color suited my skin tone! Miles has a personality that I wish everyone had as he is very kind, patient, down to earth and has a great sense of humour! The attribute I most admire in Miles though is his honesty as he will NOT tell u your glasses look good on u if they really don’t and he will give u his honest opinion which I found very refreshing indeed! I have worn glasses my whole life and as a woman of 66 years YOUNG, I feel I most certainly know what I am speaking about in that regard. My overall experience there was wonderful and so much fun. I give credit to Miles for that. Thank u for everything! I will never forget u!

I had a nice experience on this optical shop. Store is clean and lots of products to choose from. Associates are very knowledgeable on their products and accommodating. Marnie recommended what’s best for us especially on the pricing and discounts, which helped us in decision making.

I had the most wonderful start to my day! I went to Mayfield Common to Optiks International and Miles was able to and willing to fix my glasses that my dog chewed. The customer service was outstanding and my whole experience was great! Thank you

The customer service is Excellent. I went with my sister to get glasses for her and me. Raman helped me with my lenses and he was such a great help.

Above and beyond customer service with store manager Baylee. Did what 3 other optical repair shops couldn’t…and replaced the arms on my sunglasses. Even threw in a sunglasses case for free because there was a shipping error.

5 Stars to Raman Chahal, as it was my very first time at Optiks and their 2-4-1 is the best deal I have ever got specially with such a high prescription I have. Raman helped me and picked the best fitting frame for my face and prescription. The way he explained the lens type and coating and their benifts. Go and Ask for Raman. Good Luck team!

Staff was friendly. I made 9 visits between Nov 13 2022 and Feb 3,2023. Two eye exams and three attempts to give me progressive lenses that worked for computer/ reading and distance. First attempt found markings on glasses were not transferred accurately. Another trip after notified to pick up glasses that were not at store. Ninth trip picked up 3rd set which I will try for a few days before I decide if they work Tried to be patient to allow staff to fix issues. Sorry but I would never recommend.

Sara! Go ask for Sara, she completely knows customer service in and out! She has gone out of her way to ensure the best care for both my husband and I. She knows the product! The promotions! The insurance companies to put through your purchases. I am so happy to have come in once again to Optiks International! As long as she is there we will be shopping there! Thank you sooo much Sara!

Ben helped me out picking frames, PHENOMENAL. Not only did he take into account the measurements and how the glasses would fit my face- but he also took my personal style into account and helped me narrow down the best frames for me!
Such a great experience, I came in by myself so it was awesome to have Ben there to give me a second opinion on the styles I liked! AND he's very stylish so I trust his opinion 1000%

I would like to say thank you to all of the staff at Optiks International but ESPECIALLY Karly! Wow! Getting my prescription was a very difficult process this time due to so many changes to my eyes and other factors. It was literally a 3 month process! I was so impressed with the staff (especially Karly) for their patience and knowledge! This was not my first time at Optiks, I've always received great service but this time it was over the top! Thank you! I can see so much better and I LOVE both of my new glasses! See you in 2 years to do this all over again! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO KARLY!

The staff are so kind and patient! Great selection of frames and the two for one is always appreciated. Why I really go back each time is the people though. Every person I've had seems to really care a lot about their job and the person they're helping. Whether they're brand new or veterans. Whatever they're management is doing to support this environment, keep it up!

Ben, the optician offered excellent service today, assisting me to select new frames and lenses by patiently educating me on options. He even adjusted my old glasses which I really appreciated!

Service has always been top notch. Susan really did her best to help me to resolve the.problem I keep having with a defective frame. Courtious and professional she was really good.recognized the defect in my lense frame and det with it under warranty right away. Found a simular frame to put my lenses in temporarily until my replacement frames came in under warranty.
