Taman was very thorough and knowledgeable in checking and helping my daughters leg injury and my neck issues. All of the staff that helped was very friendly and helpful. Treatment was geared towards physical building on the area of concern. Standby assistance as he watch to make sure proper body alignment was done. He is a great physiotherapist you will be in great care as you go through healing

Only my second appointment today, but I can say that Anastasia hears what I say and is in tune with my pain and how to help me. She's easy to talk with. Courtney is the best physiotherapist I've ever had. Her bedside manner is kind, attentive, and professional. Her knowledge base is vast and her skillset is so varied! Whether I needed to rehab my pelvic floor post-partum, or take care of an acute back injury, she gives practical advice for strengthening/stretching, hones in on the challenges well, and never makes you feel like you're broken or unfixable. I highly recommend her for both pelvic floor and musculoskeletal physio. So glad I was recommended to her by a friend last year post-partum!

Started seeing Aaron After a broken kneecap. I’ve never had an ounce of success with physio in the past and chose optimize based on location alone. I got lucky to have found them and chosen Aaron. 6 weeks in and was back playing hockey last week. Not only am I feeling 100% but am stronger than before my injury. I really can’t say enough good things. Not only is Aaron a great therapist, but the whole team at optimize made me feel welcome and comfortable. This is the place to go!

I highly recommend Optimize Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic. I have seen the most improvement in my back in two months with minimal appointments. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and they care about helping their clients.

I’ve been a patient at Optimize for more than 5 years. But lately, at least in regards to physiotherapy, the quality of the service has been deteriorating. Here are two main reasons why I think the deterioration of service has been happening:

-The initial assessments can be extremely short. Sometimes less than 20 minutes.
-The patient does not get a proper 1-on-1 experience with the therapist, as the therapist is often trying to treat multiple patients.
-Dry needling appointment are very short. You can’t expect a patient to pay $90 for 10 minutes of needling.

I recently switched to a different clinic and my initial assessment was 45 minutes long. The therapist did not to treat anyone else during the assessment. At the end of the session I felt confident about the treatment plan and fully understood the underlying cause (s).

I personally think since the clinic migrated to the new location and increased their staff size, the situation has been exacerbated even more.

I hope to see these things addressed and fixed. But in my opinion, this current business model is not beneficial to the patient, especially to those with sophisticated issues. I’d happily pay more for the initial assessments if that meant a more in-depth assessment.

Had a great visit with the Chiropractor Dr Gillian Altheim she’s very thorough and gives great tips on prevention stretching and things to keep things improving Well worth seeing Dr Gillian she really listens.

Arri and co will have you feeling better in no time.
Every single person here is super friendly and they take the time to get to know you while helping you get back to living a healthy and mobile life.

Optimize does it right. Don't get it twisted, well actually, if you do get it twisted, they will fix it. But I digress.

I needed real help reviving the function on my right leg. Optimize physio succeeded where other institutions have failed, and I am grateful.

Don't let your insurance coverage lapse like usual every year, use it. And Optimize physio is the first place to start.

Really great physio clinic, I was surprised that only on my second visit they knew me by name already! Very professional, very good at what they do and bring a change of shirts because they might put you to work!

These guys are the best! I have been coming to Optimize for years and would not go anywhere else. The physio’s there understand the sports that I do, from contact sports to ultra marathons. They help me heal up and make sure I am ready to go for race day. If you need help recovering or to rehab an old injury, come see these guys first!

I’ve had a lot of Physio in my life and no one has been able to help me like Aaron. Very knowledgeable, he uses a variety of techniques that really work. He and everyone at Optimize are dedicated to your healing.

I was in pain because of my protruded disc and had a shooting pain going down in my legs. Furthermore, I had pain in my butt joints due to piriformis muscle. Long story short, I visited this place hesitantly, but now I am confident to even recommend it to others. The staff is amazing, specially I would like to mention about Aaron (Owner), the person I was dealing with. He understood my concerns and gave me an exercise program which helped me a lot in eliminating my pain. I am glad that now I am pain free.

I work with both Arri and Courtney and their team approach is amazing. Both spend the time to really understand the issues and the treatment plan. Their focus is on movement, strength and building the foundational strength to appropriately deal with injury and get you recovered faster. The staff if always really great on the phone with bookings and accommodating. Wonderful place.

Go there for any sports injury related work. Every time the staff are exceptionally educated and have amazing bedside manner.

These folks consistently go above and beyond. I've been treated in relation to a shoulder and a peck injury and now a foot injury. They take the time to properly diagnose the injuries and then come up with a solid plan to treat it. They're all athletes and treat you so that you get back to performance levels. They spend a lot of time actually working on you and don't just send you away to do exercises. They stay up to date with new techniques and have all the tools you can think of to enhance your treatment. Ive recommended several friends and peers to these folks and they too feel the same.

It has been over a year and a few months since my last session with Marissa. I've been having chronic shoulder problems over 8 years with my shoulder popping randomly throughout but not enough to warrant surgery. I was referred to Optimize to undergo shoulder rehab again and so far it has been amazing. I haven't had any major shoulder issues ever since. Each session was productive and at the end they gave me a series of excercises to do as an ongoing basis to maintain shoulder strength to stop it from popping out. They totally know what they're doing and if I have any other issues that requires Physiotherapy, I'll definitely head back here again. I highly recommend Optimize for any Physiotherapy needs.

I would highly recommend Optimize! I sprained my ankle and had a small foot fracture and Arri and Seth got me good as new! A great atmosphere and a great team. I hope I don’t injure myself again but if I ever do, this is the only Physio clinic I will go to.

I started seeing Arri 3 years ago for a rotator cuff issue from lifting weights. Not only did Arri fix the issue entirely over a few sessions, but he showed me the proper stretches and lifting techniques to be able to stay in the gym, build muscle, and avoid future injuries. I always say he did "too good of a job" because I rarely ever have to go back to the clinic because of the prescribed exercises he gave me. He was also very helpful with his virtual sessions during Covid-19 and his clinic was very easy to reach.

Hands-down the most professional and welcoming physiotherapy clinic I have been to. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and always willing to help you tackle any injury or problem, big or small. Like many people have said, Optimize sets you up for a sustainable path to recovery by not just providing excellent treatment at the clinic but also comprehensive, achievable, treatment plans to do on your own.

Ever since I started seeing Arri, I've seen significant improvements on aches and pains I normally would have thought I just needed to "live with. " He's very attentive and always takes into account the kinds of physical activities you do to make sure treatment and exercises are best tailored to your needs.

We have used Optimize Physio for about 4 years. Our daughter had lots of success after her car accident. My husband and I are currently undergoing treatment there. Ari is amazing, he is very friendly and professional. If he isn't available we have seen the other physio therapists there. They are all good and friendly. They all work together to provide the best treatment. The receptionists are easy going and professional on the phone. I would recommend any of the physio therapists.

After a motor vehicle accident last year, Aaron, Arri and the entire team at Optimize have been wonderful in supporting my recovery. Not only did the treatments help my Whiplash injuries, the continuation of massage and regular physiotherapy have been instrumental at helping me achieve my new fitness goals, which in the past I did not think possible. Being able to continue these sessions virtually during this uncertain time has been extremely beneficial to not only my physical, but mental health as well. Aaron does a fantastic job educating and providing instructions for the at home exercises. Even with an online platform, he consistently provides excellent customer service. I have and would absolutely continue to recommend Optimize.

I was in a car accident one year ago and have been in the office at least once per week since. Arri is my main therapist, but I have been treated by the entire team during my recovery, all of whom are knowledgeable and consistent with my treatment.

I was rear ended in Dec 2018. I primarily saw Aaron and Lisa but the entire staff here is amazing. They are a true team and you can see that the moment you walk into the office. Aaron would listen first, then explain what was happening and how to recover from that. Then all of the information would be documented and shared with Lisa for my massages so that everyone was working together. I highly recommend physio and massages here.

Everyone at Optimize was friendly and caring. Marissa helped me go from struggling to walk and take the stairs to being able to play basketball like the injury never happened. She listened to what I was having trouble with and what was going well and adjusted my sessions to help me succeed. She always pushed me to do my best and trust my ankle which made a huge difference and helped me get back to basketball faster than I expected.

Great for the regular appointments I am going to lately, but in a painful emergency they really stood out. Fit me in within minutes and helped a bunch! Both Marissa and Erin are great!

I recently separated my shoulder and sought treatment at Optimize Physio in Ottawa to rehab the joint in order to return to work and normal activities. Paul Fortin was my therapist and he went above and beyond my expectations. His thoughtful approach and genuine passion for his patients was evident throughout the session. Paul doesn't completely rely on modalities to fix the issue but rather creates a comprehensive treatment plan for you to do on your own outside of the clinic. I would highly recommend Paul and would consider Optimize Physio an elite sports injury clinic.

Very thorough, knowledgeable, professional physios. Aaron and Airy makes sure to give perfect assessment, treatment and a good combination of exercise.
