Really good selection of unscented hair products and body wash but it's really difficult for folks with fragrance sensitivities to shop in store with an oil diffuser right next to the cash register.

Love shopping here, however Optimum health does not match prices online, even if you add shipping fees, nor do they accept Amex. Both facts are disappointing. With todays current economy, I need to resort to where I can get the best deal. Customer loyalty is secondary. OH needs to step up their game if they want to stay afloat.

Two staff members helped me with questions and testing make up. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been shopping at this store for over 30 years. Recently, I went to the store to return a defective honey wax candle as the wicker did not work. I was told that it could not be returned due to store policy. I said it was an expensive candle and that it should work. I was told that a manager will call me to discuss my complaint. It has been a week and no one did. Very disappointing considered I am a long time customer.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. OH has products you cannot find elsewhere. Simply the best.

WAS my favourite place for all my natural health needs until today. I paid twice as much for a larger amount of elderberries, double the amount of berries it was supposed to be. SUPPOSED to be. I actually got the same amount that I usually get for half the price, usually 50mg and I bought 100mg, got the exact same amount. So I called and explained this to them and Carmen told me oh well. That’s just the way it goes when they don’t dry them enough.offered absolutely nothing to rectify the situation so I paid twice as much money for the same amount I usually get and they’re perfectly okay with that. I have found a replacement store for most things and am still looking to replace all so I never have to visit their business again. I can’t afford to be taken advantage of by a business that is.supposed to be providing me a service. Then respond with more of the same. The employee actually told me it was bc they weren’t dried enough. Those words. And I still spent literally twice as much on the same amount. Too bad I couldn’t waste more money and time by not making what I bought them to make and didn’t take the time and money to come all the way back there for them to correct their ADMITTED issue with not drying them enough so as to give less for more money. Then invite me again to contact them…for what? You’ve made it abundantly clear that you will continue to not take responsibility and as a business that is supposed to be serving my needs, huge fail. There are plenty of alternatives including Harmonic Arts where lots of theirs comes from anyways and cheaper. Check around bc there are better options. They obviously do not care about the customer, only the bottom line. Word of mouth is a powerful advertisement. You have my email and number on file, you reach out to me to fix your mistake or forget it and I’ll tell everyone that will listen about this. TWICE AS MUCH MONEY FOR HALF THE PRODUCT!

I love the staff here.so genuine, helpful, compassionate and kind. Oh and very knowledgable. I used to buy online but I like going to the store because it's so beautiful too.
