Optimum Health is the best place to find excellent quality brand vitamins & supplements, and kudos to the extremely helpful staff that are in the know!

We happened to be in Edmonton on Customer Day in December and went to this Optimum Health by my daughter’s.
It was lovely. A real variety of items for sale not just vitamins.
The staff was very helpful. The apple cider was delicious!
We will be back.

Some go the staff is somewhat knowledgeable, some are very.a little pricy compared to some stores

Optimum Health is such a calming, welcoming place. Staff is terrific, ready to help and they don't follow you around bugging you. Very good service and a wonderful store.

Hanna personifies Kolya and customer care. I came in to replenish my breathable nail polish. Regrettably, it was unavailable as a new vendor is being sourced. Optimum health vitamins is truly amazing. I am a regular customer and find their selection to be far superior to other stores throughout the city. They also have products that are of a much higher quality. The manager at the 109th street location is great and so knowledgeable if you have any questions.

I LOVE this place. I have been purchasing supplements from Optimum for about 20 years and I'm always impressed with their staff and product offering. One thing I appreciate is they stand by their products and operate from an ethical mindset. In addition, I have taken numerous courses in the apothecary and continue to make those products to this day. The essential oils, carrier oils, botanicals and other products have always been excellent quality and the staff have been a wealth of information! Finally, the spa offers delicious facials, which I've been blessed to enjoy and I love that they offer free makeup consultations/advice, not to mention top notch products. Need I go on?

Knowledgeable staff and they stock pretty much everything in the vitamin and naturopathic supplements.

I came in here for something and saw the beauty/skin section so I decided to ask if there was anything that could help my psiriosios, the man was extreamely knowledgeable and friendly.:)

Everyone is super knowledgable, their selection is huge, and Kolya inside of Optimum is my favorite place to get oils and blend containers.

We frequently visit both locations and have never experience service like we did today. We have never felt more uncomfortable in a store. We arrived ten minutes prior to closing with the intent to purchase one specific product. There was about 5-6 employees working at the time, and after two minutes of being in the store the first greeting we received was "we're closing in five minutes". We quickly picked up what we needed and head to the till. Once the team member was done with the customer prior to us, we were not greeted to approach the counter and after setting our item down the first thing that was said was the amount we owed. Each individual working today looked at us with disgust. The customer service we received was atrocious and beyond uncomfortable. We were in ten minutes before close and out two minutes before. These interactions and experience will definitely deter us from returning, and we wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

I have supported this store since its infancy as a small side display in Debaji's and have recommended it to others for many of the same reasons that are mentioned in other reviews. I have to say that I am going to stop shopping at the 109st location, as in my recent visits I have been greatly disappointed with the customer service. When I requested that the Manager contact me regarding this, she didn't return my call. The staff are not as knowledgeable as they use to be nor as helpful.

When calling this store to see if it carries a product, its always had it. I love that I can support a local business over buying online!
