I would highly recommend Optimum Health! Dr Oliphant, Dr Toma and front desk ladies are amazing. I was referred by a friend of a friend, came here in pain, frustrated, and needing help that I wasn’t finding. Popping pills isn’t my mojo at all. With the knowledge, equipment combined Dr Oliphant and Dr Toma’s years of experience spinal decompression combined with lumbar rehab worked amazing. My first treatment of lumbar spinal decompression was July 4/2023 and by July 28/2023 I was pain free. I had 2 disk herniations and an annular tear causing major pain to the point I was hardly able to walk. I’m not one to sit around or hold still. I’ll forever be thankful for the amazing knowledge and compassionate care I received. Thank you all, you gave me my life back! Still healing, still coming for chiropractic care once a month, but step by step I continue to get more abilities back all the time.

Pleasant and welcoming clinic that offers many disciplines for healing. Dr. Oliphant diagnosed and referred me very quickly onward toward my healing and then called personally to see how I was doing. I highly recommend this clinic.

Nice staff, but would have appreciated a quote for a treatment plan "before" I spent $150 for an assessment. I wouldn't have wasted my time or money, if I knew how expensive decompression is. I value my $ & time so I am not happy.

The $4400 cost for a treatment plan is way too expensive.

If you your looking for an array of options for your health, check this place out. Really great staff and therapists! Can help with back problems but also so many other types of therapy! Highly recommend.

Nice place and nice people but didn’t get what we paid for. We had the $79.99 coupon and we understood we would get an exam, X-rays and time on the inversion machine but we had a short exam. They couldn’t find any previous scans or X-rays and we’ve had many throughout the years. Felt it was a bit of a waste.

Worst customer service ever, they just care about taking your money not about your being healthy and satisfied with the service, the staff in-front desk are so unprofessional please don’t waste your money going there

Over the course of my treatment I always felt well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and always greets you with a smile. I have been a client of Jency for the last 5 years From treating my back, neck, shoulders and knees I have received exceptional professional care from Jency. Jency worked with me to build my confidence and strengthen all of my injures to lead me effective recovery. Jency has continuously provided me with exceptional and invaluable physiotherapy and her passion to help, care and treat is absolutely a blessing

Petr is great and I'd highly recommend him for a deep tissue massage. He is very knowledgeable, gives bespoke, individualized treatment and always asks for feedback. I've been seeing him monthly for years and will continue to do so!

Dr. Ron Toma is an excellent chiropractor. I have been seeing him for almost 7 years and he has never disappointed. I never feel like hes just cycling me through just to get to the next patient. He always takes the time to address whatever issues I have. The staff is very friendly and easy to deal with.

Dr. Emma was wonderful and helped me so much with my ankle sprain. I definitely recommend her for any athletic injuries.

Dr. Emma Mangialardi is an amazing chiropractor. She's worth making the trip for! My neck pain has been resolved after a few treatments and continue to follow her for monthly tune ups! My neck has never felt better!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! After I was in a car accident this June, I started coming to Optimum MacLeod for treatment and have been seeing several practitioners for Physio, Acupuncture, Massage and Chiro. Right from the first impression/interaction, Carla is amazing at the front desk. She remembers each client and what they are in for and is always incredibly helpful. Each practitioner is skilled and really cares about the individual. They have an amazing team here who work collaboratively for total patient health. I won't go anywhere else!

We were visiting Calgary for ten days and were recommended to the chiropractor in Macleod Trail. Ron definitely knows what he is doing, he's friendly and results are immediate. I had problems with my jaw locking up and hurting and within 3 sessions (And not in ideal circumstances since we had no xrays or insurance because we were visiting the city) is was heaps better, no pain whatsoever, and cheap for what is worth! Overall friendly staff, prepared professionals that explain what is it that they're going to do and why, and the procedures are fast, painless and effective. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

I have been seing Jordan for a while now and he is amazing! I have never had a male massage therapist and he makes you feel very comfortable with everything! Very knowledgeable I would highly recommend seeing him!

I was involved in an car accident. I was immediately referred to life mark physiotherapy in spring borough. Not knowing I had other options I continued used physio there for 3 months. Somewhat helped but was not overly happy with the results given to me. They discharged me prematurely and said I'd be fine on my own. 3 months later I was in more pain and the whiplash still lingering. DR Ron informed me that these insurance companies have a liability with insurance companies to discharge you from treatment as soon as possible, and also informed me that I did in fact have options that will be covered by insurance and like a lawyer these guys don't get paid till you get your settlement and are fully recovered. Would recommend this place over lifemark any day.

I got into a bad MVA and the place my Dr.recommended for physio was NOT Optimum Wellness and what a mistake that was! Simson is one of the best physio therapists I've ever seen! Dr. Ron is one of the best chiropractors I've ever seen and knows all the ins and outs of MVA's and dealing with insurance and it's made my life a LOT easier and less stressful! Jordan is hands down the best massage therapist! He hurts but he works on specific areas and it helps a lot! Dr. Alex is an amazing acupuncturist and knows a lot of symptoms and ways to help with concussions (I've been suffering with post concussion syndrome). Alisha is a great psychologist and always gives helpful and useful information and ways to deal and "attack" my anxiety. And Carla (office manager) is amazing! I'm at Optimum Wellness Macleod 3 days a week with multiple appointments and yes it's their job to treatment but they're beyond kind and caring and it's just an amazing place when it can be so stressful but they're just genuinely amazing people! And they go above and beyond their job and it is beyond appreciated!

My boyfriend and I joined World Health beginning of January and love the convenience of having Optimum so close! Carla up front is so helpful and kind! Andrea is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had, I've had chronic migraines/headaches all my life and she really relaxed me and gave me tips on how to use preventive pressure points and stretches at home. Dr. Ron Toma is very informative and easy to understand. I would recommend the team at Optimum to anyone!

I was involved in an accident on deerfoot Trail and have hurt my neck, shoulders and back. The treatment and care that I am getting from the Chiro, Physio therapist and Massage Therapist Andrea Kali is exceptional. To make it even better the welcoming smile on Carla face everytime I go there is priceless. Thank you all.
